Hello! My age is 16 running and nowadays I'm doing some exercises for gaining weight or gaining muscle For this I think I should take protein shake, as I am slim and this is a hereditary issue. So I need to know that which protein powder will help me more and I need a diet chart on which my weight will gain. My weight is 41 now.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

I had urine infection since last 1 month. In my microscopic examination test it was found that leucocyte/pus cells are 2-3 Hpf. And now I feel a burning sensation during urine and had pain on urine. So can I take neeri syrup for this or not. If not then plss suggest me other medicines.

Since you have urinary tract infection (UTI), there is a need for a specific antibiotic that can take care of the infecting bacteria. Plus there is need for an alkaliser to reduce acidity of the urine so that burning sensation is reduced. As regards Neeri Syrup, you can take it as an additional therapy. But firs please take the specific antibiotic. Thanks.

How can I increase my stamina via food consumption? Are there any food which can be used to increase stamina?

Dear, if you tired very fast and have less stamina. Then you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get more stamina and recover from weakness by these important things.

I am suffering from a Itchy skin with rashes from past 6 years on my penis. Its not too regular but sometimes the itching is too high if that if I am not active with my physical/sexual activities it re occurs. I know the reason as its because of my masturbation I used to do at my early 16s and was not aware of cleaning my penis properly. But now it is creating problem in my married life. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: •Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. •Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. •Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. •Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. •Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. •Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. •Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

I feel so sleepy nowadays. That I slept in metro for about 2 hours without caring about my bag, purse, stuff. I feel so tired and sleep for around 14 hours, get up, eat food and sleep again.

What is the normal weight for a boy 21 years old and 6 ft tall? And how to loose some weight easily?

It just 65 to 70 is normal how to loos weight maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Yes, you are overwight for your height. You should have a weight between 65 and 68 kg range. There are only 2 ways to lose weight. 1. Decrease the input of calories by eating less and 2. Increase the output of calories by undertaking regular exercises.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7.
