I am 25 years old. I have pain in my both knee. I had consultant orthopaedic but they give pain killer so I got symptomatic relief only. But pain continue. I had done x-ray & report also but everything is normal. Can you please suggest something by which I relief from this.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

What is cervical spondylosis nd is it curable? If so can I practise surya namaskar now nd my weight is abt 76 kg.

Do Take UST and laser Therapy for pain relief for 10 days followed by Cervical and Shoulder mobilisation exercise from Neuro physiotherapist till then you can stop yoga and gradually continue once pain subsides Or do consult me privately via lybrat.com Best wishes

Most knee sounds are totally harmless unless associated with varying degree of pain. Focus on static and dynamic quadriceps exercise.

At first perform few tests. Mri of ls spine with screening of whole spine, serum calcium and vitamin d3 level. Then consult a orthopaedician and a physiotherapist.

Hi I can understand your problem. For weight gain take healthy and balanced diet along with regular exercise. For leg pain. *take rest *increase fluid intake *gently stretch or massage your leg muscle. * apply heat to tight muscles or cold to tender muscles. * there are various treatment options in physiotherapy which depends on your health and severity of your symptoms. . Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Having head spinning for th past one month. Went to a orthopedic doctor he recommended vertin24 mg. T look fr five days not an ounce change. As having chronic constipation so shifted to homeopathic medicine. But for the past one month unable to lie down care freely and same feel while getup from lying position unable to walk, read,watch TV or any activity. Have cervical pain ,pain in shoulder bones. Do not know what to do.

Dear Mr Avirat, the answer to the question you pose depends upon the severity & degree of tear your ligament has undergone, in cases where the tear is bad , surgery alone at the earlist without much linger can help you achieve optimal outcome, pls do consult your Ortho surgeon , do not have an iota of thought that anything else may help if the tear is severe, because surgery alone has proved to be the best way to restore you back to fittness if the tear is severe & limiting your daily activity & restricting your lifestyle
