You will need health supplement. Do hard workouts only for 45 minutes max daily for 5 days a week only Take sleep for 8-10 hours Eat every 3 hourly with whatever you can. Focus on one/two particular group of muscles each days. Yes you can make out without any artificial food supplement also if your protein intake is good daily -- eggs/chicken/milk/banana.

Such problems recur in many people. Infections or allergies come back if you do not take steps to prevent it. Example, rubbing with soap, wearing tight/synthetic clothing/sun exposure/sweating etc can cause the recurrence of a skin infection. Start the same medication and take steps to prevent the infection.

I had vaginal infection since 2-3 month. Now infection has gone after taking medicines by Dr. But sometime feel itchy vagina. After intercourse burning urination. So much frustrated:(. How can I get proper relief from infection. Please help.

Please apply coconut oil oil on the affected area. Maintain hygiene. Also check if your partner is having any infection or not as its quiet common that the infection can pass/continue. Use lubricant before having intercourse.

Good Evening doctor, I'm from Hyderabad, working in a US/IT staffing company as a process associate. My shift timings is evening 7: 30 Pm to morning 5: 00 Am, i'm completely working in night shifts from the last 6 months. I observed the vast variation in my appearance and I feel like very lazy all the day. Could you please suggest the right diet and what exercise should I do, to be active like as usual.

Working in night shifts for prolonged time leads to variation in the natural biological clock of the body and this affects your whole body and brain. You might notice change in your appetite (hunger), stools and sleep. Start taking balanced diet and include lots of fruits in your food. If needed, take multivitamin suppliments. Take 1 amla everyday, this will improve your immunity. Avoid all heavy and fried foods. Do daily 30 min cardio exercise and pranayam daily for 20 min.

Do a complete blood analysis like CBC,ESR, DC, Tc, Widal test, Blood for Mp and Dengue antigen(NS1) test and consult doctor with report. You may be having Typhoid fever. consult for further advice

I am 40 yrs old. Feeling tired. Which medicine should be taken?

Your tiredness cannot be cured by medicines alone. You have to see the reasons for it. Mostly lack of nutrition sleep and stress can cause it. So- eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. If tiredness still persists get your blood sugar, thyroid, haemoglobin, vitamin b12and d levels checked.

FOR YELLOW TEETH: Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. FOR BAD BREATH: Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath. Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Also use arnica montana q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.
