For endometriosis related pain various treatment options are available. Your gynecologist can start you on hormone therapy which will relieve your pain. If you still have pain and your laprascopy is also negative, you can benefit by treatment with special medication and /or intervention by a pain specialist (superior hypogastric plexus block). If you have tried all treatment and still pain is persistent, consult a pain specialist in your city.

Use good quality running shoes and change them every 3-6 months depending upon distance you run. Run on soft surface as far as possible. Avoid tar roads, tracks are good option or sand, grass.

I would advise you to see a Gynaecologist as it is not very clear what your question is. If you are meaning to say that you have taken I-pill and have fallen pregnant and want to continue it should be usually okay but you will need a few tests doing and counselled regarding small unpredictable risk to baby.

STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Apply virgin coconut oil freely, let it soak it for 20 minutes, Apply Shikakai or mild, very diluted shampoo lightly. Not more than once a week. Continue and wait for 3 months to see good results Food: Panneer, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish; lots of nuts- almond, Brazil nut Further specific medicinesL: pl come on private consultation.

Hi I want to clean my teeth on my teeth have stains how to remove it pls let me khow as soon as.
All individuals requires scaling (cleaning) to be done atleast once in 6 months to maintain our oral hygiene clean. Our toothbrush is not much finely designed to clean all the plaque and calculi in the interdental areas of the teeth, which is the area where most of the calculus accumulate much and has to be removed regularly using scalers by the dentist.

BMI stands for “Body Mass Index.” It is a tool that is used to determine how much you need to weigh in relation to your height. It is a better way to determine where you stand on the obesity scale than just weight alone. The BMI is a guideline that gives doctors a place to start when approaching their patients about weight. It has been determined that being overweight increases your risk of certain diseases such as heart attack, stroke and diabetes. A poor diet can raise bad (LDL) cholesterol which in turn can increase plaque development in the arteries and lead to other life-threatening conditions.

How to maintain the stones in the kidney generally all mens have stones but how to save yourself from unusual pain?
You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

Hello, Use Homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Take care. Home remedy:- Cleaning your teeth with fresh orange peel on a regular basis will reduce the yellow tinge accumulated on your teeth. Rub orange peel over your teeth every night before going to sleep. The vitamin C and calcium in the orange peel will combat the microorganisms throughout the night. Do this for a few weeks and you will notice effective results. If fresh orange peel is not available, you can use dried orange peel powder. Take Mag phos 6X, 5 tabs with warm water if you get toothache at night. Take care.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Why You Might Not Be Losing That Weight Despite Doing Everything!
You have reduced the number of calories you consume every day, have started going to the gym or exercising at home, but do not see any difference on the scale? Well, there are can be certain reasons behind it. Check out the reasons behind why you aren?t losing any weight-

1) Over-Eating Healthy Foods - Of course, 1200 calories from burger and French fries aren?t the same as 1200 calories from nutritious foods. But, sometimes, overeating on healthy foods can be the cause of why you aren?t losing any weight. Sometimes, eating too much of healthy foods might cause brain to make more of the hormone ghrelin, which makes you feel less full and slows down your metabolism.

2) Thinking about Exercise- This might just sound weird, but it is absolutely true! People who think about exercising a lot tend to eat 50 percent more. There is a simple explanation about all of this. Thinking about workout makes you feel that you can snack some more and burn off those calories. So, you end up eating more. Well, some places where calorie-counter doesn?t work.

3) Underestimating Calories- So, you have been thinking that you are eating 1500 calories a day. But are you? Sometimes, we underestimate our portions or number of calories. On other occasions, we forget to add information about things we have eaten. So, keep a journal, measure your portions and get the idea. This will help you with weight loss.

4) Sleeping too little- Not shutting your eyes for a few hours will leave your body into carb and fat craving survival mode. People who sleep fewer than 4 hours tend to eat 300 more calories on the next day.

5) Medical Condition- Just because you aren?t losing weight doesn?t mean you always have a medical condition. But sometimes, conditions such as hypothyroid, insulin resistance and PCOS can decrease your ability to lose weight. So, go ahead and see a doctor.
