I have problem in my left leg. I think it is because of laptop air thrown out by fan and contact with leg, at that point I feel like very high sensitivity. Also sometimes only left leg highly paining. Please suggest me some remedies or some medicine. Thank you.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

The main cause is over use. It a wear and tear process. Reduce weight, regular exercises, good balanced diet, proper foot wear, no squatting, no climbing stairs, no crossed leg sitting, no walking on uneven surfaces can minimise the wear and tear process.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Figs are mainly made of polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Also, figs contain a good amount of carbohydrates that will help you gain weight. Soak five to six dried figs in water overnight. The next day, eat them in two parts during the day. Do this daily for about a month. Hi, I'm suffering from joint pain and body pain last 25 days. But no fever. I take paracetamol 500 mg day/night regularly. If I mistake to tske paracetamol one day the problem doing again. What can I do.

There are actually many causes of shoulder pain, it can be due to some injuries, tendinitis, bursitis, soft tissue and muscle tears, ac joint issues besides many others as well. So my advice will to be to restrict straining your shoulder till it is pain free. Ice packs can be applied local analgesic sprays and gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine and tab paracetamol may also provide pain relief. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

HI I am 43 perimenopause. I have this pain extending from both shoulders down my arms all the time but worse when I use them for high overhead lifting etc. Has anyone experienced this and how can it be fixed.
