Back pain is common among farmers because of the physical nature of the occupation. Several measures can be taken to reduce the risk of a back injury. Many tasks can be modified to relieve stress placed on the back. These may include: Avoid working in awkward positions or standing for long periods of time. When changing directions turn with the feet, not at the waist, to avoid a twisting motion. Wear boots with high-quality insoles to support the ankles and reduce back pain. Use correct lifting posture every time. Use your legs to lift, instead of your back. When carrying items keep them close to your body and make more trips carrying smaller loads. Limit repetitive tasks and chores involving poor posture. Alternating this type of task with less strenuous tasks can be effective at preventing back injuries. Use long-handled tools to increase leverage and reduce the need to bend or reach" Push" rather than" pull" objects. Carts and wheelbarrows are efficient when feeding animals or hauling heavy tools. When in the tractor seat, adjust the seat to position your thighs parallel to the floor. Consider installing mirrors or cameras in equipment to reduce the need to turn. Replace older equipment seat cushions with new ones that have adjustable lumbar support, arm rests and adjustable thigh support. Modify tasks or work methods to reduce the number of times needed to get on and off equipment. Minimize stumbling or fall hazards by practicing good housekeeping methods in all areas of the farm. This includes keeping tractor platforms clear of tools and clutter. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. -Try to do back strengthening and core stability exercises.

*Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

My hairs are very thin and always broke. What I do for it? Bcoz I am very fond of long hairs.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Stop vodka & cigarette once for all. Have your chest pain investigated for heart problem. If it is o. K. Then I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way you may try, rule out diabetes. Take: 1. Calpol 250mg od & sos. X5days. 2. Caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx5 days. 3. Fomentation with warm water. 4. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. 5. Do back exercises.(take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure that you are not allergic to any of these medicines.(contact your family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If no relief in 2-3 days

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You can start with walk or else any physical activity during the day. Take high fiber and low carb diet. Include plenty of water during the day. If you want for specific one you can go further for DNA test as well for specific diet plan. Than accordingly to that+ your blood group. These two things can give you best results.

Vinay Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Since you are breast feeding it is very normal to have delayed periods, if pregnancy test is Negative there will be no need to take any medication to induce your periods.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

वानस्पतिक नाम ब्रायोनिया लैसिनोसा वाले शिवलिंगी बीज के फायदे कितने महत्वपूर्ण हैं इसका अंदाजा आप इसी बात से लगा सकते हैं कि ये बांझपन को भी दूर करता है. प्रजनन शक्ति बढ़ाने के अलावा भी इसमें कई अन्य गुण जैसे रक्त मेन लिपिड के स्तर को कम करना, रोगाणुओं का नाश करना, सूजन कम करना, फंगसरोधी, शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ाना और दर्दनिवारक के रूप में इसका इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. स्वाद में कड़वा लगाने वाले शिवलिंगी बीज के फ़ायदे निंलिखित हैं.

1. बुखार में
बुखार को कम करने में शिलिंगी बीज महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है. शिवलिंगी के पत्तों का सेवन बुखार में अत्यंत लाभदायक सिद्ध होता है. शिवलिंगी के पत्तों में पैरासेटामॉल जैसे ज्वरनाशी गुण पाए जाते हैं. आप चाहें तो इसके पत्तों का काढ़ा बनाकर भी पी सकते हैं. आपको बता दें कि शिवलिंगी बीज में पीड़ा-नाशक प्रभाव भी देखा जाता है.
2. वजन कम करने में
बॉडी मॉस इंडेक्स को सही करने और शरीर के वजन को कम करने में शिवलिंगी बीज की सकारात्मक भुमिका है. इसके लिए इसमें पाया जाने वाला ग्लुकोमानन जिम्मेदार है. अपना मोटापा कम करने के लिए आपको शिवलिंगी बीज को नियमित रूप से और सही मात्रा में इस्तेमाल करना जरुरी है.
3. बांझपन को दूर करने में

शिवलिंगी के बीज में ग्लुकोमानन नाम का एक पानी में घुलनशील प्राकृतिक फाइबर पाया जाता है. इसलिए ये पानी को अवशोषित करके आंत में मल त्याग की प्रक्रिया को बेहतर करता है. इस प्रकार ये कब्ज के उपचार में फायदेमंद साबित होता है. कब्ज आदि समस्याएं, हमारे शरीर में कई अन्य समस्याओं को भी जन्म देती हैं. इसलिए इसका ये अतिरिक्त फायदा है कि आप अनावश्यक बिमारियों से बच जाते हैं.
5. यौन ऊर्जा बढ़ाने के लिए
यदि आप शिवलिंगी बीज का उचित मात्रा में सेवन करें तो ये पुरुष के यौन अंगों जैसे वृषण, अधिवृषण और प्रोस्टेट आदि के वजन में वृद्धि करता है. यही नहीं ये शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ाकर शुक्राणु कोशिकाओं में फ्रक्टोज की मात्रा भी बढ़ाते हैं. जिससे कि शुक्राणु द्रव के पोषण के स्तर में सुधार होता है. कुल मिलाकर ये आपकी यौन ऊर्जा में वृद्धि करते हैं.
6. गर्भाशय के लिए फायदेमंद
आयुर्वेद के अनुसार शिवलिंग बीजों को पुत्र जीवक बीज के साथ मिलाकर इसका पाउडर लेने से गार्भाशय की मांसपेशियों में मजबूती आती है. शिवलिंग बीज महिलाओं को गर्भवती होने में भी उनकी सहायता करता है. इसके लिए अप इस पाउडर को उस गाय के दूध के साथ मिलाएं जिसने बछड़े को जन्म दिया हो. इसे सुबह-शाम खाली पेट लेने से आपको इसका लाभ मिलता है.

क्या है शिवलिंगी का नुकसान
शिवलिंगी के बीज का वैसे तो कोई खास नुकसान नहीं देखा गया है. लेकिन कुछ आम सावधानियां जो कि सभी दवाओं को लेने में बरतनी चाहिए, उन्हें जरुर फॉलो करें. शिवलिंगी बीज से बनी दवाओं को जरूरत से ज्यादा मात्रा में न लें. जब भी किसी बीमारी के लिए शिवलिंगी बीज का इस्तेमाल करना हो तो किसी आयुर्वेदाचार्य से परामर्श अवश्य लें.

CT coronary angiography is the process of looking at a CAT scan of the coronary arteries while the heart is moving. A CT-A (or CT angiogram) is a CT scan that is done to specifically look at certain blood vessels within the body. Intravenous contrast is administered and the images are taken when the contrast is thought to be passing through the vessels of interest. Please consult your doctor which one should be the right one for you.

First first problem- consult to ent surgeon, he will treat you with some medicine and injections if needed. For second problem- consult to addiction psychiatrist will start nicotine or non nicotine replacement therapy depending on your condition.
