My first and foremost advice to you is take plenty of sleep daily. Dark circles could be genetic but they are mostly due to lifestyle and diet disorder. If you work on the screen for a long time, then keep taking breaks in between and splash cold water on eyes 3 times a day. Secondly, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially the source of vitamin C in your diet. Apply Kojic acid based cream only at night and apply sunscreen in the morning.

Acne is due to hormones and dandruff. You might need different course of medicines depending on the type of pimples you have. If one medicine is not working we need to change the medicine. It might require months to get acne under control. Also you need to use a good facewash and anti dandruff shampoo.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice, crush yhe pieces of cucumber apply on face for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with water.

Cholinergic Urticaria is a medical term used to describe a subcategory of physical urticaria (hives). It is characterized by a hypersensitive response in the skin as a result of the body increasing in temperature (passively or actively), or the precipitating release of sweat. Individuals with this physical heat hives condition often ask, “Why do I itch when I get hot or exercise?” This is the most common symptom experienced by sufferers. Individuals may experience a cholinergic urticaria reaction in response to any activity that increases overall body temperature (or causes a sweat release). Some examples include the following: Taking a hot shower or bath Eating spicy foods Exercising or doing physical activities that increase body temperature Stress or anxiety Emotional responses (sadness, anxiety, anger, laughter) Transitioning from a cool environment to a hotter environment without allowing the body time to slowly acclimate to the temperature difference (such as walking from a cold room to a hot room). Cholinergic Urticaria Treatments There is no cure for Cholinergic urticaria, and treatment options are often limited. Some common treatments include taking antihistamines (such a Allegra, Zyrtec, or stronger ones), avoiding known triggers (such as hot weather, physical activity, and spicy foods), corticosteroids (only for extreme cases), anabolic steroids, UVB therapy, sweat/exercise therapy, diet changes (such as avoiding known trigger foods), and more. To view a more comprehensive list, visit our cholinergic urticaria treatment page. Cholinergic urticaria often changes, much like season allergies or other allergic conditions. Individuals may experience periods of heightened sensitivity, as well as periods of almost no reactions or very low sensitivity. This can sometimes be affected by seasonal weather, as well as other unknown factors. This condition may last for months, years, or may even go away and come back sporadically throughout one’s live. In one study, the average duration was approximately 7 years, although some people had this condition (on and off) for up to 30 years. Even though this condition may be long-lasting and highly variable, individuals suffering with this can often find treatment regimens that enable them to live a relatively high quality of life and go on to work, go to school, and engage in other activities. This is not considered a terminal disease, and it is not known to shorten life span, cause early death, or any other immediate dangers. The only exception is that in rare cases, people with a severe case of cholinergic urticaria may experience anaphylactic shock (severe swelling), which could be life threatening. This is very rare, and if this happens, please call a doctor or hospital immediately.

Pores may not be cured completely. It can be reduced. There are some creams that will be required for regular use. Procedures will help to accelerate and improve the results. Laser will work better than peels. Peels can be used for maintenance.
