As there is 2 nerve injury it will almost take 4-8 months more. Be regular with ex's.do it every 4 hours. It will help your recovery.

As per your wt, you r prone to get jt pains very early. Evn now for your pain, the same thing is effecting u, I feel. If its very severe or progressing fast, then you need to see any near by physician. Otherwise, try to take bryonia 200 & rt 200 potency pills in homeo stores. Take thrice one after another for few days n let me know the progress. Each doae means 6-8 pills. Which r just chewable. No need of taking water.

Hope you are not having heel pain. Identify the points on either side between the ankle bone and tendons. Give acupressure with a blunt edge of a pen on both sides 20 times at a time after getting from bed. Rotate the feet 10 times clockwise and anticlockwise. Pl check whether you are having correct body weight. Otherwise reduce overweight. Report to me progess after 5 days for further advice.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can be taken in small doses for 5-7 days - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. If your condition does not improve, then we will have to get certain investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Dengue has four different strains. So if you get infected by one strain type then the possibility is that you can get affected again by a different strain. However this time around the dengue outbreak is not as worse as compared to last year. Plain viral fever is on the rise and mimics symptoms of dengue. Get yourself tested properly to rule out all possibilities. Take plenty of fluids.

Its an occupation related problem so need to look after your posture while sitting also keep mouse at appropriate distance so that shoulders do not droop down much. Got to have periods of break from computer at regular intervals lets say evry hour. For neck and back pain consult pain specialist like us who can further evaluate if there is underlying spondylitic changes for the same.

Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

I am 31 years old male. I had a paralytic attack four days ago. My MRI report says that: Cerebral parenchymal: subtle T2& FLAIR hyperintensities are seen in the right frontal, occipital and parietal regions. These show diffusion restrictions with low ADC values. Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. This may have happened because of high blood pressure. A brain haemorrhage must have occurred. The blood inside the brain has created a clot (infarct). This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.
