Hello, Homoeopathy has the best answer for your query.you can lose weight with the help of homoeopathic medicines, without any side effects. This involves correction your metabolism. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

When there is a compression in the root of the spinal nerve, one experiences pain in hips, back or leg. This condition is called sciatica. This condition ranges from moderate to acute and requires a lot of care to be taken. While there are medicines and exercises in place to cure sciatica, garlic milk is also known to be a good remedy for this health condition.

You can drink this in cooked form or raw. The odor is strong, but it does also show satisfactory results so you might want to give it a try.
Crush a few cloves of garlic and immediately mix in about 200 ml of raw milk. Drink it immediately. Alternatively, you can also mix the garlic in boiled milk and drink. You will notice change in a few days only.

Do plank exercise, both front and side. It can be done in home on bed for 2 mins. Increase your high quality protein intake. Increase your fibrous fruit s and vegetables drink plenty of water. Avoid fast foods, deep fried foods, soft drinks, hard drinks, tobacco chewing.

Hello Use five teaspoons of turmeric powder and blend it together with 250 ml of mustard oil. Use this paste on the patches two times a day. Use it over six months for good results.

1. Take balanced diet with proper combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Avoid diet high in saturated fats like red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream etc which hampers memory and concentration. Take complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat meal, high fiber cereals, lentils, whole beans etc. Avoid processed foods like pasta, potato etc 2. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink green tea since they contain anti oxidants which enhance memory 3. Go for regular physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, cycling etc for 30-45 minutes daily 4. Take some mental exercise like doing cross word puzzle, problem solving exercise, playing chess etc 5. Develop some new hobby and skill like learning music, dancing, playing new game etc 6. Take adequate rest. 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 7. Avoid alcoholic beverages, caffeinated drink, smoking and consumption of tobacco etc. 8. Develop healthy relationship with friends, relatives, family members for good emotional health 9. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, severe physical and mental exertion 10. Focus on one task at a time rather than focusing on multiple task 11. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, increase concentration and enhancing memory.

Agar kisi ko diabetes hai, to din me 100 g tak hi fal khana accha hai, vo bhi jab blood sugar normal pe aayi ho to. Jinko diabetes nahi hai, unko jyada fal khanes ya gulkand or honey lenese bimari nahi hoti. Lekin diabetes may ye sab lena bilkul achhc nahi hai.

Beans and lentils are rich in proteins and are great weight loss foods , soya beans and black beans etc . Garlic low valley fruits and vegetables . One glass of warm water with lemon and honey is zero calories One cup of green tea Papaya and kiwi in breakfast .

Hello, you are allergic to minoxidil local application. Try to avoid using it. Hair thinning needs proper diagnosis and the treatment. There are certain supplements and local application which will not lead to any side effects. Consult trichologist.

Dear Naseem, Mild constipation may occur with paroxetine because, usually it decreases appetite and you tend to eat less. My patients have not reported severe constipation so far due to paroxetine. Mld one can be treated with more liquid intake, more fiber in diet or isabgol. Urine urgency may not be due to paroxetine. i feel it is due to anxiety associated with depression. Severe constipation also may be due to depression itself. Please consult your doctor again and she/he may increase the dose of paroxetine or add another antidepressant or anxiolytic. All the best.
