Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Hello first of all you weight is high it should be between 58 to 65 kgs. Secondaly your question. Ayurveda tell that you should drink water after 1 to 2 hours after food. Dal is also fluid which we take. Best think is to eat at right thine and regularly at the same time. From childhood are food is given timely and body follows the pattern. Thanks.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

It seems you have stomach infection. First of all, take some antacids and emetics, then some antibiotics. Please keep eating liquid or semi solid foods to avoid weakness. Drink lots of water.

Hello. I am having an acidity problem on regular basis. Recently I'm having lot of problem dealing with it. It feels like heartburn. I have stopped eating curry n oily foods as well as spicy foods. It really make me feel very sick. I am fed up with this problem please help me out. I have tried some acidity medicines but I get relief for time being. Waiting for your advise doctors.

take tab lan 30 1 tab od in the morning empty stomach for a month, consume 3-4 lt of water daily. avoid spicy, oily food, take dinner 2-3 hr before going to bed.it will help you. welcome for further help.

Hi Nitish Definitely your digestive system is weak and you are an anxious person. Means your anxiety is having a direct effect on your digestive system causing all the problems. Take Lyco200/1 dose ( homoeopathic medicine) and give feedback after 7 days. You will definitely get better.

Dou have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation do for 7 days you will feel better if medicine required contact.

1. Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8. If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Hi, take tab. Gasex 2-2-2 after food and tab. Avipattikara 1-1-1 for 1-2 weeks. Take food in small quantities frequently. You can even take himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times a day before food.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done.

Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

You should go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s, Lft . blood sugar , Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy).Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take. Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal,avoid stress,non-veg.,. drink plenty of water.take digestive meal ,salaad,green veg,whole grain foods,oats.go for walk. You can take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day.syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. These can help cure in constipation.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis and constipation 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. No fast food, no momos and samosas 6. No tea and coffee 7. Lots of water 8. Walk after meals 9. Eat less at nights 10. No soft drinks, hard drinks and no smoking 11. Add fibre in diet- vege and fruits.
