DEAR LYBRATE USER.....you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time..... …..1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …..3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily ,spicy ,junk, fermented and stale foods….5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea....A)take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep.... B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water....C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals,....D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep......do all things for 15 days......this formulation is 100% effective...consult to me for further suggestion....THANKS

My mother age 60 years is not feeling to have food of any kind, although she tells she feels hungry. Very poor oral intake. Done endoscopy, report is normal. Some times she is having gas problems , for which she is taking medicines. Because of not having food she is getting weak day by day. She iscalso taking medicines for hypertension and cholesterol. Doctor here has recommended injection for strength weekly twice. But still condition is not improving. Kindly advise. Thanks.

You can start with syp. Liv 52 ds one teaspoon two times. Syp. Himcocid one teaspoon two three times or the time of gas formation please do liver function test and revert back with findings.

Please avoid MDMA use and Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

There is possibility of Constipation causing stomach related symptoms. Cause can be due to less intake of fibers in the diet. Exercises make your gut move faster. Isabgol/Banana mixed in curd or milk is good source of fiber, which swells up with water, act as stool softener and build pressure.Drink a lukewarm water with half lemon juice and a spoon of Honey and walk will be of some help.or worms infestation. Get your stool tested for worms infestation.If eggs or cyst of worms is positive then consult your doctor for Deworming/ Amoebiasis treatment

I sleep to much since my childhood even I get enough sleep during the night but still feel sleepy during the day also and I understand this problem since I join to live in hostel with others. I am giving you brief idea about uric acid diet - drink plenty of fluid esp water take low fat dairy product consume complex carbohydrate reduce saturated fat consumption avoid fish/ meat/ poultry avoid eatable sweetened avoid alcohol regular physical exercise.

Hi lybrate-user, chronic constipation is often the lead cause behind ulcerative colitis. You definitely do need to streamline your diet which should mostly comprise of softly cooked or steamed vegetables with less of oil, ghee, spices et al. The more bland the diet is, easily digestible will it be and the better it will be for your health/ recovery. Also, do consume well ripened fruits especially papaya & banana. Buttermilk and coconut water too are immensely valuable in this condition. Take plenty of water daily, and ensure that you get enough of bed rest, avoiding stress/ strain/ anxieties. Also, take care not to strain while passing stools. A light abdominal massage on a regular basis also helps. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better for medicine contact on private chat.

Hello. First you avoid any of rich food. Avoid sleep after meal especially noon time. You can take rest after one hour of meal. Drink half glass of water before half hour of meal. Then you start homeopathic treatment. You definitely get a relief in your compliance. Now you take dose of lycopodium 200 2 does at bed time. Don't drink water with the does. Hi, I am suffering from digestion problem. I don't eat much in my daily routine and use to avoid fry and heavy food but still I have to go toilet 4-5 times a day mainly after having lunch. Due to this I am also not able travel long distances as I need to go toilet after every 2-3 hours.
