I am losing your hair and try these all shampoo but not effect. Please help me sir?
Please note the following in respect to your queries: there can be many reasons behind your hair fall - like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anemia. Take homeopathic medicine baryta carb 200 (5 drops in little water) one dose and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods ? such as bread, bagels and chips ? may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater ? apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines ? Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day ? for 20 days.

Symptoms, Causes And Treatment Of Panic Disorder!

A panic attack is the result of a sudden enormous burst of fear and anxiety. The heart tends to beat faster and breathing becomes difficult. A person gets a feeling of going crazy and dries up. If the treatment is not taken on time, this condition can aggravate to panic disorder and such other problems. It is totally curable if the symptoms are addressed properly.

Symptoms of panic disorder:
Panic attacks can lead someone to panic in any place. It takes only 10 minutes to reach its peak and typically lasts for 25-20 minutes. A patient is a prime candidate of a panic disorder if he frequently suffers from the following symptoms:

  1. The discomfort of the chest
  2. Profound sweating
  3. Hyperventilation
  4. Fear of losing control of life
  5. Feeling of detachment from the surrounding
  6. A choked feeling
  7. Heart palpitation
  8. Sudden cold flashes and tingling sensation

Apart from the above symptoms, if a patient suffers from anxiety in between panic attacks in anticipation of another panic attacks, he could be suffering from panic disorders. it is often witnessed that patients suffering from panic disorder avoid certain situations and places.

What causes panic disorder?
Panic disorder results from frequent panic attacks and the cause of the latter are not very clear. It is believed that certain life transitions such as divorce, getting married, acute stress, the death of loved one can result in panic attacks. A person has higher chances of getting this disease if it runs in the family. Some medical conditions that can cause panic disorder are hyperthyroidism, use of stimulants such as cocaine, caffeine and mitral valve prolapse.

How it can be treated?
1. Behavioral treatment: Cognitive behavioral therapy is widely considered as one of the effective treatments for panic attacks. This form of treatment effectively focuses on thinking patterns and behavior that triggers panic attacks. It helps you to look at your apprehensions in a better light. Another method of treatment for panic disorder is called exposure therapy. This method exposes a patient sensation of panic in a controlled environment. The trick is to deal with it in a much better way. For instance, you might be asked to cross the road. When you successfully manage to do it without getting crashed, you are less likely to panic in foreseeable future.
2. Medication Treatment: Medication can address the problem temporarily, but is not a good solution for long term. Certain medication such as antidepressants and Benzodiazepines are prescribed by doctors with time duration of every 1-2 hours. These are anti-anxiety drugs and gives immediate relief from panic attacks. However, it should be ensured that these medicines are only consumed once a doctor prescribes it. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychiatrist.

My wife had had her periods before 10 days. But now she has again started bleeding with very impure blood. Please tell me Is there any problem because I had used condom while intercourse.

Dear, Menorrhagia is unusually heavy or long menstrual periods. Generally, the menstrual period lasts from 3-5 days and normal flow is between 80-100 ml. If it exceeds this indicate the menorrhagia. Heavy bleeding can lead to an iron deficiency, and ultimately result in anemia other side effects like acne, excessive hair growth and rapid weight gain. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com

I am 24 years old. I am using whey protein for lean muscle growth. I do work out in gym at least one and half hour daily. My present weight is 64 and height is 5'7. My doubt is how many grams of whey protein is good to consume daily and when should I take (Pre workout or post workout or bed time)?

Hye. Protein needs depend on the intensity of your workout, days diet intake and other medical parameters. Consuming the protein supplement before you train may be slightly better than after, since you are not able to maintain stamina. You may want to make a shake and start sipping on it before you train and continue to drink from it during your session. Protein supplements are no replacement for high-quality protein sources from food. Food sources include various minerals that are essential for well-being that you won't find in a supplement. Most often lack of stamina for workout is usually because either you don't need as much protein supplementation or that you are exclusively depending only on the protein supplementing.

Leukoplakia is a serious oral condition. Some medications may control it but can't cure. Take multivitamin capsules. It is mainly caused by chewing betel nut pan, smoking, alcohol, like things. To control you have to quit these habit completely co2 lesser surgery is done to scrap out the patches. Regular screening for any transformation is very important.

I am 56 yes old female m diabetic want to know what is converted rice that you recommend for low GI food?
Converted rice is also called parboiled rice. It has low glycemic index means 38 as compared to brown rice which has 50. Parboiled rice is processed under extreme heat and steam. After drying process the bran falls off and discarded. By this process all the nutrients from bran to soak into the endosperm and germ. I think madam rita you get proper reply.

I have pain in knee from last 6 months. I take many medicine but can't get relief
What can I do for the pain.
You must get yourself examined by a pain physician as the pain is now chronic. Your pain may be due to past injury, degenerative condition or an infection. Chances of your pain being infectious is high if the pain is accompanied or preceded by systemic signs like fever. Some viral fevers are known to cause joint pains even months after recovery. So visit a pain specialist and get yourself treated adequately.

Please don't stop the oil as it is an essential part of the diet. You can take either of the following. Coconut oil, peanut oil, sesame oil or mustard oil. You can also take pure ghee. Are you diabetic? If so, then check your blood sugar levels. You can take Cap. Becosules-Z once or twice daily till the numbness disappears. Apply a moisturiser over the hands & fingers daily.
