Natural Childbirth - What to Expect From Best Child Care Hospitals?

Natural child birth is a process of giving birth to a child with no or little medical interference. In spite of the severe labor pain, many women decide to go for natural child birth because they find the experience beneficial. One of the best advantages that you can expect from a natural child birth is being in full control of your body.

  1. Utmost care: From the time you conceive until your delivery, hospitals are expected to take the best care of both the mother and the child. At the best child care hospitals, paediatrics should be able to put themselves in your place and aspire to take care of your child. Reliable child care hospitals should have the ability to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the child.
  2. Expertise: Child care hospitals must provide best paediatric services. Paediatrics deal with child care and that requires a high level of expertise. A child's health and well-being should be of paramount importance for any best child care hospital. The team of doctors should possess wide - ranging knowledge because they have been entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of your child's health. Besides these the hospital's team should include trained nurses; highly qualified and experienced medical workers.
  3. Work dedicatedly: Doctors from the best child care hospitals should be able to listen to you carefully and should attend to your child. They must be able to assist you with the queries related to your child's development. The child care services should be able to take care of the child from birth and assist them throughout their developing years.

Best child care hospitals should also provide reasonable treatment offers with the use of the latest, state-of-the-art technology. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Yes your hypothyroidism can cause complications in pregnancy. Thyroid hormones are necessary for brain development in children. In pregnancy tbg increases. Target tsh in first trimester is below 2-2.5.

Hi, I have pcod and im not getting my regular periods. So much of white discharge. Im feeling too low. Im getting so much of back pain and needs pain. Pls help.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

Hi, I am 25 years old. I have been diagnosed with pcod. Was advised to lose weight. Have lost from 73 to 66 since January. So how will it help in pregnancy? Are the pcos dissolved because of my weight loss?

MD, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Pune
Pcos is dissolved by around 15 kg weight loss. The main issue of overweight people is their apetite. As they have increased appetite, they are not able to do dieting adequately, as a result, they are unable to lose fat. Ayurveda has breakthrough remedy for this. This remedy reduces apetite and make dieting as easy as a child's play. This medicine burns fat and this is how this medicine reduces hunger and increases energy levels. This medicine gives you proper fat loss and natural shape correction. With this medicine, you can lose up to 7 kg per month. This medicine is free from side effects. If you are interested in this treatment, kindly let me know.

Hi, sir/mam, i am married and trying for child from last 2 years and my periods are irregular and my husband count is also low and i can't manage my weight due to irregular periods while that time i'll gain weight or else i'll be normal so please suggest something ?

MBBS (Gold Medalist, Hons), MS (Obst and Gynae- Gold Medalist), DNB (Obst and Gynae), Fellow- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (ACOG, USA), FIAOG
Gynaecologist, Kolkata
The problem is simple. Try weight loss by diet and exercise and half of your problem will be solved. Irregular periods can easily be regularised after some tests and then advising drugs. Low sperm count is not a headache at al. Many of my patients conceived with even zero sperm count. So, don't get afraid. Good luck.

Hello, she is in her safe period as of now so she wouldn't get pregnant and there is no real need of an ecp.

Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means during the fertility period of the woman. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Her egg and your sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then her uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these were satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Semen do not pass through clothes to make pregnancy. Sex during periods does not cause pregnancy. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Take care.

My wife wants to plan for a child. But she is scared all the time that the pregnancy wont go well as a lot of her friends are having difficulty conceiving. What can I do to help her?

MBBS (Gold Medalist, Hons), MS (Obst and Gynae- Gold Medalist), DNB (Obst and Gynae), Fellow- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (ACOG, USA), FIAOG
Gynaecologist, Kolkata
She needs assurance first. Then she should be explained that pregnancy usually occurs by chance- that means, if both the husbands and wife are having full normal health, the chance of having pregnancy in one menstrual cycle is only 25%. SO, there may be difficulty in conception due to chance factor or sometimes there may be actual problem in husband or wife. If she does not do well after your assurance, just take her to your doctor for counseling and do some basic tests done. Worry can affect the conception ability in adverse manner. So, don't worry.

As it was your last day of menses means bleeding is very less. That is why you should take ipill asap to avoid pregnancy. Menses will come little irregular but it can be managed easily.
