Hello lady, there are multiple causes for knock knees, or genu valgum. The cause has to be assessed and treatment initiated as per the cause. According to lot of studies and based on lot of scientific data and with my experience. Braces or orthotics will NOT help. Can contact me on my private platform.

Hi doctor. I have a severe backache as per Dr. Advice I have done mri. My mri report is as under kindly advise in matter degenerative lumber spondylitis are seen in the form of marginal osteophytes and multilevel disc dessication. 1. D12-l1 & l1-l2 discs show mild bulge, indenting anterior thecal sac without significant never root compression 2. L2-l3 disc reveals right paracentral disc extrusion, indenting anterior thecal sac and causing right lateral recess narrowing, impinging on right traversing l3 nerve root. 3. L3-l4 disc shows mild diffuse disc protrusion, indenting anterior thecal sac and causing bilateral mild neural foraminal narrowing, minimally abutting bilateraltraversing l4 nerve roots. 4. L4-l5 disc reveals mild diffuse disc protrusion, indenting anterior thecal sac and causing bilateral mild neural foraminal narrowing, minimally abutting right existing l4 nerve root-bilateral traversing l5 nerve roots. Nerve roots. Cord is seen ending at d11 vertebral level. Distal cord and conus appear normal. Both hip and si joints are normal. No pre / paravertebral, epidural soft tissue or haematoma is seen. Bilateral psoas and posterior paraspinous muscles are normal. Please advise for home exercise / medicine.?

My friend is having pain in his hand during playing cricket specially when balling. The pain remains for about 3-4 hours after it starts and then resolves automatically. But he has no pain while doing other works. Only the pain starts in right hand after 2-3overs playing.

Symptoms could be related with cervical spin related some time it may be associated with hyperacidity, vastibular dysfunction also need to be ruled out.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

You most probably have osteoarthritis. The diagnosis needs to confirmed. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello, your problem is due to postural irregularity. * sit erect on the table keeping your head, straight in front of your computer * take- off computer for 5 mnts, frequently & stretch your body, pulling your shoulder back. * go for meditation keeping your entire body straight. * go for pawan- utthan asana, lie down on the floor on your abdomen and lift your body with support of your both d arms, keeping legs down on floor. * go for aerobic exercise under supervision of a physiotherapist. **homoeo-care** @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont 200- 6 pills, thrice a day. Report weekly stay fit.

please do exercises or workouts based on your need. if you want to be MR INDIA or TAMILNADU you can be overloaded with exercises and workouts. if not shape your body and maintain it. exercising with less load for longer time or more repetition is the best way to fitness without injuring or creating adverse reactions like this. proper warmup is essential for every workout. get advice from your instructor. exercise 4-5days a week it is enough no need to workout everyday. let other 2 or days allotted for out of gym exercise activities like jogging or ground exercises.
