Kindly show me digital x rays of ls spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Consuming a thing repeatedly turns into a habit and leads to addiction. Nowadays, most of the people including the youngsters are consuming the alcohol and tobacco which is really harmful to health. Once they start consuming and make it a habit they start depending on it and get addicted to it. This addition later becomes so difficult and impossible to end up. The more they try to end up with the habit, the more feeble they turn out. It is very much important and essential for us to know what are the sequels and effects of tobacco and alcohol.

BAD SEQUELS OF THE ALCOHOL

It destroys the inner coating of the intestines, liver and stomach
Elongated intake of alcohol leads to dysfunction in some cases
It decreases the ability, power of the muscles and circulation which leads to depression of the heart
It mitigates the powers of intellectual and memory

MEASURES TO OVERCOME ALCOHOL ADDICTION

In order to decrease the crave for alcohol drink a glass of orange juice before having breakfast or eat two to three oranges
Have two to three big cups of milk on a daily basis
Make tea using angelica herb three times in a day daily after having your meals
Take four to five dates, crush the dates and mix them in half a glass of water and drink this water twice daily for some months
Eat two or three apples in a day which will lessen the intoxication feeling which is caused by the alcohol

MEASURES TO OVERCOME THE DRUNKEN EFFECTS

Intake of frequent cold water
A tablespoon of honey three times in a day
Apply the cold cloth on the abdomen and head which reduces the intoxication
For those cases who vomit after consuming alcohol give them black coffee hot as much as he can drink
Mix three spoons of bitter guard juice in the buttermilk and drink it every morning for about a month
As we read this article we get to know that there are so many ways to overcome tobacco and alcohol addiction. So, it is never late even now. Follow the above tips and come out of the addiction though it may be a bit difficult but will give you the best results by making you lead a happy and a healthy life.

U should drink eight to ten glasses of water. This would amount to an intake of around 2.5 litres of fluids everyday. If u exercise znd sweat a lot,intake may increase. If u have sedentary lifestyle, intake may decrease. Hope I answered your query

Health benefits of egg whites:

Protein

According to kanter, 'high-quality protein helps build muscles and allows people to feel full longer and stay energized, which can help them maintain a healthy weight.' egg whites are an excellent source of protein, with 3.6 g of protein per 17-calorie egg white. That's about 5 percent of your daily protein needs.
'although we often think of protein's function in building and maintaining muscle, newer research suggests other benefits of protein' kanter told live science' for example, numerous studies since 2010 have found that protein-rich breakfasts, including those containing eggs, result in blunted postprandial glucose and insulin responses, greater satiety, and lower energy intake at a subsequent meal, suggesting a positive role of eggs for hunger and weight management.' a study published in the american journal of clinical nutrition looked at protein-rich breakfasts in overweight or obese adolescent girls and found that high-protein breakfasts were associated with less evening snacking, as well as positive changes in 'appetitive, hormonal, and neural signals that control food intake regulation.'


Potassium

One egg white contains 54 mg of potassium, a vital mineral and electrolyte associated with heart health, bone health and overall effective cell and organ functioning, according to the university of maryland medical center. Many studies have linked potassium with lower blood pressure because it promotes vasodiliation (widening of blood vessels), according to today's dietitian. A study of 12, 000 adults, published in archives of internal medicine, showed that those who consumed 4, 069 mg of potassium each day lowered their risk of cardiovascular disease and ischemic heart disease by 37 percent and 49 percent, respectively, compared with those who took 1, 793 mg per day.
Egg whites contain almost identical amounts of potassium and sodium, minerals that work together to create an essential electrochemical gradient known as membrane potential, according to the linus pauling institute at oregon state university. Membrane potential is critical for muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, heart function, and transferring nutrients and metabolites throughout cells. Maintaining these membrane potentials accounts for 20-40 percent of the resting energy expenditure of a typical adult. According to livestrong. Com, egg whites help balance the potassium and sodium necessary to maintain these membrane potentials.
 
Blood pressure

'diets higher in protein have been linked with lower risk of developing hypertension,' said kanter, and new research shows that egg whites might be particularly helpful. In an animal study announced by the american chemical society, scientists at clemson university discovered that a peptide called rvpsl (a component of protein) found in egg whites 'reduces blood pressure about as much as a low dose of captopril, a high-blood-pressure drug.' it blocks angiotensin-converting enzymes, which are produced by the body and increase blood pressure.

Riboflavin

Kanter noted that egg whites are a good source of riboflavin, also known as vitamin b2. Sixty-two percent of an egg's riboflavin is contained in the white. This vitamin is associated with releasing energy from carbohydrates, thereby helping metabolism, and producing red blood cells, according to the national institutes of health, which lists eggs on its list of good sources of riboflavin. It also works as an antioxidant, breaking down dangerous free radicals (molecules that can damage or kill cells), according to the university of maryland medical center.
An american journal of clinical nutrition article discussed the problems associated with riboflavin deficiencies. These included anemia, homocysteine levels that are associated with cardiovascular disease, and increased risk of cancer in animal trials.
Hair and skin care
The protein content in egg whites has made them a popular folk treatment for hair and skin care. There is no scientific evidence to back these claims up, however.


Risks

While egg whites are a good source of protein and a great option for those suffering from diabetes, high cholesterol or cardiovascular disease, people should be careful not to assume that egg whites provide all the same nutritional benefits of whole eggs. 'most of the vitamins and minerals are contained in the yolk,' said kanter. 'nutrients found exclusively in the yolk include choline, vitamin b12, vitamin d and iron among others.'
A study published in the american journal of clinical nutrition in 2002 caused a stir when it found that raw egg whites interfere with absorption of biotin. Biotin is a b vitamin that is important to fat and sugar metabolism and blood sugar regulation, according to world's healthiest foods. Egg whites contain a glycoprotein called avidin, which binds to biotin and makes it absorbable by the digestive tract. This problem is solved by cooking egg whites.
When raw, both egg whites and whole eggs can present a risk of infecting eaters with salmonella. The centers for disease control recommends cooking all types of eggs until both the white and yolk are firm.
Some people are allergic to proteins in egg yolks and egg whites, but egg-white allergies are more common, according to the mayo clinic. As many as 2 percent of children are allergic to eggs, according to the american college of allergy, asthma and immunology. Fortunately, studies show that about 70 percent of children with an egg allergy outgrow it by age 16. Allergic reactions range from a mild rash to stomach pain to anaphylaxis, which impairs breathing and can send the body into shock.

This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

I am 65 years old observing right testicle enlarged. On consulting Surgeon he told this is Hydrocele and to be operated. I consulted one Ayurvedic Physician who advised me to take VRIDHIWADHIKA VATI and ANTRA VRIDHIHAR VATI two tabs each in morning and evening. Hi lybrate-user. The amount of pain you experience after a laparoscopy is very mild. It's similar to the amount of pain you have after a small cut on your finger. You will be anesthetized during the procedure and it might last about 30-60 min. You resume all your activities the very next day of procedure. Good luck with your procedure.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.according to ur ht ur wt is 74 kg

Most physical activity helps you sleep better

Certain types of physical activity help you sleep better, while others might leave you tossing and turning, a new study finds.

Researchers looked at data from a survey of more than 429, 000 american adults. They found that activities such as walking, bicycling, running, weight lifting, aerobics/calisthenics, gardening, yoga/pilates and golfing were all linked to better odds of a good night's slumber.

But, people who got physical activity from household chores and child care had a greater risk of poor sleep, according to the study.

Results of the study were presented this week at the annual meeting of the associated professional sleep societies, in seattle. Findings presented at meetings are generally viewed as preliminary until they've been published in a peer-reviewed journal.

The results of this study were surprising, according to study leader michael grandner, a psychiatry instructor at the center for sleep and circadian neurobiology at the university of pennsylvania in philadelphia.

" not only does this study show that those who get exercise simply by walking are more likely to have better sleep habits, but these effects are even stronger for more purposeful activities, such as running and yoga, and even gardening and golf" grandner said in a university news release.

" it was also interesting that people who receive most of their activity from housework and child care were more likely to experience insufficient sleep -- we know that home and work demands are some of the main reasons people lose sleep" grandner added.

" these results are consistent with the growing scientific literature on the role of sleep in human performance. Lab studies show that lack of sleep is associated with poor physical and mental performance, and this study shows us that this is consistent with real-world data as well" he explained.

But since the study design only allowed the researchers to find associations between activity and sleep, instead of proof of a cause-and-effect relationship, more studies are needed, according to grandner.
