Hello Doctor. I am 25 year old married female. Following are my details. Weight 84.5 kgs. Height 5'4" My recent blood test shows the following health issues: WBC DIFFERENTIAL COUNT NEUTROPHILS 38 Low EOSINOPHILS 10 High LYMPHOCYTES 48 High KIDNEY PROFILE, SERUM BLOOD UREA NITROGEN 5 Low LIVER PROFILE ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGPT) 19 Low VITAMIN B12 LEVEL, SERUM VITAMIN B12 117.0 Low 25 - HYDROXYVITAMIN D, SERUM 25 - HYDROXYVITAMIN D 24.70 Low While the others like sugar, thyroid & calcium is normal. Please suggest remedy for the above.

your vit.B12 level is low. vit.D level also low.and sgot is also low. others are normal..good. but you getting over weight. do exercise daily.. take low fat diet. take high fiber diet..like oats,whole grains,green veg., vit.D diet. , plenty of water take anzymes in diet. you can take syp. aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. tab.multivitamin which cure for your vit.D and vit.B 12.

I had a gastric n acidity problem which diet is perfect for whole day. And In morning does tea affects gas problem.

Don't take tea...take -Tablet Panticid-dsr twice daily before meals and avoid fast foods and fried foods

During night phone my penis remains erected for almost 2 hours which causes very much swelling to penis head and then I masturbate daily or sometimes after 2 or 3 days. Does it cause any problem please explain fully.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc.

you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. Avoid daytime sleep consult me for further management

. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Commonest cause of headache is refractive error may it be very small. Hypermetropia and any type of astigmatism if not corrected properly can give mild to severe headache as well as watering from the eyes. Most often, headache patients visit neurologist who advises mri brain which is almost always normal. A patient for headache must get blood pressure checked and visit ophthalmologist to be examined after dilatation of pupil. Quite often, minor refractive errors are only detected when patient or even a child is examined after dilating the pupil. Ophthalmologist can also detect and brain problem by fundus examination. Do not neglect any headache or minor watering of eyes.

How to increase my height. Upto what age height growth takes place. I do above normal weight exercise.
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
