Hi lybrate-user. As you have said you have hip arthritis I consider that you got diagnosed for it. If not get the check up and investigations done. Treatment depends on the findings of the radiographs and the integrity of joint. As you are telling it's 10-12 years don't delay more.

It could be that your breast tissue is not very sensitive to the hormones produced in your body or your body id not producing sufficient female hormones. Properly clean your wound and use an antibiotic cream and sterile bandage. See a doctor if it's not better in a few days. Check your feet every day for blisters, cuts, sores, redness, or swelling. Moisturize them to prevent cracks.

9. Mind Your Smoking Habit - People with diabetes who smoke are two times more likely to die prematurely than those who don't. Quitting helps your heart and lungs. It lowers your blood pressure and risk of stroke, heart attack, nerve damage, and kidney disease.

10. Get Your Diet Right! - Here's what is ideal:

  • Upon Waking : Bitter Gourd (karela) juice, and a glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly - squeezed lime.

  • Bedtime snack: A glass of fresh milk or fresh fruit

11. Doctor Visits - Expect to see your doctor two to four times a year. If you take insulin or need help balancing your blood sugar levels, you may need to visit more often. Also, get a yearly physical and eye exam. You should be screened for eye, nerve, and kidney damage, and other complications. See a dentist twice a year.

Other Measures:

  • Hot fomentation to lower back.

Hello. We do have good medicines in Homoeopathy for excessive bleeding during the menses. Need to have her details related to her suffering, personality, consitution, so describe each and everything in detail. For the time being, start giving her Hamemalis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water daily every 2 hrly (during menses) and Pulsatilla 200/ one dose once a week (avoid this medicine during menses) for a month. Take iron rich food to maintain good hemoglobin levels Take milk, and dairy products Reduce your intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, Eat plenty of raw vegetables. Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
