Best ways to loose weight are exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayan twice a day. Medohar guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid consumption of alcohol. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Oily food. Take lemon tea. Walk for atleast 45 minutes in a day. Do pranayama and yoga early in the morning.

I am having fewer for two days around 103 degree and it is not coming down. I have taken crocin 500 mg 4 times a day for past 2 days. I don't have any swelling in body. I am confused that is dengue, chickengunia or it's a normal fewer.

2 days 103 degrees f not responding at all to paracetamol 500 mg 4 times over 2 days should need a routine report on your blood counts especially platelets. A peripheral smear report is also needed. If these reports show something positive then consult accordingly to your physician.

Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

Oily skin itself is the reason for acne. You are suffering from acne vulgaris. Follow the given regimen: twenty minutes before mornig shower, apply benzac ac gel 2.5%. On affected area. Then wash it with a mild cleanser like skin Dr. Dermapolish facewash. In the evening, after washing your face with the same skin Dr. Facewash, apply deriva-c Ms. Gel on the affected area. P. S. These creams will make your face dry. Please use some moisturiser whenever your skin feels dry.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.

1. Take some leaves of neem and puthina and make a paste by grinding with some turmeric- haldi. 2. Take some neem leaves and boil in 1litre of water. 3. Wash and clean your face using soap and luke warm water. 4. Completely remove soap particles from your face through thorough washing with water. 5. Apply the above said paste on your face completely. 6. After 30 min. Wash your face with above said luke warm neem water. 7. Wipe and dry your face with a clean cotton towel. 8. You have to do this daily once. 9. Keep your face clean always and wash your face 4/5 times daily.

After taking carbophage 500 mg after heavy breakfast, at 1 pm I am getting head rotating. And after eating 2-3 biscuits it stops. Is my tablet is double that I need?

My weight has been increased more than 90 kgs how to lose weight and also I have acne problem in my face since last 4 yrs.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. I love running either on tread mill or long routes on road. But recently in feeling little pain in my knees. Sometimes I feel stain in knees while sitting on floor. What should I do to cure it and what precautionary measures I should take ?

Use good quality running shoes and change them every 3-6 months depending upon distance you run. Run on soft surface as far as possible. Avoid tar roads, tracks are good option or sand, grass.
