Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Till your placenta gets developed thats upto 12 weeks of pregnancy, progesterone is given as prevention of getting abortion, and chances are more during first 12 weeks one reason which is insufficient progesterone, so continue upto you complete your 3 months.

Research shows that diets high in saturated fat (from sources such as red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, and ice cream) increase your risk of dementia and impair concentration and memory. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Produce is packed with antioxidants, substances that protect your brain cells from damage opt for wholegrains like everything else in your body, the brain cannot work without energy. The ability to concentrate and focus comes from the adequate, steady supply of energy - in the form of glucose in our blood to the brain. A study of a group of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment found that after two years of intervention with high doses of b6, b12 and folic acid there was significantly less brain shrinkage compared to a subset given placebo treatment 6. One if my friend has hairloss problem. What should he do to get rid of it?
1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

If reports are normal then no need operation. It can due to acidity ya weakness of abdominal muscle. Do core strength exercise and hot fomentations. Tk gastric medicine and 14 to 16 glass water per day.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Homoeopathic treatment------------------ topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime---------------- berberis aquifolium 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 2 drops in 1 spoon water /direct on tongue, 3 times daily------------------------------- aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night------------------- cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams---------------- 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily natural method to treat acne- take 10 leaves each of mint (pudina, holy basil (tulsi) and chinchona off (neem. Now make the passte of all 3 in a chopper. Add a desirable amount of white multani powder (it is different from multani mitti, ask from any good, pansari shop, they have it) 1-2 spoons, and at lat add 10-20 drops of lime (nimdu) such that the consistenccy of this paste is semisolid and can be easily applicable on skin. Now apply on the acne prone skin until it is dry and wah it with cleano soap after 10-20 minutes. Do this procedure every alternate day.

Vitamin d deficency is most common in females and can easly be cured by medicine or avia healthy diet. But I believe that, this is not the reason for your problem. Either you have a nerve compression on shoulder or wrist. Either ask to your consultant for a nerve conduction test or go for minimum 15 days physiotherapy sessions to a well qualified therapist.

Fried foods or food items that are high in cholesterol and saturated fats should be avoided as these foods can cause an increase in DHT levels (a by-product that causes hair loss).

Your psa levels are in doubtful range. Medicines are required only if difficulty in urination is there. Cancer has be ruled out. Physical examination is essential for this. Prostate biobsy may be required if clinical suspicion of cancer.
