You may use Amway artistry products in that matter... It helps a lot and genuine products.. But only applying cream will not help.. Also take some good antioxidants.. and do Pranayama...

Don't get me wrong — exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

Before starting any nourishment treatment, there is a need of removing the dead cells those have formed already due to improper maintenance. If you wouldn’t have taken care of your neck that much, it would have filled with more and more of waste accumulated dead cells by now. Let us scrub away them with a magical kitchen ingredient called ‘oats’. You have to simply grind oats coarsely and add a dash of tomato puree to it. Make sure not to grind oats as powder fine powder as it might loose the exfoliating properties. Apply this mixture evenly on to your neck skin and leave it for about 20 minutes. After that, wet your finger tips and start scrubbing your neck gently; wash away with cold water and moisturizer. This process can be followed twice or thrice a week to achieve faster results in removing dead skin cells and dark patches from the neck. • Take a resolution to wash your neck every time you wash your face. • Never hide the facial moisturizer from your neck skin. • Heat almond oil and massage your neck once in a month for better blood circulation and glow. • Doesn’t your neck mind the harmful UV rays? Your neck skin needs sunscreen too, so never say no to sunscreen lotion and make your neck suffer. • Last but not the least; do not wear allergic metal ornaments or other street bought chains on your neck as they cause neck darkening.

Fuller Face - What Are The Cosmetic Options For It?

Ageing is always traumatic. One gets weaker, develops wrinkles, and falls prey to degenerative changes and diseases… But cosmetic science has one or two useful tricks up its arm to make one's face look young and full, even when age is playing catch up- like cheek implants.

These are also ideal for thin-faced people looking to acquire a rounded facial profile.

Other Cosmetic Options For a Fuller Face:

We all know that there is a loss of fat, especially from the cheek area due to ageing. This leads to a flattening and hollowing out of this part with wrinkle folds also becoming very prominent.

Fat grafting where fat from the same patient is grafted under the skin in cheek area to give one a fuller looking face, injectable fillers and facelift, a surgery in which excess skin is cut off, tightening the face and rejuvenating it, are some of the options available.

However, fat grafting can distort facial features, fillers are temporary and face lift is a big surgery. Hence synthetic cheek implants using silicone are becoming very popular these days.

More About Cheek Implants:

Cheek implants vary widely not only in shape and style but also in the material with which they are made. Solid implants made of silicone and polyethene, like the ones which were used in breast augmentation, are quite popular today.

Cheek implant surgery usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes. A cut is made either inside the upper lip or through the lower eyelid. A pocket is formed here and the implant is inserted. This is held by muscles, stitches or natural screws.

The inside of the mouth is then stitched up.

The incidence of things going wrong are less but the downside of this procedure is that one may have to get cheek implants again and again based on one’s rate of ageing. Silicone is also not a completely safe material. One may also develop infections which require implant removal. Implant migration can also happen and will require a removal. Bone resorption (bone loss) has also been reported below solid facial implants.

Some cosmetic surgeons also opine that fat grafting gives a more natural-looking fullness to the cheek area than synthetic implants.

We advise that one tries out non-surgical options like injectible fillers first before going for cheek implants and consult a reputable surgeon.

Another thing to keep in mind is that one may have to go for cosmetic removal of under-eye hollows, jowls and nasolabial folds around the nose, along with silicone cheek implants. These 3 areas become more pronounced with age and it’s very important to focus on them first before getting implants. Hi lybrate-user 1) Have a healthy breakfast everyday: Our bodies fast overnight when we sleep and need nourishment as soon as we wake up. If you have a healthy breakfast, you will feel less hungry during the rest of the day. 2) Focus more on eating foods that give nourishment, not calories: Eating healthy and including physical exercise in your schedule will help you achieve your ideal weight. 3) Make sure your refrigerator always has some veggies and fruits: Whenever you feel hungry, it is advisable to snack on fruits and veggies. So, stock carrots, apples, strawberries, musk melons and more of such amazing food items that are healthy yet yummy. 4) Have unsweetened beverages not diet soda: Diet drinks make your sweet tooth crave for more and also add to your waistline. Instead, try green tea that is loaded with antioxidants. 5) Eat a healthy meal with the plate method: Let half your plate be filled with low or non starchy veggies. A quarter can have whole grain elements. The last portion of your plate can have proteins. 6) Reduce your intake of carbs: To be able to lose weight quickly, one needs to refrain from eating too many carbs. You must choose to have higher fiber, lower carb food items instead. 7) Use smaller lunch and dinner plates: Buy smaller plates! Yes, this tiny trick can train your mind into eating less quantity of food. 8) Relish non-healthy food, but in small portions: Totally denying yourself of things you love to eat can leave you feeling frustrated. Eat it in small portions once in a while. 9) Choose to double the veggies instead of potato or rice when eating out: Have more of other veggies, and less of potatoes. Most importantly, share your food with others, especially desserts! 10) Don’t stock up your refrigerator with tempting foods: Create an inspiring environment in your home by stocking it up with healthy foods. 11) Make it a team effort : Work towards losing weight with your family or friends. Motivate others and notice how it helps you too. 12) Be positive and kind to yourself : Compliment yourself, believe that you can do it, and the results will definitely show!

Hi, doctor.I Atul bansal wants to know why I am having knee pain in my both knees since 2014 and when I do some exercise or climb stairs. I feel heaviness in my knees and pain too. Can you suggest me what can be the prob? And why it has not gone and also when I went to the doc for it. He took the X-ray of my knees but didn't find anything.

It may not be normal pain because of long duration. It may be any injury in knee joint, may be any past injury. It may be synovial membrane inflammation. MRI scan can find any such problems.
