I really lost my partner I went in to depression, I am trying myself to forgot but I can not pls help me.
What you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. 4. Along with this engaging yourself in some kind of physical exercise such as walking or yoga. 5. Engaging yourself with something like reading, listening to good upbeat music, gardening will also help you feel little lighter. 6. You may decide to go out and help someone in need. Rendom act of kindness has been proven helpful in both greaving process and depression. Sometimes long lasting grieving may convert into depression and you need external support to cope up and build resilience.

Will a person with Type 2 diabetes under control end up with the need for insulin?

MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, nMRCGP, Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetology
Diabetologist,
Will a person with Type 2 diabetes under control end up with the need for insulin?
They don't. But you have to realize that you need to keep working even more harder every year to get the sugars under control year after year. If the sugar levels are with in control this year, it is not necessary that the it will remain the same despite no change in medications. This is because of the normal course of diabetes itself. But having said that, the more you work on your lifestyle and maintain this along with the medications you are taking, it is very much possible that can control your sugars with out the need to have insulin ever.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Rosemary oil: another oil which doubles as a fragrant oil and an essential oil, this one is derived from the rosemary plant. It is very useful for dandruff problems and a flaky, itchy scalp. Rosemary oil stimulates the hair follicles; as a result, hair can grow longer and stronger.

Dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. This is the depression component. It is a multi modality approach - Attitude change in life is the major and key factor for the successful outcome of the condition. Which can be obtained with concentration techniques, relaxation exercises, YOGA,walking in fresh air * engage more in likelihood activities * trying to accept that everything is pre written in life, nothing can be re written ; we have to just finish out our given duties in this material world till we live, otherwise while I am writing this and while you are reading this, both of us do not know that either one of us may get death very next moment.* No events occur with prior notice, so if you go on thinking, go on thinking, then you ultimately end up in miserable condition.- BE POSITIVE must be the prior motto of your life.- Quit smoking, alcohol if doing.- Manage sound, regular sleep of 8 hours.- Consult later psychiatrist, but that is not required at this point, if you follow all above written things very honestly, I guarantee you that you need not require psychiatrist in your whole life. Hope this will help you for sure. If you find this really helpful, I urge you to submit in your life, and see the difference. Would like your valuable feedback soon, but not just for sake of making me happy, if it really make some sense in your life then only give feedback I do not demand for no. Of feedbacks. Wishing you fine health ahead. So,what are you waiting for, start new life from this very early moment. See the world with a different perspective and see the difference. Always feel free to ask any further doubts. Regards dear take care. BE POSITIVE.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I am a college student and I suffered from typhoid in the year 2016 and then came the side effects of medicines like hair fall and stuff but once everything was sorted out, I realized that my hunger was reduced drastically so I tried to eat more than I craved for, but I did complement it with exercises like cycling and going to the gym. In a few days, I started feeling acidity, and it was bad, I haven't ever felt acidity like that, it was like my chest was burning, I consulted a doctor and consumed the medicines and was able to get rid of the issue but not for long. Within a few weeks, I started feeling it again but this time, the intensity was quite low, so I thought "It will go away, I just have to control my diet"- as in eat less spicy food and eat less food for that matter but I still suffer from it and it has lead to frequent belching and when I wake up in the morning, my throat feels jam but it's not phlegm, it's just excess saliva. Also, it might be relevant that due to a strange sinus condition, I always have some mucus in my sinuses no matter how much I clean or get treated and only recently has some of it made it's way to my chest but I think, I've spit most of it out. Please help. In case I need to see a doctor please specify their name too.
