1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C,D, E.and Zinc 3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking. 5) Get yourself engaged in some activities like reading ,sports. The causes for stroke and heart attack are same- bp, high sugar & cholesterol, smoke & pollution, bad fats, no exercise, stress and erratic lifestyle. Good to know that sugar and cholesterol are normal, get total lipid profile done as we need good fats also which are given by a spoon of desighee/ butter+ assorted nuts. Go for walks. Get ecg & halter test done, you can take a tablet of metprolol in low doses 25 mg /day in mornings, though it is medicine for high bp, but it protects the heart and brain from getting stroke. So no harm in taking this along with some vitamin supplements.

It is both ways lybrate-user. Sugar level changes due to depression, either overeating and/or lack of exercise. Depression comes due to low sugar or high sugar levels. Both have few common causative factors. Both diabetes and depression need to be treated side by side.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Good that you are exercising. The pre workout meal should be a combination of some proteins and carbs. You can eat 1 fruit and 1 whole egg or whey protein powder before exercise. Your post workout meal is also very important and so is all the other meals you take throughout the day to keep you fit and strong.

Dear Asha! it can be Delayed Pressure Urticaria. Avoid excessive heat or pain killers. Try some anti histaminics like Levoceterizine at night. If no improvement then we will start you on some specific treatment. Good luck

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Any growth even if benign is concern causing. Cause for back ache are a million starting with posture and through to intestine swelling (crohn's disease), mental stress, etc. Stress can cause your muscles to tense-up and if they happen to be your back muscles you are in shit-street. I can give it a go with homeopathy and judging by the results I have had with homeopathy, i'd say your chances are worth a toss. Pimples: Can You Get Rid of Them Overnight?

Pimples are known to be the bane of many teenager’s life. However, the unfortunate thing is that for many people, their misery does not cease with the growth of a person into adulthood.

However, there are quite a few things which can be done in order to improve the situation, to help you get rid of these unsightly blotches in just one night.

1. Lemon juice: Fresh lemon juice can be made good use of in order to fight pimples. This can be done by using a cotton swab dipped in the fresh lemon juice and dabbing the swab on the pimples which are the cause of so much anguish.

2. Cinnamon paste: There is also an alternative which can be considered and that is to mix the lemon juice with a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put this combination on the face prior to sleeping at night. However, it is to be kept in mind that there is one caveat about this solution and that is that if a person has skin that is sensitive, it is unlikely that he or she will react well to this sort of treatment. So, it is better that he or she just sticks to the simpler way to treat pimples by using lemons.

3. Ice cubes: In order to reduce the irritation, which is unfortunately part and parcel of pimples, what can be done is to use ice wrapped in a clean and thin cloth to touch the pimples with. The great thing about this is that ice is so freely available and a lot of the discomfort caused by the pimples will be greatly reduced.

4. Toothpaste: Another thing which is available quite easily happens to be toothpaste. While this may not seem to be an automatic solution for pimples, it is quite effective. However, if a person makes the choice of using toothpaste as his or her metaphorical weapon to combat pimples, he or she would do very well to keep in mind the fact that simple white toothpaste is to be made use of.

By using any gel based toothpaste, not only will the desired impact not be seen, but there could be side effects as well. What is to be done, is quite simple, to say the least. A few minutes before going to sleeps, the person needs to apply a bit of white toothpaste on each pimple. After waking up, washing off the toothpaste with cool water is required. Over the course of a few weeks, the changes will show up.

So fret not! Simply try these remedies and you will soon be pimple free! If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

u need to take a balanced diet. do exercise. eat fat burner foods. eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. follow a low calorie balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. eat more vegetables n fruits. eat 4 ltrs water. eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. eat pomegranate /day if u want really lose weight. u may use supplement medislim twice / day consult gym and yoga instructor

Whenever I shake my stomach, I notice sound like water from my stomach. I am a chronic patient of stomach disorders. I rarely feel pressure in morning and never get satisfaction after toilet. Though stool passed is never hard and there is no symptoms of constipation. I drink a lot of water and a cup of tea in morning then only I feel some pressure in my stomach. I go to toilet only once in morning and once in evening. Please let me know the treatment of this ailment.
