Hi do not take it follow this thing. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Dear lybrate user, *imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. *use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily? do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. *take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. *steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Getting married is a" life changing" experience. After getting married a boy and a girl enter into a new" role" of" spouse" and both have to shoulder a number of responsibilities. There is loss of freedom as well. All this causes stress if is not handled properly. You might be having different expectations from each other and probably are not able to express yourselves properly. Hi, firstly cut down on all refined foods like sugar bakery items fast foods etc. Next eat every 2 hrs break your meals into parts don't eat at once eat slowly chew your food properly diet plan: meal 1 green tea, followed by 1 tsp flax seed pwd with water meal 2 upma/idli/sprouts vt chapati/oats any of d following + a cup of low fat milk or dahi meal 3 fruit (a plate) apple/sweet lime/papaya/orange/pineapple meal 4 salad+dal+sabji+chapati meal 5 green tea meal 6 roasted peanuts (30gms) meal 7 100 ml milk (flavored or plain as you like) meal 8 salad+soup these meals are to be eaten at 2 hourly interval d last meal is very light on your stomach n will help to stay full for long. In case you face a problem please revert.

Lybrate-user, if you have hypothyroidism, then if that is not well controlled then weight gain will continue. So first thing is to bring tsh levels down to 3 to 4 milli units/l, by aking appropriate dose of thyroxine. Then your efforts to control weight will be successful. It is not correct to say once weight gain occurs then it can not be lost.

Your sleep is a little on the excessive side. I suggest you meet with a counselor and even a physician to make sure that other matters may not be contributing to your problems. It sounds like that the feeling of weakness and sleepiness may be connected to a mild depression. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

It means your digestive system is weak and whatever you r eating is not digested. You must take light meal little bit according to your appetite. Take ocid 20 daily in the morning for ten days. One tablet of stemetil twice a day you should also take for one weak.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkand churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu- jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

hello....take homoeopathic medicine:- 1. Bryonia alba 30 ( 3 drops in one spoon warm water 3 times a day). 2. Stodal cough syrup( one spoon in half cup warm water 2 times a day). He can be operated for cataract , these days it is done with help of local anesthesia , a lens is fitted simultaneously. Your doctor will operate on 1 eye at a time , may give a gap of 6 months before next surgery for the other eye.

Natural method of treatment of pimples 1.wrap the ice cube in a piece of cloth and hold it on the affected area for few seconds, wait for few minute and repeat the process 2. Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply to pimples before going to bed 3.Apply some white tooth paste over the affected area before going to bed and in the morning wash your face with water 4.Fill a large container with hot water and allow the steam to come in contact with your face for few minutes rinse your face with lukewarm water and after drying it apply oil free moisturizer 5. Cut a fresh garlic clove into 2 pieces and rub the garlic in the pimple and leave it for 5 minutes before washing skin with lukewarm water repeat the treatment several times a day 6.Drink lot of water. Butter milk, coconut water. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables/fruits. Avoid processed/fried/spicy/junk food 7.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
