I think it is a case of frigidity and dyspareunia. Such issues I have seen in a routine manner in many couples and reasons for this are 1) ignorance about basics of quality sexuality in both partners 2) learning sexuality by the way of hearsay guidance and watching porn. Such half-hearted methods either leads to such issues in many couples or leads to unsatisfactory sexual relationships in spite of consummation of marriage. Very important for both of you to just relax and first develop good relationship and understanding among both of you. Along with this begin to have a talk with an expert sexologist and relationship coach/specialist. Its absolutely possible to achieve quality in marriage and sexuality with this approach. Also avoid unnecessary over the counter medications and move on. Connect the expert. All the best.

Your Menses are absolutely normal. Menstrual bleeding lasting for 2-7 days is considered as normal. As u did not mention anything about periods being irregular, so dont have to worry and no treatment is needed. If menses r irregular with 2 days bleeding then u may be suffering from PCOD, which can be diagnosed with ultrasound.

Hello Dear,Periods occur when the egg formed during each menstrual cycle in the female body is not fertilized and hence ejected out of the reproductive system along with blood and several other tissue cells. The duration of each menstrual cycle is about 28 days Most women will experience their monthly period right from the time they are 13 to the time they are 50. For many women, their monthly period is nothing more than an annoyance; but other women may suffer some problems.

We had an unprotected sex in aug 2015. She got her periods til last month. Sometimes irregular. Now this time it got delayed. She must be in periods but still not. Is she pregnant? After aug we did not had sex till date. What is the reason of delay in periods? Is she pregnant or is thr any chance of getting pregnant after 6months? I had not released sperm inside I am sure but still I m worried.

First get urine pregnancy test done. There are numerous causes of not having periods. Pregnancy is only one of them. Then we have to look for other possible causes- like hormone problems, problems in uterus, stress, exercise or weight. Then we can plan the treatment

Planning For A Baby - Checklist For Fathers

Panchkula & Delhi
Mother and Child Care
Ask Free Question
Current generation dads are super dads!!! Studies have shown that fathers have increased the time they spend with their children by 300% since 1970s. Our young dads are determined to do all that is needed for the baby. They are present to support their spouses and start planning the room, clothes and stay of the baby well before the arrival date.

There is a lot of talk about how mums should prepare for the baby’s arrival, however dads often need to fight it out with no actual step by step guide or a counseling session for the same.

Following are some tips for our dads to be:

1)Accept your changing partner: Pregnancy is a hormonally charged state. It may bring about irritability, negative emotions, physical limitations, etc. Your job is to support your pregnant partner emotionally and physically. You need to offer practical help-like doing household chores, picking and dropping from work, etc.
2)Keep yourself well informed: You should be well informed about the progress of the pregnancy. Accompany your partner for doctor check-ups, ultrasounds, and extra tests. Help your partner cope up with extra medicines.
3)Know about symptoms and signs of labor: You need to be aware of the danger signals of pregnancy. Keep yourself well contactable all the time. Keep your car well fueled.
4)Chalk out your finances: You need to be prepared by the hospital expenses well in time. Have a black and white budget to help you cope up with the increasing expenditure.
5)Pack hospitals bags: You need to be ready with the essentials which may include important documents, insurance papers, credit cards, mobile phones, batteries, etc.
6)Apply for paternity leave: You have to be there to support the new mom. Make an active effort in baby care– from nappy change to baby bath to baby shopping etc.

The more you do, the more you will discover your take at fathering.

Weaning is recommended when the baby is 9 months old. If you are still breast feeding, it is recommended to stop it immediately. As the child grows, his nutritional need also increase which is drained out from you. You should start outside food for your baby as early as possible if the child is more than 7 months old.

12 Precautions to be Taken while on Homeopathic Treatment

BHMS
Homeopath
Ask Free Question
Homeopathic medicine is the type of medicine in which natural herbs and their extracts are used for treating various health conditions in a person. This type of medication is highly effective for many ailments that can affect an individual's health without causing any side effects. But remember that, doctors who prescribe these medicines generally offer a series of precautions that the patients have to follow so that the medicines can be fully effective.

Precautions for Homeopathy

Once you consult a homeopathic doctor, make sure that you follow the regime and rules that he/she sets for you. These precautions may be related to food, time and frequency of medicine intake, dosage or things you should avoid while undergoing the treatment. Here is a detailed look at what you might need to pay attention to:

The regime that has been provided for the medicine needs to be followed and you must ensure that the medicines are taken properly.
People generally tend to take overdose of the prescribed medicine thinking that it would increase the potency of the ingredients and thus treat them faster. This notion has to be definitely avoided, since the medicine prescribed needs to be taken as per the dosage recommended. An overdose can lead to side effect.
If the doctor mentions that you must report back after consuming the medicine for 10 to 15 days, you should definitely visit the doctor on the particular day and not later. You must never keep continuing the medicine after the prescribed time period.
In case of morning dosage that are prescribed to be taken right after you wake up, rinse the mouth with plain water and never brush your teeth or use a mouthwash. This will hinder the medicine's action.
Medicines should be taken at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to or after a meal.
Most of the doctors advise patients to abstain from coffee and garlic when they are on homeopathic medicines.
Medicines tend to have better effect if they are allowed to remain on the tongue for a long time. This is the reason why doctors tell their patients to not chew the medicines.
Never touch the medicine with bare hands.
In case you have missed a dosage, say for the night, do not compensate by taking it the next day morning and rather take the medicine at the prescribed time.
The sweet globules of homeopathic medicines make children to have them extra. Thus the bottle must never be handed over to children. Parents should administer the dosage themselves.
Homoeopathic medicines should not be taken soon after smoking or drinking, if possible it should be avoided.
Mother tinctures and liquid doses should be added in water in glass or porcelain cup, not in any metallic vessel. There is no need to keep the medicines in refrigerator.

Ask Free Question

A healthy diet is one which will improve not just your physical health, but your mental health as well. It is essentially concerned with healthy nutrients and essential amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. A healthy diet can be obtained by consuming the correct proportion of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods.

The following section focuses upon how to have healthy and controlled diet in and out of home for yourself and your family!
1. Tips for your family

  • Have the food as slowly as possible.
  • Have small quantities of food at one time.

2. At home

  • Eat on small plates to control having extra quantities of food.
  • While doing the monthly shopping of groceries, buy the food in small containers to make yourself aware of how much you are consuming.
  • Try to have meat, poultry and seafood with herbs and spices instead of sauces or gravies.

3. Outside home

  • While having food at restaurant, have lighter version of the food. Foods rich in gravies and spices can adversely affect your health.
  • Experience mindfully the experience of tasting the delicious food. This is good both for your physical as well as mental health.
  • Avoid having desserts immediately after food if possible.
  • Try to have healthier foods like fresh fruits, sorbets, whole grains and other lighter versions of your choice of foods. Carefully notice the amount of food you are consuming no matter whatever you eat!
  • Try to start your meal with broth-based soup or green salad. Order a healthier version of the food first and foremost in order to avoid being influenced by the choices of others who are having the meal with you.

4. Tips solely focused on and for your family

  • Be a role model for your child by showing how to have smaller and required portions of the food, especially those with high calories.
  • Teach them by offering healthy foods and letting them to choose the amount they want to eat.
  • Encourage them to have plain water when thirsty. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hello. Do you have any history of irregular periods? Were you on any medication? The irregular menses are since your menarche (i.e. since menstrual cycle has started)? It could be due to simple nutritional deficiency or may be some other cause. First start taking homoeopathic treatment - Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - both thrice for 1 month. There after revert me back.
