Hello user. Ok your problem can be minimise if you take care of yourself timely. So first of all don't use pillow when sleep. Sit, walk straight, and must do yoga. Must do neck and shoulder exercises. While using laptop. Or watching tv. Sit properly. Less use of mobile phones. Eat properly. Drink milk with 1pinch of haldi at night. Take fresh air fruits vegetables. Put hot water bottle on neck.

My mother is having problem of high Blood pressure, asthma & she is also diabetic, she is taking medicines from past ten years but still sometimes she faces problems. Like weakness & anxiety.

Mr Sanjay, All the three conditions need to be in proper control with appropriate drugs, then only the patient is in good health and shape.For diabetes and hypertension strict control of blood sugar and blood pressure is very essential. Unless all the details are made available like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, BP readings, weight and height, drugs being taken with dosage and dietary pattern and amount of exercise done daily, it is difficult for me to give any specific suggestions. Anxious feeling is mainly due to improper control of the condition.. Apart from taking proper medications she should take a restricted diet, providing exact calories based on her ideal body weight, sugar levels, and extent of exercise. Should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day) . Her salt intake has to be restricted to 2.3 g a day. Avoid pickles and papad . Should walk for at least 45 minutes a day. This routine has to be continuously followed. If you want any specific advice then please come in a private conversation, where i can give specific suggestions.

Dear this is due to the dryness of the mouth, first you get checked your thyroid status, and start getting yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you. As long as your mouth remains hydrated this will act as protective layer and this will protect you by raising local immunity in the mouth.

The excitement of doing something different can help replace the urge to masturbate, and you'll have a go-to distraction next time you're tempted. Try some of these options: Be creative. The process of turning sexual urges into creative output (called sublimation) is something on which monks and sages have relied upon for centuries. Start writing, learn to play a musical instrument, paint, draw, or do whatever else makes you feel like you're doing something productive. Play sports. It takes discipline and persistence to excel at a sport. Develop an interest like running or swimming, or a group sport like soccer, football, basketball, or tennis. Also, any form of exercise will help you relieve tension, feel happier, and to make you focus on your physicality in a positive way. Yoga is another form of exercise that can help you feel more relaxed and less likely to feel the sudden urge to masturbate. Eat a healthy diet. Fruits and vegetables have healthy effects on the body and provide nutrients necessary to increase your energy to make you more active throughout the day. Minimize consumption of aphrodisiac foods, such as oysters, salmon, chili peppers, coffee, avocados, banana, and chocolate. Find a new hobby, or cultivate a skill. Learning something that takes a while to master can refocus your brain on the delayed gratification of achieving goals instead of the instant gratification of masturbation. Try skills like cooking, woodshop, archery, baking, public speaking, or gardening. Volunteer your time. Devote your energy to helping teens who've been less fortunate than you, such as working at a shelter, tutoring low-income students, cleaning up blighted areas, or raising money for a good cause. You'll get an altruistic feeling from helping others, and you'll have less time to stray from your goals. Get enough sleep. Urges to masturbate can be exceedingly strong, so make sure you have enough energy to fight those urges. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. If you frequently forget to go to bed at a reasonable hour, set an alarm to remind you.

Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation.. stool c/s, Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

If blood sugar levels fasting is between 108 to 125 mg and pp 141 to 199 mg /100 ml, is considered as pre diabetes, or impaired glucose tolerance (igt). At this level diabetes can be prevented by restricted diet, exercise and maintaining normal weight.
