Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

You can reduce marks at home with - Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results) Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

Hi lybrate-user you said it yourself. You need to move and do some physical exercises and then mdicaion will also help. Medicines alone can do very little. If you move, you will feel alot better in your mind too.

It could be migraine. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. In general, establish a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent migraines. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming and cycling. Warm up slowly, however, because sudden, intense exercise can cause headaches. Obesity is also thought to be a factor in migraine headaches, and regular exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight or lose weight.

I am a 31 year and my height is 150 cm, vegetarian. Over last 3 years during pregnancy and post pregnancy I gained weight and now I am 65 kgs. Which is 15 kgs overweight I guess. I started gym training for last 2 months. After doing hell lot of workout I am not losing even a single kg but just a few inches. I guess diet can be a problem. Can you please suggest.

Trying hard. But maybe methods are not correct. 1. Workouts need to be intensive. Out of 60 mins, 40 should be cardio and 10 for strength and 10 for abs and stretches. 2. Cardio means Treadmill at 6-8 kmph or Cycling at 30 kmph. 3. Maximum calories are burnt in cardio. But my observation of people doing gym is they spend max time doing crunches /sit ups thinking that will melt the belly fat. 4. Visit YouTube and see '7 mins workouts' 'Skinny Jeans workout' 'Hiit workouts' by Fitness Blender / Popsugar Fitness. 5. Those are the type of workouts you should be doing. 6. Also diet is important. Diet does not mean dieting. 7. It means eating nutritious and natural foods. 8. Simple foods. 9. Cut down oils and sugars. 10. Drink lots and lots of water. This will work. This will help you lose about 2 kgs a month. In six months you can reach your target weight. You can connect privately after changing your approach if you see some changes in 3 weeks. All the best.

Hi pathology of hair fall, is that when heat increase in your blood it gose to root of hair and make dry to root of hair so tat hair fall, that why when your friend bath with hot water it falls but when cold heat at root of hair is get cold and stopped air. All the roots of hair strongness is depend on the oiliness in the scalp. When heat increase whether that is from in side or out side this oiliness get dry and hair fall start.

Pregnancy is a welcome change in a woman's life. She is full of hope and happiness while awaiting the birth of her bundle of joy. However, it is almost inevitable to bring up the topic of conception and leave out a host of bodily alterations or disadvantages it entails. You might eagerly wait for months in a row to conceive and once you do the signs of health issues show. Most noticeable of all other problems are the ones affecting your skin. Skin problems can be immensely predominant and widespread in a pregnant mother; so much so that her psychological disposition might vary considerably.

Commonly observed symptoms of the skin that may affect you during pregnancy:

  1. Your eyes may look puffy and withdrawn: While the news of a baby lighting up your life in a few months' time makes you very happy, it also subjects your body to exhaustion. It is natural for expecting mothers to feel tired and wasted. Acute iron deficiency and poor blood circulation could result in fatigue that further surfaces as dark circles and puffy bags under your eyes.
  2. Your face could develop acne suddenly:  Acne is caused mainly because of excess sebum secretions from the oil glands present in your body. Excess oil tends to choke the open pores of your skin preventing it from breathing. Increased levels of progesterone are maintained by the human body for a strong uterine lining that is again required for the healthy development of a child; progesterone kicks off oil secretions.
  3. Spider like marks could spot your skin: Hormonal imbalances, sudden increase in weight, and heightened pressure in the veins may cause the blood vessels in your face to redden and grow big; the veins then look like the web of a spider. This condition is often referred to as Spider Angiomas.
  4. Big dark patches can also be seen: During pregnancy, your body has an excess of both oestrogen and progesterone. These hormones incite the impact of melanocytes, thus resulting in big dark patches on your skin. The condition is more prevalently known as Melasma.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Good intake of ghee, rice, and High calorie-contained food will increase the weight in women. Cheese items, boiled items, oil content foods, pizzas, and burgers will play a major role in increasing the weight in greater extent. 1. First thing to do to gain weight is eating the right amount of food each day. Take about 20 times of your body weight in calories every day. It is better to plan your meals daily as you know what and when to eat – and you don’t have to just go have it for the sake of filling your stomach. 2. Keep checking your weight daily. Multiply your body weight into 20 and that is the amount of calorie that you must eat on a daily basis. So if you weigh 120 pounds and multiply it by 20, you’ll have to eat 2, 400 calories everyday to gain weight fast. 3. The intake of calorie is not necessarily be exactly 20 times of your body weight but for optimum results it would be the best measurement to start with. If you can add additional calories if you aren’t finding any gain in your weight. 4. Next, pay attention to the type of food that you eat. You will end up just putting on weight instead of healthy muscles if you keep eating junk foods. In order to get muscle weight, eat healthy food, such as meat, carbohydrate rich food and healthy fat. Have an approximate calculation of this combination in your daily diet – carbohydrate 40%, protein 30%, and fat 30% this would be an ideal combination of healthy diet. 5. If your body needs to receive regular stream of nutrients, you need to change to frequent or smaller number of regular meals (for example 4 to 6 smaller meals) daily instead of big 3 meals as usual. This way it will be easier to build muscles weight.
