Hi I am suffering from kidney stones How to remove the stones with out operation.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hi I am suffering from kidney stones How to remove the stones with out operation.
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

I have a urinary problem there are certain drops left after I finish urination is this a disease is it effective for ...
Please do Urine test - R/e & culture. One of the first things to do when you have a urinary tract infection is to drink plenty of water, doctors will tell you. That’s because drinking water can help flush away the bacteria that's causing your infection. This puts you on the right track for recovery. How much should you drink? Aim for half of your body weight in ounces of water, up to 80 ounces (oz) a day. If the test confirms infection get back to me. For further queries get back to me.

If the creatinine rise is due to diabetic kidney disease it is not completely reversible. She will need to alter her diabetic medicines though.

That depends upon the cause of rise in size. If this was some infection, the size will automatically come to normal over some more weeks. But if you are having hydrocele or some cyst etc. Surgical correction may be required.

Hi The size of the kidney stone helps in determining the management of the problem. Some of the basic things to be done is drink plenty of water. Do not hold back your urine for a long period. Pass urine frequently. Check your calcium and uric acid level. Medicines can be prescribed after knowing these reports.

Due to increased tadalafil exposure (auc), limited clinical experience, and the lack of ability to influence clearance by dialysis, cialis for once daily use is not recommended in patients with creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min.

How does gal stones affect on kidney? Is there any mechanical injuries by these stones?

How does gal stones affect on kidney? Is there any mechanical injuries by these stones?
Dear lybrate-user, gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluid that can form in your gallbladder. Your gallbladder is a small, pear-shaped organ on the right side of your abdomen, just beneath your liver. Gallstones do not affect your kidneys in anyway. They are two separate organs. Gallstones can block the tubes (ducts) through which bile flows from your gallbladder or liver to your small intestine. Jaundice and bile duct infection can result. If blocked these stones can cause severe pain.

Dear , it is o>k. That he has indwelling catheter. What is his urine out put in 24 hours? urimax is also right but should be taken at bed time. Also make sure that he is not constipated. Alao let me know when he did not pass urine for 17 hous: at that did he wnt to pass urine and he could not or he did not get an urge to pass urine. At his age he is likely to have prostate enlargement and that may have been agrevated by constipationif he is mobile and not bed ridden the catheter trial can be done after 15 days to see if he is voiding normally or not. FMAS, MS - General Surgery, MBBS

Mr. Lybrate-user you may be suffering from either piles or prolapse. Need to be examined by a surgeon. More likely to be bleeding piles. Go to a surgeon he can apply a band which can stop your bleeding. And further management can be planned as per stage. Yes, blood loss can make you weak. And will be bad in near long run.

Hello lybrate user, we need to see the mri plates in order to interpret the condition properly. Cervical myelopathy if so severe as to cause urinary retention will need to undergo assessment and planning to decide between conservative versus surgical management of the patient god bless you.
