My ageMy age is 25 years old I facing a problem regarding my sleep from 1 week What should we eat to get a proper sleep.
Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

Realise the actual situation, don't be stressed with small small things, talk more with friends, family members, nothing is permanent, there is No any problem which can not be solved ,Time & money is The answer for many problems, so be calm & cool, accept the reality, take healthy diet, I nvolve yourself in social, spiritual,spirts activities, do regular exercise, morning walking, yogasanas,pranayam, keep cows ghee in diet, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, avoid gossiping, late night work, thinking too much ,oily, spicy,unhealthy, outside food, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, cold drinks, hot drinks, excessive tea, coffee,tobacco, smoking,alcohol, hot drinks, junk food. All The best.

It depends how much reduction required to correct your uneven teeth. Slight amount of enamel reduction does not create any problem but more amount of reduction is not beneficial. It create lot of problem.

Hi, I can certainly help you overcome dull skin. But blushing is something which depends on your blood response. So some of them have it while others can't blush easily. Jogging, cycling, push ups, sit ups, squats and other types of cardiac and aerobics exercise will help you to reduce fat. But as dietitian my experience says in weight loss diet play 80% role well exercise play 20% role. If you will not control your diet you will not get any result. Proper diet and exercise schedule is your answer.

To control cardiovascular system, you have to exercise daily, mainly walking must and food habits should be normal without spicy, daily take one piece of garlic daily with dinner for better result in cardiovascular.

Am getting burning sensation in the stomach after my meal, not able to sleep during night time because of the burning sensation.The irritation getting subside after having Gelusil. Its been there for more than 3 weeks. Because of this not feeling hungry in the morning and not able to eat properly.

The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

smoking is known risk factor for osteopenia and osteoporosis. Hyperthyroidism is also a lesser know risk factor. you can improve your bone density by quitting smoking and keep your thyroid levels under control.

Eat extra than before.Use dense fruits,vegetables.No water just before or during meals.Avoid to skip meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use extra protein foods to gain weight but not fat.Use healthy fat in cooking.Take nuts,seeds.These are basic but for more details consult me privately on Lybrate.

I am an asthma patient since childhood but everything is under good control. I only need to take asthalin inhaler after March for a month or so when we start removing woolens and I start getting attacks but as soon as I get the feel of getting attack, before only I inhale one puff and I am able to prevent the attack. Occasionally when it does not improve, I take seroflo one or two puffs. If that also does not help only then I consult a doctor for oral medication dose. Generally in a year I must not be taking more than 20 puffs in all. Is there anything wrong in my approach? I do not want to take too many medicines and want to heal by taking precautions. Please suggest if there is anything I should be knowing regarding my problem in a long run considering the way I am handling my problem. Thank you.

You are handiling well. My advice to you do pranayam will help you lot. You take shwasni avalh 1 spoon in morning empty stomatch after 30 monuties take breakfast end in night after dinner if you take 6 month you will not get attacks early. Cost is also very economical take as a tonic for lungs. After taking 1/2spoon keep in mouth 30 second it melt thsn intake like this second 1/2spoon also do not take water for 30 monuties. If you gets relife report to me after 3 month.

Hello, if you are not hypertensive and not on any medication for blood pressure then you should drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. Go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.
