Hello, pl note you need at least 7/8 hours sound sleep. So make years work schedule accordingly. During a day time do acupressure point on top of figures n thumb for 10 minutes 2/3 times a day do meditation n prayer at bed time stay healthy.

How to medicate about the erectile dysfunction of penis please give some tips to cure this problem.
In your age he medication is not needed and your own diagnosis of RD can be due to psychological fear. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. CAUSES OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION Erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of Physical and Psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction. PHYSICAL CAUSES OF ED • Heart disease, high blood pressure, High cholesterol. • Parkinson's disease, obesity, alcoholism, atherosclerosis. • Use of tobacco, surgeries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord. • Treatments for prostate cancer. PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ED: Depression, anxiety, stress and other mental health conditions are some of the psychological issues which causes erectile dysfunction. SYMPTOMS OF ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION • Trouble in getting erection • Difficulty in keeping erection • Reduced sexual desire HOW CAN ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION BE PREVENTED? By decreasing the chances of developing several diseases like diabetes, heart disease and hypertension, chances of developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased to some extent. By eating healthy diet, erectile dysfunction can be managed. By doing Exercise daily and by avoiding smoking, risk for developing erectile dysfunction can be decreased. Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is condition characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis during sex. A penile erection is the effect of blood entering and being retained in sponge-like bodies within the penis. The process is most often initiated as a result of sexual arousal when signals are transmitted from the brain to nerves in the penis. The most important organic causes are heart disease and diabetes, neurological problems (for example, trauma from prostatectomy surgery), hormonal insufficiencies and side effects to certain drugs Psychological impotence is where erection or penetration fails due to thoughts or feelings (psychological reasons) rather than physical impossibility; this is somewhat less frequent but can often be helped. Notably in psychological impotence, there is a strong response to placebo therapy. Erectile dysfunction can have severe psychological consequences as it can be tied to relationship difficulties and masculine self-image generally. Most men have occasionally experienced some difficulty with their penis becoming hard or staying firm, but this is not erectile dysfunction, which is a concern only if satisfactory sexual performance has been impossible on a persistent number of occasions for some time. Broadly, two forms of erectile dysfunction can affect men's sex lives - the main cause is either medical or psychosocial. Here, psychosocial means psychological effects - including the effects of social relationships - on sexual performance. Of course, medical conditions can also affect psychological wellbeing, and while the main cause of sexual impotence will be medical or psychological, there can be overlap between the two. Erectile dysfunction used to be known more widely as 'impotence' before the causes became better understood and successful treatments came into use. Impotence is a term that is still in use, however

Few days back there was heavy pain on my right hand near by wrist. It continued for few days randomly. Later that I have a doubt on me that whether I have sugar. If I have sugar, how can I confirm it my self. I went to a lab to have blood check up. I was tested my blood, before breakfast and after the breakfast. The result is 93-96. Dear , although you lab results appear normal but you can still get an hba1c test done to confirm your doubts. This test shows you the approximate sugar over the past 2-3 months and if that is normal then you are not diabetic currently.

I am taking sitagliptin 100mg on one time a day, volix m 0. 3 alongwith breakfast or dinner time, gp4 before breakfast, or gp2 before diiner from one month but after one month checkups of my bs fasting is 170 and bs pp is 260 now. For your diabetic drugs-- stop previous treatment and in consultation with your treating Dr. Change it to tablet daonil 1-1-1 before breakfast, before lunch, before dinner and tab glycomet 500 mg 1-1-1 after breakfast after lunch and after dinner and also take tablet folvite once a day and eat food with low glycemic index and check your sugar levels after a week and revert back to us.

Hello, Ghee though it is good for body on minimal quantities, make sure you don't drink them, as that will simply clog your arteries. It leads to unnatural weight gain and disturb other metabolic activities. You get a bit of vitamins from homemade ghee, but that's not worth for you to overconsumption. Do not have more than 1-2 tsp per day.

His fasting blood sugar is within normal limit, post prandial blood sugar should be less than 140. It is within normal limit. How ever follow the advice given below 1.Avoid sweets, sugar/honey,/excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato,(sweet potato is good for diabetes),bakery item processed food 2.Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi,chickoo,sapota,seethaphal,jackfruit,grape etc.Can haveapple/pear/ papaya/guava/ jamun/ mausami 3.Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. 4.Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. 5.Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink,include more fiber in the diet like pulse/green leafy vegetables, legume 6.Consult me for further advice

A healthy and nutritious breakfast can make a good morning even better. Myths and misconceptions are galore when it comes to a healthy breakfast. Many of the lip smacking breakfast options come with zero nutritional value, but they look so tempting that we fall for such delicacies. A healthy breakfast is not always healthy. Some of the assumed healthy and nutritious food stuff can do your health more harm than good. Thus, one needs to get their facts right before zeroing upon a particular breakfast.

  1. French toast - a perfect toast to unhealthy life: Ideally, a healthy breakfast should give you energy and keep you fit and active throughout the day. French toast is anything, but healthy and nutritious. It has negligible nutritional value. With this breakfast, all those rigorous exercises will prove to be futile. Some people go a step further. They team this already unhealthy breakfast with french fries and sausages. This palatable breakfast can give your waistline nightmares, not to forget the associated health complications. Bread toast with boiled or scrambled eggs is a much healthier and nutritious alternative.
  2. Cake and pastry - the sweet devil: Cakes and pastries for breakfast are sure to throw your health in jeopardy. Pastries and cakes are both simple carbohydrates. When consumed, these are immediately broken down into glucose. An elevated glucose level often results in an abnormal rise in insulin level. This can lead to serious health problems, with diabetes and obesity being the most common complications and will eventually lead to inflammation in the body. Your skin will be the worst affected. It will lose its radiance and appear wrinkled and saggy.
  3. Donut for breakfast - a complete evil: It is the best way to welcome the unwanted calories and fats into your body. Donuts mostly contain trans fats that can result in serious health complications. You will feel lethargic throughout the day. Obesity and donuts are like two faces of the same coin.
  4. The sugary juice - a road to obesity: For some people, the breakfast is incomplete without fruit juices. While fruit juices appear as a good, healthy option, the facts are just the opposite. Freshly prepared juices can still be accepted, but the packaged fruit juices are a big no. The packaged juices are loaded with sugar that can never do your health any good. Whole fruit is a much better and recommended option for your health.
  5. Bagels - a big no: When loaded with cream or cheese they are no longer considered as healthy.

I have always been suffered from irregular periods I took a consult from a doctor then it has been found that I have polycystic ovaries from the diagnosis the doctor suggested me a" oosure" tablet and a gynedol syrup but still I'am suffering from irregular periods. Pcod is genetic defect. It can only b control. Not cure. Take reg exercise protein rich diet. Reduce intake of fat carbohydrate ie roti rice. Increase intake of fruit veg curtail junk food. If you r overt fr your wait maintain normal bmi. Fr reg pd take krimson. This ocp. You can take myocyst tab fr three month. Get your us g hormonal test to confirm.

I usually eat dinner by 7pm and the earliest appointment I can get for getting my Lipid profile and Fasting Blood Sugar done is 8am. I was recommended to fast for between 10-12 hours before the test. Am I fasting too long and will my results be incorrect because of that?

No need to worry there will be no impact on your results if you are fasting for more time as increased or decreased levels of blood cholestrol are not based on 10-12 hours of fasting.

I have told already. Take three meal first before 10 am ,second arround 2-3 pm ,third arround 8-9 p m. Take full plate salad before each meal. Take 1-2 missi roti without ghee over it. Eat slowly chew well. Take fruits 2 times about 12 and 5-6 pm. Take all fruits except mango, banana,grapes, chikoo, leechi and no fruit juices. You can take badam, akhrot and pista. Ground nut in a limit.

1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan /mri of brain to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.
