Hi lybrate-user, good morning. First consult orthopaedic and diagnose the level of injury. Do hot water fomentation for 15 minutes. If you are still having pain take ift under supervision of physiotherapist for 8 to 10 days followed by spinal extension exercises, core muscle strengthning and stretching exercises. Please avoid bending movements.

Musclar spasm & nerve compression might be the reason. X ray is mandatory. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

I am a cashier at walmart and when I stand up for more than 30 minutes my right knee starts to hurt. And when it does start to hurt I can barely walk. I have been putting ice and heat on for thirty minutes each, but it doesn't help. I have also taken pain pills but that does not help either. Can you help me?

Take paracetamol 500mg sos after food and one tablet of Pan40 in the morning before breakfast for few days. It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain. Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise. Check for refractive error, BP and sinusitis. Take bland diet, Avoid spicy food.Consult for further advice

Heel pain is most likely due to plantar fascitis.The treatment mostly is conservative and lifestyle modifications to achieve maximum functionality with minimum pain. Follow these lifestyle changes religiously to get benefit. 1. Reduce body weight as obesity will aggravate the stress on heel. 2. Avoid exercises like running / walking on hard surfaces. Stop such activities when you start developing pain. 3. Roll your feet on bottle of cold water for 20 mins 4 times a day or can apply ice pack. 4. Use shoes with silicone sole inserts. 5. Do calf muscle and heel stretches daily. 6. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. 7. Use night splint to keep foot flexed at night. Stop using it once pain is relieved. 8. Use analgesics like Ibuprofen for decreasing pain and inflammation. With proper lifestyle changes as above 90 % patients have relief and functionality. Only 10% patients would require surgical intervention like plantar fascia release or gastrocnemius recession. For further queries consult again.

These white lines are due to stretch Marks due to overweight problem---------------Stretch marks are the off-coloured stripes or streaks formed on the skin as a result of swift stretching of skin or weight changes. They mainly appear on abdomen due to pregnancy or obesity. In dermatology, they are termed as Striae. They are formed due to hormonal changes related to pregnancy, puberty, hormone replacement therapy, etc. Stretch marks can be commonly seen on waist, thighs, lower backs, hips, breasts, arms, and buttocks. Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day. The mixture can be stored in a sealed box in the refrigerator.------------------------------. Physical Exercise One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks. Here are some exercises, which are beneficial to remove stretch marks: Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Instead of fading away stretch marks, they may result in skin damaging rashes. •Don’t scratch the affected area. •Keep your skin moisturized.---------------------- HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE--------------------- SILICEA 6X (Wilmar Schwabe India) Chew 4 tab 3 times daily for 3 months------------- COCOA BUTTER CREAM (BAKSON)

There are not diet restrictions for a patient of Rheumatoid arthritis. She can eat anything and everything. Concept of diet restriction in RA is a myth.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)--. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for Foot & ankle. All joints. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello lybrate user do back strengthen exercises and morning walk. Your back muscles r going to stiff and fatigue. Correct your posture. Regular exercises will increase strength of back muscles.

Pain killers or any oil can not reduce your pain, you must have to take heat fermentation and regular excercise and proper diagnosis will only help you in getting rid of pain.

Take some hot fermentation and do back strengthening exercises. Legs stretching and bhujangaasan! you also need to pay attention towards your posture while carrying the baby, as it cn cause undue pressure on back. Just start some light exercise plus posture correction, you'll feel the change. Take care.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user your symptoms indicate a cervical radiculaopathy. It could be a simple neck muscles spasm too. Apply hot fermentation to the painful area. If no relief cunsult a physiotherapist.
