Green coffee has higher levels of antioxidants (chlorogenic acid) which is" thought" to have a weight reducing effect on metabolism. It is yet to be concurred by a reliable study. That being said, green coffee and its antioxidant components are beneficial for the body but attempting to lose weight only using green coffee is not advisable. If your objective is to lose weight and tone your body, you need - 1. Expert guide 2. Adjustment of your meals 3. Suitable dietary additions 4. A good workout plan a good weight reduction programme should be: 1. Personalized 2. Good compliance. I. E. Should be agreeable and easy to follow 3. Have targeted approach - (ex. 10 kg loss by 8 weeks) sometimes, body weight is within normal limits but it is perceived to be high due to other reasons such as short height, untrained body etc. It is important to identify the problem and focus on solving it rather than losing weight by unhealthy means and in the end not getting the results that one expects. Hello, you need to wait for atleast 10 days after finishing the tablets for your periods to start. Even after that if your periods do not start, please consult a gynecologist for advice. Good luck.

Basically you should develop interest in yourself to improve and shine in Life. You have to be self luminous, that is genious, no exernal force is necessary for this. However guidance is necessary. Prioritize/ concentrate on important thing -studies/ play/food/ sleep/ sociaizing. Then your mental and Physical helth is maintained and will support you to remember bettter, Nothing else is required, Remeber even a rank student is not sure if he passes or fails the exams. So you be thorough. Spend time with family discuss with your teachers and parents and friends and share your knowlege to improve subjects, Write always points in a log book and read repeatedly everyday everthing say PCBMHE E K etc. Or professional course. Be thorough. Start from day one. If not also dont panic. Concentrate and jot down what your teachers teach so that you will concentrate on every sentence the teacher speaks till the end and it will have many references. You be quick. Dont think Negative.

Do you also have blood in stools? drink plenty of liquids, such as a sports drink or water, to prevent dehydration. If you have trouble tolerating liquids, take them in frequent sips. Make sure that you're urinating normally and that your urine is light and clear not dark. Avoid milk and dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and fatty or highly seasoned foods for this problem.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hair fall can be reduced or brought under control by improving your diet. Try taking balanced and on time meals. Include sprouts, fruits, leafy vegetable and some Dr. Yfruits regularly in your diet. Wash with mild shampoo to avoid damage to already weak hair shaft. If hair fall persists after these measures consult a qualified dermatologist.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. U might be having urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of liquids. Antibiotics r required in few case. Uriliser will be helpful. Hope this helps you.

Hi lybrate-user do you have any tender point. Pain in any specific movement of elbow or wrist I would advise you to abstain from sports for a few days. Fo hot water fomentation around elbow and review with me after 3 days.

If this this is the abdomen pain and not being diagnosed then better to get done the plain x-ray abdomen and ultrasonography till then pain can be managed with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen

Dear Lybrate User, Pimples/ Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) Excess sebum production due to androgens 2) Excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) Infection of Propionibacterium acnes (P. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) Local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of P. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire On entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take Homoeopathic CALCAREA PHOS 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach Also you can apply Homoeopathic Mother Tincture BERBERIS AQUIFOLIUM Q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Hello, there are multiple factors causing premature greying of hairs. First of all, it might be genetic. Second is nutritional. Decreased melanin in hairs causes them to look grey to white. You need to have appropriate nutrition and proteins. Vit. B12 deficiency is one of the causes. Check for thyroid and pituitary harmone levels. Stress is a major factor for premature greying. Check your schedule and always make time for relaxation and if possible meditation. Avoid junk foods and alcohol. Using chemical hair products like hair colors may further increase the problem. Pollution and other environmental factors do play a major role. Please try and do things applicable to you.

For streight hair you should go to parler. And for thik and health hair do following things. Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

It is nothing to worry. Sometimes this happens. There can be variation in pain with menstrual cycle as well. You have nothing to worry!
