Your knee muscles are weak so your having pain in the knees. You need to correct your thyroid and need to do quadriceps exercises.

If x-ray has taken and confirmed no fracture then don't do any exercises for 4 to 6 weeks as muscles need time to recover. Diet all food is good food. No restrictions.

If so much of doubt get endoscopy done or mri with contrast of abdomen. Ultrasound will not pick up everything.
