My knee Replacement was done successfully nine months ago. I feel very much better but sometimes my fingers of the hand does not work properly. How to cure these fingers?

Hello Lybrate user, Non working of fingers could be because of multiple reasons. It could be a neurological problem (like a nerve compression near the wrist). Could be due to arthritis or even plain cold weather. What I suggest is see your orthopaedic and he will examine you and may be prescribe you some blood tests and may be neurological tests to make a proper diagnosis. E In the meantime keep your fingers warm. You can also consider wearing woollen gloves and see if it makes. You feel better. You can give hot fomentation to your fingers, apply some over the counter painkiller sprays and see how that helps you. Do get back if you have more queries.

No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Am working in sales field and I travel a lot and ride two wheeler under hot sun for many hours. HI 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

After the injury has completely recovered, •Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. •Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. •Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. •Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. •This can be done several times. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

I have delayed arousal issues. Visual arousal does not happen. I need talk accompanied by manual stimulation to get hard. Why would this happen. Why can I not get aroused by seeing my naked partner or even fully clothed kissing. Is it a mental command issue.

This not a concern as you are aroused anyway. You cahange the pllace where you mak sex or adjust light and surroundings. Keep me posted after you try. My weight is 60-61 kgs. It keeps on fluctuating if I eat proper 3 times meal everyday. What should I eat so that I take 3 meals in a day and still not gain weight.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.
