Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. Hello in order to gain weight you must give your muscles a reason to grow. They must feel a need to be bigger and you can create that need by performing compound exercises using heavy weights. By lifting heavy weights, your muscles are forced to adapt to the unusual stress and they respond by becoming bigger and stronger. COMPOUND EXERCISES: Compound exercises (or multi-joint movements) work several large muscle groups at once and thus you get better overall body responses. By working a larger amount of muscle, compound lifts burn more calories, stimulate a greater release of fat-burning and muscle-building hormones, and are also more useful to everyday activities and sports. Examples of multi-joint movements include squats, deadlifts, lunges, step-ups, swings, snatches, bench presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, seated or bent over rows, lat pulls, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, push-ups, high pulls, clean and presses, etc. Another important aspect of your training routine that should be stressed is that the majority of your resistance training should be comprised of free weights (dumbbells, barbells, and other “free” weighted objects) as opposed to machines. The following exercises are the most effective multi-joint free weight exercises (In no particular order) that should make up the majority of your routines: • Standard barbell deadlifts • Romanian deadlifts • Barbell back squats • Barbell front squats • Barbell overhead squats • Dumbbell lunges (walking or standing) • Dumbbell step-ups • Barbell clean & presses • One arm snatches • One arm swings • Two arm swings • Barbell high pulls • Barbell or dumbbell incline or flat bench presses • Dips • Push-ups variations • Pronated grip pull-ups • Supinated grip chin-ups • Lat pulldowns (supinated, pronated, or neutral grips) • Barbell bent over rows • One arm dumbbell rows • Renegade dumbbell rows • Seated horizontal cable rows • Overhead barbell or dumbbell presses • Dumbbell squat & presses In addition, a stable and strong core is highly important to perform free weight exercises and to prevent your spine from injuries. Hence, AB and lower back strengthening workouts are highly recommended. Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Dear lybrateuser, to perform well in sports you have to have a proper nutritious diet. -have your meals on time -have milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, whole grain foods like pasta, bread, chapatti. -to boost your iron levels have green leafy veg like spinach, methi, non veg, jiggery. -also sleep well 7-8 hrs at night -keep yourself well hydrated throughout the day -have a snack like bread & cheese, a banana or biscuit one hour before playling a sport.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Dear lybrate user pcod cases had clinical pictures a pain dull in nature confine to pelvic region but never to only at coccyx alone. Definetely there must be a mechanical or neurological factors to be the reason for your problem in question. It can be treated non surgical procedures likely conservative rest along with some medicines pain killer's despite of all measure not improved then laser or rfa is last option can be taken.

Spinach, beet root, tomato, pomegranate, apple, dates, soybean,whole grain atta, nuts, 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Ars Alb.30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2.Ferrum Phos 6X (3 tabs) thrice a day for 3 days and revert. Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hi, Take 2-3 tsf of Dandronil powder and add water to make a fine paste. Apply this to the scalp and take head bath after 30 mins. Do this twice a week initially for 2-3 weeks and later once a week for another 4 weeks. Later use it once a month regularly as dandruff problem cannot be cured completely; it can only be controlled. Apply Kusuma Keshavardhini Taila to the scalp and gently massage for 5 mins. Comb the hair in the morning.

Hello, Calorie requirement are higher for males than females. Even on weight loss based on your current parameters low calorie diets won't work. Calorie calculation are based on height of a person as well (which you haven't mentioned) so no diet can be same for everyone. Please, post in your Complete details which will lead to healthy weight loss, as following low calorie diet aren't recommendable. We need to evaluate your ideal body weight on various parameters and based on that a customise prescription is recommendable. Which cannot be same for everyone. Take care

Hello,These are the causes of premature graying hair includes- "A hormonal imbalance, Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anaemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few grey hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age." *First of all you should correct our diet because what we are eating , that is reflecting on our body, so we should take Foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Your pp is fairly high, it means the medication is not adequate or your intake is a bit high. Please let me know level of physical activity that you do during the day. Daily 1 h plus exercise will help to control pp levels. Your bmi is28.1 kg /m2 (normal <23 kg/m2). It shows you are over weight. Excess weight also increases blood sugar. You have to exercise for more than 1 hour a day and also reduce you intake by at least 15 - 20 % a day. What is the dose of both drugs? dosage may have to be increased.

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day, 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, 7) eat 30-40 black currant and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals A) take 30ml of rubyclin liquid before meals, B) take 1 TSF of HARIDRA KHAND after meals, C) apply paste of MILK and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day. D) apply paste of lemon juice and onion, in the root of hairs, with gentle massage leave it for 15-30 minutes, after that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurved). Do all things for 30 days, gives you good result, THANKS.
