Curious about a special phenomenon. Some times I feel like upper body jerk (kind of stiffening of upper body muscles for a second and vibrating shoulder side to side for like 1-2 oscillations) just at the end of urination. What is it? I am med student. So expecting a reasonable answer.

It is a natural phenomenon to shiver and increase body temperature when exposed to cold. The loss of bladder full of urine at body temperature can create a dip in the core temperature and hence a transient shiver.
