Muscle pull in that region can cause pain like this. If its not within the testicle or if you do not have any swelling then do not worry. Take painkillers/muscle relaxant for 1-2 days for relief. If not then visit a doctor without hesitation.

My mother age is 60 and two years back her knee replacement operation was done . And now her hip is paining like anything she is taking medicines but till now no relief . Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

My friend recently had a angioplasty done around 1 month back (01st Aug 2016) with 100% blockage (thrombosis) on RCA. He is on medication for blood thinner & Cholesterol ie Brilinta, Ecosprin & Storvas/Reva. He neither has diabetic nor hs hypertension. Also Dr. says he does not hv cholesterol. My Questions 1) Since angioplasty is done as such young age, will there be any cardio risk/problem in long run. Will he be able to live a normal life as he is a sports person 2) After the angioplasty, he has breathlessness & heaviness in his chest. Are these the side effects of the medicine that he take. Will he hv to continue for the medicine in entire life. 3) He hs started drinking Garlic & Ginger juice in the morning 1 teaspoon empty stomach, cut down on red meat & started consuming low fats oil. Will this reduce the medication 4) he hs started brisk walking (around 5k steps) exercise in morning & night (after dinner). Is this length of walk enough or should he increase his steps. Is that enough for losing weight n fat/ cholesterol? Detailed response against each point will be highly appreciated. Thanx -SQ-

Hello, I am giving your reply point wise in short. 1. There has a risk throughout the life even with medication. 2. Yes, this chemicals to be taken throughout life. 3. No juices, Please take 5/6 single cloved raw Garlic and 10gm raw Ginger with drinkable warm Water. 4. Walking for 45 minutes for 3 km is sufficient presently. Also go with pranayam morning and evening daily. Try to reduce the LDL n increase the HDL. Basically weight is the main reason for dysfunction of liver which causes production of bad cholesterol. Though it is not so much but instead of going to circulation it deposited to RCA or LCA. If agreed with, I will advise to take Homoeo medicine along with those chemicals as it will help you to be healthy by reducing the chemicals.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

It was never a fact that only those people who rise early looses weight.Actually heavy teenagers at your age thinks high but implements less.If you start doing anything with full dedication and start enjoying it ,the results are far better.I can understand that you youngsters have a problem in rising early due to late sleeping( due to mobiles nd Tv in most cases) but I will suggest you to start implementing a few lifestyle and eating changes for next 3 months and see the results and once results start pouring in ,you will start enjoying and you will start waking up early morning even before your alarm rang . 1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern I don't think it is a difficult task to loose weight . So don't loose your mind. In my opinion you should follow these guidelines strict dietary restrictions and make a chart of what you are eating and follow it very religiously. 30 to 45 minutes daily exercises, slowly start with brisk walking or jogging and gradually you can build your stamina. You should also include muscle building exercises for additional benefits. Have plenty of fruits vegetables and dietary fibers Take plenty of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day. Medicines are not recommended in your case. But if you wish to try them under strict medical supervision, you can discuss about appetite suppressant drugs like phentermine or sibutramine and lipase inhibitors like orlistat with your local doctor. You shouldnot take 20 eggs a day .It can incrase your Uric acid level in blood hence cause gout .Kindly consult the dietician about your diet and protein intake.
