Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

The doctor must have suggested it because (s) she thought it was necessary. Without a suspected cause they would not order hsg (xrays) as frequently as they do us scans. The test would let the doctor understand if the uterus and tubes are normal in size, shape, and filling and there is no evidence of kinkiness in the tubes and so on. I think you should follow the doc's advice.

As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. 4 Myths on sunscreen you absolutely need know to about

Exposing your skin to harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun can have devastating effects on your skin,including wrinkles, sunburn and even skin cancer. So, using a sunscreen every time you step outdoors and using it correctly is of vital importance to have healthy skin. However, most people have different misconceptions about sunscreen usage. Read on to find the real facts behind these widespread sunscreen myths…

1. You don’t need to apply sunscreen if your makeup contains SPF
If any of your makeup products like foundation or powder contains SPF, do not assume that it can replace your sunscreen. Makeup containing SPF cannot protect your skin entirely as cosmetics are generally applied lightly,and mostly doesn’t cover places like T-zones, earlobes or hairline. To fully shield your skin from the sunrays, it’s necessary to apply sunscreen or moisturizer with at least SPF 30 before putting makeup on. It is advisable to apply the sunscreen half an hour before stepping out for maximum benefit.

2. Putting sunscreen on your skin once is enough to protect you throughout the day
Most people apply sunscreen only once before heading out of the house, and don’t reapply it again throughout the entire day.Contrary to popular belief, this does not provide protection for the entire day as most sunscreens lose their effect with time. To ensure that your skin remains protected you need to reapply sunscreen once every 2 hours, and once every 40-80 minutes if you are engaging in activities like swimming and exercising.

3. Waterproof sunscreens won’t wash off
Even if your sunscreen is waterproof, you need to reapply it at regular intervals if you are pursuing water sports like swimming or are the kind who washes their face frequently. When a sunscreen is typified as waterproof, it actually means that the composition of the sunscreen makes it suitable for functioning for a maximum of 1 hour and 20 minutes under water. Moreover, sunscreens containing a ‘water-resistant’ label can bear water immersion up to at most 40 minutes. So, irrespective of whatever the label of the sunscreen mentions, you need to reapply sunscreen every hour to protect your skin effectively.

4. You do not need to apply sunscreen in winters or you are when indoors.
Winter skin is relatively more sensitive than summer skin which is tanned. If one is in hilly areas or snow covered regions there is reflection of UV light from the snow that causes more skin damage. Also glass can allow UV rays to pass through and indoor lighting can also be a source of UV exposure, therefore you should apply sunscreen even when you are indoors.

It may be due to fungus or dandruff in hair. If you are not having hair loss, but want their growth, the tips are as follows: 1. Take protein rich balanced diet with plenty of pulses, mushroom and milk or milk products like curd and plenty of green vegetables, salad and fresh seasonal fruits (avoid cold storage and nonseasonal and over-ripened fruits) to provide protein and vitamins for hair growth. 2. Take plenty of water several times daily. Take proper and regular sleep, take green tea, do regular exercise and walks (avoid weight lifting exercises.). Remain happy free from tensions and stress. 3. If you take Egg which contains avidin that destroys hair growth vitamin "Biotin" alwas take Biotin supplementation (1/2 tab twice daily, not to be taken with egg or egg containing food but at different time). 4. If your intake of vegetables is less, take biotin supplementation. You may also take other growth vitamins like Folic acid and Vitamin B-12 and Pyridoxine. 5. Wash your hair regularly with shampoo and use hair conditioner after shampooo. Comb when hair are wet with thick bristles side of comb. Never use heat or hot blower to dry hair. 6. Do not use sticking and greasy oils to hair. Use non-sticking hair oil like Keo-carpine. 7. If you have dandruff, use Selsun shampoo once weekly on every Sunday. 8. Do not apply any chemicals or chemical containing compounds to roots of your hair. If problem of hair loss is their, I describe below in detail:- If it is male type baldness (receding of hairline backwards and central loss of hair)-- it is due to androgen hormone and is familial and has genetic disposition.---- Finasteride, sold under the brand names Proscar and Propecia among others, is a medication used for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and male pattern baldness in males It is a type II and type III 5α-reductase inhibitor; 5α-reductase, an enzyme, converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Females with male pattern baldness may take anti-androgens like cypoterone acetate or flutamide. You may use anti-androgen cream or lotion containing cyproterone acetate or some other anti-androgen. You may also use minoxidil hair oil or cathepsin hair oil. But the results are poor. If patch loss of hair or loss of hair due to fungal infection or dandruff:- take Fluconazole 150 mg once weekly (every sunday) + once weekly shampooing with Selsun shampoo+ + Shampooing by Fluconazole shampoo on other days + local use of cotrimazole lotion Diet: Take high protein diet Don't eat egg as it has avidin which antogonises hair-growth promoting vitamin biotin or take egg with biotin Take green vegetables, salad and fruits Vitamins: TAKE BIOTIN 1/2 TABLET TWICE DAILY FOR 1 YEAR Excess of Vitamin A may cause hairloss while optimal dose increses hair growth.

Workout should include 40 minutes only on Cardio ..like Treadmill at Speed 8+...Then cycling 20 mins at speed 30+. Your diet should not be Body Builders diet. Instead take natural Fruits + Veg + Salads based diet. Use Myfitnesspal app to reduce weight.

It may be just psychological, may be lac of interest in study topic. I think after 2-3 hours gap you should do some relaxation to refresh & during this you can drink some water or can take some snacks or can change the topic &can discuss with some of your colleagues about the topic. Set your routine for sleep (should take 6-8 hours sleep&take meals regularly at times. Can do some workouts like some exercise yoga or jogging etc.
