Apply aloe vera. With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

Pain may or may not be because of fibroid. Fibroids are often incidental findings while investigations. They are benign tumors which sometimes cause pain due to various reasons like twisting and torsion of pedunculated fibroid or red degeneration. You haven't mentioned the size of fibroid or nature of pain. Please see your gynaecologist for further guidance. Right sided pain can also be due to urolithiasis, appendicitis,intestinal colic, colitis .please rule out other causes of pain.

Although Obesity, diabetes, old age make urinary bladder muscles weak but also in chronic kidney failure, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and enlarged prostrate. Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. I do not think you are very overweight sajina so go for these simple remedies. Do not take drastic measures because your body may become weak 1. Warm water - 5 glasses in a day 2. One bowl of boiled vegetables and one bowl of fresh fruits daily 3. Avoid - white sugar (you can use honey/brown sugar/jaggery instead), maida and deep fried food 4. Exercise - without this you can not lose weight. Exercise for 40 minutes daily. Walking, cycling, playing, yoga or gym - any one from this list is great.

Lose Weight Tips: 1. Drink more water - Having more water rids your body of toxins and makes you feel full before meals, therefore cutting down your food intake. Overall, without enough water, all our body functions slow down so whether you’re trying to lose weight or not, make sure you drink enough water everyday.
2. Drink tea (green tea with lemon)- this will fill you up, increase your metabolism and cleans up your body inside out! A great way to lose fat as long as you don’t have too much sugar to go with it.
3. Eat more protein - doing so will increase your metabolism and help with muscle recovery post-workouts. If you can, have a source of protein in every meal.
4. Increase your fiber - the more fiber you have, the more full you will feel. This will help you escape the urge to succumb to or even have bad food cravings.
5. Do full body exercises - to ensure that you're burning fat in your entire body without leaving an area behind.
6. Eat more vegetables and fruits - these are filled with tons of natural sugars, fibers and proteins that will keep you full but are low in calories.

There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: Vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. To get the same results in half the time, step up your pace and get vigorous exercise -- like jogging or walking. You'd need to do that for 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Jog, if you're already fit, or walk briskly at an incline on a treadmill if you're not ready for jogging. Vigorous workouts on stationary bikes and elliptical or rowing machines are also effective, says Duke researcher Cris Slentz, PhD. Moderate activity -- raising your heart rate for 30 minutes at least three times per week -- also helps. It slows down how much visceral fat you gain. But to torch visceral fat, your workouts may need to be stepped up. “Rake leaves, walk, garden, go to Zumba, play soccer with your kids. It doesn’t have to be in the gym,” Hairston says. If you are not active now, it's a good idea to check with your health care provider before starting a new fitness program. 2. Diet: There is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. Getting enough fiber can help. Hairston’s research shows that people who eat 10 grams of soluble fiber per day -- without any other diet changes -- build up less visceral fat over time than others. That’s as simple as eating two small apples, a cup of green peas, or a half-cup of pinto beans. “Even if you kept everything else the same but switched to a higher-fiber bread, you might be able to better maintain your weight over time,” Hairston says. 3. Sleep: Getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: Everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. “If you could only afford the time to do one of these things, Shively says, "exercise probably has the most immediate benefits, because it gets at both obesity and stress.”

I have severe lower back pain for last one month. The pain is unbearable and no improvement. Doctor says xray normal and muscles might be week. Earlier taken diclofenac and getting reduction in pain while taking this tablet but pain starts again if I discontinue the tablet. Presently taking nemuslide morning and night. Still pain is there 25% reduced pain while taking tablet. Route cause is still not diagnosed, I am worried, please help.

Dear Patient, Weight gain and loss both are a simple mathematics of calories. Its impossible as to what you have said. Please see the calories in the diet. If you workout and stick to a low calorie diet plan- There has to be a weight loss. Portions also to be mentioned in the diet. You cannot eat unlimited and expect wt Loss. SO- Check the calories and portions of food in the diet and create a calorie deficit everyday. All the best.

1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2. Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3. Eat healthy diet 4. Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8. Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation (1-2 times/week) 9. Get adequate sleep (7-8hours daily) 10. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11.
