What should I do because I suferr from cough and cold very frequently and I also have allergy from dust.
Its allergic cough. You should always keep your noses and mouth covered whenever you go out. Second thing you can do is make a habit of taking steam inhalation daily before going to bed. In case of allergic cough taking prevention is always best as taking medicine very frequently might have side effects.

Hi, my wife (32 years 61 kg 5.2 feet height) has been facing a thyroid (hyp) problem, she is under medication (thyroxin 50 mcg daily), recent test report is tsh 0.33, t3 110, t4 50. She has pcod too. She is trying for conceive give suitable suggestion as well. Thanks.

Hello doctor am Sutapa Gupta. 28years old. I m having septic tonsil. Nd white patches on tonsils. Doctor suggested me some antibiotics nd gargelling wth betadine. I did it. Pain is reduced. Bt nt fully gone. Now he is telling me to do colbation for lifetime freedom from tonsillitis. Is it safe to do. Does it work. please help me. Is there any side effect after removing those gland. Being a diabetic pt you should take nutritious food like leafy vegetables, cereals, lean meat pk like chicken, fish, eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises with few yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee. Avoid alcohol and junk food you should maintain your body wt as per bmi.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. In spondylitis, you may have head ache with back pain. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects for back pain and headache. Take Rhus tox 200--once daily in the morning.

Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. I have mild breathing problem, I was a good smoker till two years back for more than a decade. Nos am 64 yrs. Generally I feel some sort of whistling sound from inside, may be some time while sleeping also some time. When I take inhaler forocart 200, in 5 to 19 min, breathing will be alright. Last week I could not take in immediately when I felt short breathing while in market, but I could not reach home by walk, in between I felt uneasiness with cough, motion also came out, in the road itself I felt unconscious. People feathered informed my wife and took me to borrow hospital. In the way to hospital I have been given mouth to mouth respiration by pressing chest continuously. After reaching hospital I regained conscious and given nebulisation and became alright in one hour. I like to know, whyit happened to me? is there some thing serious in such condition? what are the precautions I should take while travelling by air or rail or by walk? please revert and thanks.

You are more likly to have copd, considering your smoking history. Kindly get a spirometry done and post bronchodialator spirometry also to decide reversibility of airway obstruction, its severity, its diagnosis, asthma/copd. If copd change to tiomate 2puff once day with spacer. Also check your spo2 concentration and its fall on exersion. Get an holter done to r/o any arrythmia. Better consult a local pulmonologist for better planning your treatment.

Do not worry its can be cured try not eating non veg food. The hormons in non veg food is very active in sex hormons. U do not have to be tensed at all. Try to be engaged in some thing listing music. And try to be active in spritual activities. It will help you a lot to get rid from masturbation and negative thoughts. U can not consentrate on the things when you are addicted in masturbation you will feel lazy. There are also lots of side effects for masturbation. Try not to do it again.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist 9. Consult me for further advice.
