You are suffering from constipation. 14-20% of indian population is suffering from constipation and related problems. Everyday physical activity like brisk walking/ jogging will keep your bowel active. Eat more of dietary fibres, leafy veg, fruits and plenty of liquids. Try to remove stress. Try to maintain periodic defecation everyday for gud bowel habits.

I am 47 years suffering from acidity from last 4 yrs. Taking daily Rabeprazole. Recently when I lift up above 10 kg weight.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

Whenever I eat anything after sometime I feel burning in my throat due to heavy acidity. I feel acidic in my teeth also. Pls suggest some remedy. I usually avoid oily food but still it happen and I have weak metabolism also.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine robinia q (5 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *drink lot of water. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid fried and spicy food. *tea/coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *if overweight, loose weight. *avoid stress and it should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.

I am feeling bearable pain in coccyx after long time sitting. Stool accumulated in rectum causes slight more pain.

I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Respected lybrate-user hi you have not narrated amount & freq of blood, constipation burning after stool, fever. But anyway presently avoid oily spicy stuffs, nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd etc. Have tab combiflam mor & eve for 2 days after meals then consult thanks regards.

Hi take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini tab 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

Female of age 24 years im having anal fissure and had bleeding first time on 6 the November. For 15 days I had cremaffin Syrup for 15 days. Before that I had stomach ulcer. So I stopped taking medicines. Though I go for 30mints walk everyday. I had skin outside anal. But then I automatically got reduced in size. Food is on time no spicy food. Still No improvement in crack. I had applied escot and pileroute ointment. Please guide as I am depressed by this. As no improvement is seen.

Thanks for sharing your problem through Lybrate. You might be suffering from Chronic Fissure with Sentinel Tag. Avoid long time sitting. Take Sitz bath twice with lukewarm water. Eat leafy vegetables and salads. Drink plenty of water. Take some herbal laxative. You will definitely get relief in above symptoms. I suffer from constipation. latrine not clear. Mucous releases with latrine. Go to bathroom 3-4 times. Abdominal pain. Gas occurs.

CONSTIPATION:is due to an incorrect lifestyle and irregular eating patterns, not taking enough fluids,sedentarylifestyle.Foods that are heavy and difficult to digest, as well as oily, spicy, fried, and junk foods are the culprits. Eating food in a disturbed atmosphere or in front of the television and being awake late at night all lead to bowel disturbance. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear, jealousy, and sorrow also play an important role. DIET & LIFESTYLE ADVICE: Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. An Apple or Pineapple/Pomegranate each day is helpful.  Drink 7-8 glasses of lukewarm water each day. Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Eat whole grains /nuts/sprouts and Muesli in breakfast Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice,or high protein foods like cheese,meat and cold foods like ice cream or chilled drinks  Take meals in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold food slows the digestive power. Take 30 ml/6 tsp of syp Duphalac thrice daily after meals with lukewarm water. You first need to re look at your diet. You need an elimination diet to 1st correct your digestion and once you know what food is best suited for your body, you can start with a muscle gain diet.

As per your history, it seem like piles problem. I would suggest you to- avoid constipation as it increases this problem. Take isabgol husk in warm milk in night. Get your stool routine and stool for occult bl test done. Take 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Drink plenty of liquids orally. If no relief, consult as you may require medication for it.

Loose motion, commonly known as diarrhea refers to a state where the affected person suffers from frequent passage of loose, watery or unformed stool. Here are some natural remedies which are capable of relieving you from loose motion effectively.

1. Lemon

Lemon juice has anti-inflammatory properties that assist in cleansing of the stomach. After extraction of the lemon juice it should be mixed with a tablespoon of sugar and salt. This solution should be consumed every one hour until you feel that all the toxins from your bowels have been flushed out.

2. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek or methi seeds have antibacterial and antifungal properties. You need to mix one to two tablespoon powder of dried up fenugreek seeds in a glass of water and have it in an empty stomach in the morning for three to four days. It may taste bitter might but it's bound to completely relieve you from loose motion.

3. Buttermilk

Butter milk not only works wonders for soothing your stomach but also assists the process of digestion. The acid content in buttermilk fights the bacteria and germs in your digestive system. Adding a pinch of turmeric powder or cumin powder or black pepper powder to your buttermilk increases its efficiency to cure loose motion.

4. Adequate rest

If you are suffering from several bouts of loose motion it is bound to cause weakness and dehydration as the body is drained of essential minerals and water. It is advisable that you take complete best rest for two to three days to recover from this fatigue completely. Using heat bags on your stomach can relieve you of cramps and pains. Constipation drink plenty of water everyday and consume lot of raw vegeables like radish cucumber, carrot, onions. Etc daily along with your food and eat one ripe big banana at bed time and drink a glass of warm milk with a spoon of gheewhic helps to relieve constipation.

1) Possibly you are having Allergic Rhinitis. How long? Is it acute onset? or gradually developed? Whether you are having para-nasal sinus infection at present? These information are helpful to select a medicine. 2) Acidity 4 hours after dinner? How do you understand? Are you keeping night? That is not good. Don't you have acidity during daytime? How you understand that you are having acidity? State in few word exactly what problems you have. Mostly acidity when people complains found to be not true hyperacidity, which is a disease that need care. Please comeback with these in private question part.
