My leg got Surgery bcz of incident 6 months back since then if I eat something cold item . Eg like fruits banana oranges or any juice I get cough and cold After 1 hour time .Please tell.

Dear lybrateuser, -avoid cold fluids & other cold items -instead of juice have whole fruit, do not keep it refrigerated -improve your immunity by having fruits, vegetables, especially green leafy ones do warm salt water gargles 3-4 times a day -if you are fit now do exercise for 10-15 min daily & slowly increase the duration if it doesn't hurt the leg.

Work out. Diet burning more calories than consuming results into weight loss. But it is not as simple as it sounds. You need to make your own diet plan, with 25% less calories than normal. Make a work out routine and include cardio or play any sport for an hour that includes active movements. Take protein instead of carbs. You can loose 1 to 4 inches in a month depending on your body type. Weight takes more time to go down but you should not loose more than 3 kgs in one month. Generally people are able to loose only one kilo if they do not do any crash diet or hire a gym trainer, which is actually better.

Symptoms of typhoid 1. Continuous high fever of long duration 2. Headache, body ache, lethargy 3. Loss of appetite, pain abdomen 4. Diarrhoea or constipation 5. Intestinal bleeding and perforation (in severe cases) prevention typhoid is a bacterial infection affecting the gastrointestinal system and is due to fecal contamination of food, milk and water. It can be prevented by 1. Avoiding contaminated food and water/milk from out side sources like junk food etc 2 use purified drinking water and have warm home made food, 3. Hi! Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated.
