Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Consult after 5 days.

Slowly the back pain will disappear, more over eat well the good protein diet like non-veg or if you are not nonvegitarian, take vegetarian protein like dale, Soa,etc. Are the non veg protein ok.

I am 38 years of age wt, 65kg I am making excersies & yogasana daily for 15-30minutes but I am facing pain at coccyx once in 2months for 2days I am unable to find out the problem kindly help me doctor.

Chronic pain in the region of tail bone is called as coccydynia, can you specify whether there was any history of previous injury to tail bone area? you can start with sitz bath, use soft cushioned surfaces for sitting, now a days coccydynia seats are available which take the pressure off from the inflamed area, use gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine, or tab paracetamol for pain relief. I would like to to ask for some helpful suggestion regarding my mother, aged 61.In 2005 she fell down from our home stairs, in that incident accept her knee joints, everything was fine. The bad thing about the knee join happened was on on of her legs her knee joint bones were 90% shattered. She went through 2 surgeries in a span of next 5 years, 1st surgery was to fill in and repair the ankle joint with some kind of "Filling"(that's what the Orthopedic Surgeon said. It was going to heal in time but the doctor said that now that ankle movement will be fixed (not movable any direction. She was okay with that and after few physiotherapy sessions she was walking without any pain. From January 2015, she suddenly started to feel numbness in the operated leg, and she started getting hamstrings regularly. When she got diagnosed it was discovered that the initial fall also caused her slipped disc and now the bone in her waist is ruptured in a way which also tangled few nerves or veins. The orthopedic doctor said it is a very risky to operate now as if any vein tangled gets cut, they won't be able to stop the bleeding. So they asked her to move on. She didn't gave up and still trying with Herbal and acupuncture treatments but day by day it's getting worse. She can't stand straight for a second without holding anything. Nowadays she use to walk with her upper half bend little forward. I ask why you can't stand straight, she says whenever she tries it always causes her immense hamstring (both under thighs. She is having blood pressure for along time and take meds for them regularly and its in control. If you can help me out with any suggestion that could ease the pain of her hamstring (she can't bend her ankles, then it would be very helpful. Thank You. With regards. Niloy Bhattacharya.

Mam/sir, mere left hand ke thumb or ek finger me kuch din pahle halki halki khujli hui phir usme halka halka dard hone laga. Or ab dard itna bad gaya hai ki me apni scooty ka horn bhi press nai kar pati hu doctors ko dikhaya unhone treatment bhi kiya. Usse kuch time to aaram raha but ye dard phir se hone laga hai plz upay batayen.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

I am 48 years old female. I am having wrist pain. Also sometimes especially during early morning or while getting up after sitting longtime ankle pain also coming. What could be the reason? I don' t have any diabetics, bp etc

Dear , you should screen yourself with tests of arthritis, get cbc, esr, crp s uric acid, rf done and also get s rays of the painfull joints and send.

I have severe pain in legs. It increases in the evening. I tried many home remedies but not get improvement.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I discussed with many doctors but no results .I had done many tests and MRI and Xray. All reports are normal .but Still I have Pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow.

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. I am 45 yrs male and have pain in my right knee only since 10-15 days and have also pain in left leg in toe since 2 months.

This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKID PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying get cervical x ray ap and lateral done and review with reports.
