In recent past I observed some skin problem with my kids during winter. There were some rashes and pimples like symptoms on the body basically, in both hands and below thigh. When some cold creams were used though the symptoms disappear, still some white patches were left with and again that rashes appears. I want to know the probable reasons and measures.

In kids these problems are common because of the kala being kapha pradhan & their diets also being rich in kapha mahabhoot. Meet up with an ayurveda & panchakarma expert & he shall explain the remedy nicely.

Hi, Acne requires a proper medical treatment and post acne care for dark spots/scares which are commonly associated with acne. If your skin is acne prone, you will tend to develop dark spots too. Both conditions can be well treated Apart from medical treatment which includes ointments for local application and oral medications if required, for long term benefits advanced treatments available These are, Peels, RF and enriched oxygen therapy. These are highly recommended. These help both conditions acne and spots. For glowing skin and de-pigmentation there are lot of treatments available. There are creams to be applied locally, which I can prescribe to you. Treatments like peels, dermarollers and PRP available and provide lasting effects. I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and help you. You can book a private In-person/Text/Audio/Video appointment for further discussion and personalized advice.

I would not suggest PRP to avoid pigmentation in the future! Its better that you use suncreens regularly and keep your skin healthy by maintaining right diet and fitness. Be careful about any medications you may be taking and the over the counter products that you may be using. Hope this helps.
