Body pain seems to be due to abrupt start of Physical exercise, Exercise should start gradually not abruptly first do light exercise and than gradually increase consult any fitness Trainer for further management

I would like to advise you to consult an experienced Vaidya who will see your pulse diagnosis and advise you proper treatment. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day and morning walk every day before sunrises. You may use light diets and chapati with vegetable soups and Moong daal. Dear lybrate-user, it is some information for you hope it would be helpful. Causes of headaches may include fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverages, and dental or sinus issues. This can trigger your headache: foods : spices, wine , chocolate, citrus •food additives •sleep : both too much and too little •stress : mainly offset Home remedies: •Stay Hydrated •Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day. •Menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches. •Peppermint contains menthol that helps open up clogged blood vessels that cause headaches. It also has calming and soothing effects. •Basil works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches caused by tense muscles. Plus, it has calming and analgesic effects.•Simply smelling the soothing scent of lavender essential oil can be of great help in relieving tension headaches. Research suggests that it can also help improve migraine symptoms. •The cold from ice helps reduce inflammation that contributes to headaches. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. If your pain is not because of some trauma then it may be because of some deep vein thrombosis for which you need to get an arterial doppler and consult a surgeon immediately as it may progress fast.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or muffler around neck). -Avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -Gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day. -Take enough sleep and rest.

Certainly you would not ejaculate or make full sexual act while watching porn movies, talking adult or making out with partner if somebody try to delay or not ejaculate hold on ejaculation for long time pain is felt later on. So it should not done so. Wish you good health.

Follow principle of ICE.
I mean ice pack application. C stands for compressions and E stands for elevation of painful part.
For pain relief take only paracetamol sos.
Even single tab of pain killer can damage kidneys.
Alcoholic should avoid pain killer.
In case APD,even single tab of pain can cause gastric bleeding.
Better use local ointment for pain relief.
In new pain or unusual pain,better to consult your doctor.
