Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

1.. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2.. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3.. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4.. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5.. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

It can be due dehydration or deficiency of calcium and d3. Learn calf and hamstring streching by physiotherapist . keep yourself hydrated. add dairy products in your diet including egg.

Do consult neuro physio and have ift and laser therapy for 12 days followed by spinal extension exercise once pain subsides use ls belt only on vehicles or if sitting means 3 to 4 hours per day only.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover.

Hello you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If your pain is only a localized one, and since 2 days, you can start with - ice packs at painful site to reduce muscle spasm - gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine, tab diclofenac etc which suits your body - a muscle relaxant can be added to provide relaxation to muscle spasm - analgesic spray like dynapar qps can be used for local application after fomentation 3-4 times in a day - rest for 4-5 days, use hard mattress, avoid lifting heavy weight and bending forwards acutely we will initiate your physical therapy programme once your pain subsides. Dear you can do ice or ice pack application over your painfull heel around 15 to 20 minutes 4 times in a day. Then you have to do kneading with your thumb over heel. It will help you. And you may concern qualified physiotherapist.
