Usg report says urinary retention Prevoid urine was 789 mul Post void urine was 105 mul. Had intercourse few months back both of us were virgins and condom has been used. Though he had oral sex in his previous relation only once with a virgin girl. Can their be any chance of std causing urinary retention or is it urinary tract infection?

Retention of urine is not indicative of any infection but just to ruled out the infection blood test need to be done but first clinical symptoms would be matter of concern, retention is not the sign of infection but it may be sign of obstruction.

First of all make sure your hypothyroidism is fully investigated by your Dr. which is seldom done by drs all over the world. Have they done all the 6 tests like TSH, Free T 4, free T3, reverse T3 and TPO and TG antibodies then only can your thyroid issue can be fixed .Thyroid disease is also related to anxiety .For finding out the trigger factor a detailed medical, dietary history and certain blood work needs to be done. Mr Manoj, Hypertension and diabetes usually are seen together in many persons. Apart from taking appropriate medication, it essential to adapt a modified lifestyle, which means having a balanced and restricted diet, exercising regularly for more than 1 hour a day, avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, alcohol and smoking. In case of hypertension salt intake also has to be low(2.3 g/day). From the data it is not clear what is level of blood pressure, which drugs are being taken for treating diabetes and current fasting and PP sugar leves and HbA1c%. Plus also inform you are exercising regularly, as your BMI is 26.19 kgs, which is high. Plus inform about dietary pattern. It will be good if you come in a private conversation with these details, where I will be able to give specific suggestions.

Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag).

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Dear , this could be due to many causes but 1. It can be irritative in nature mainly due to infection for which get urine examination done to see if the pus cells. Is pus cells are more than 5 then you have infection and antibiotics would be needed. Now find the reason for that urinary tract obstruction should be considered. For that sonography (kub) with full bladder volume, with wall thickness on full bladder and post micturition residual urine measurement is needed. Presence of residual urine indicates obstruction. If so then uroflowmetry is needed to decide between conservative line of management or surgery. Thirdly along with the results of these test let me know if you are constipated because fissure resulting from passage of hard faeces can also produce these symptoms due to external pressure created by the spasm of the sphincter muscle.

Diet for weight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken/dal (100 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish/ green leafy vegetables (50 gm) + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7.
