Dear pt. Migraine has no definitive cure. Its just precautions. Avoid exposure to excessive heat cold and light. Be stress free. Take enough sleep.

Because of continue sitting in office I have got unwanted tummy and want to reduce it. I am open for both suggestions i.e. Physical exercise and diet control. Please guide me as I am wanting to loose my unwanted tummy as early as possible. Thank you very much in anticipation.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up. Thank you!

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

Don't worry. You just need a healthy diet and normal exercises to keep yourself energetic. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

It should be 4000-11000/cubic mm of blood Less than 4000 means you are body's immunity is low and you are prone to infection

I think your suffering from gastric derangement. This may be due to gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer also. Well that has to ruled out. Fr now take small amount of food 3-4 hrs interval. Take non-spicy food. Take rice and it's products dnt take any products that made of wheat fr nw. Take 3-4 ladies finger boiled in breakfast. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment. Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Hello, if sun burn is critical, and medicines are not working, then you should go for laser de-tanning or else you can get de-tanning from a good unisex beauty salon. As a home remedy, apply yogurt on the affected are and let it dry. Wash it off. Repeat this daily. It will help your skin to lighten. Never forget to put sun screen body and face lotion whenever you are exposed to sunlight.

You have irregular periods. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am 28 years old preparing for civil services. I was the most confident guy before my breakup which happened in April 2014. She moved on with someone else and asked me to stay friends. I rejected the idea. I didnt contacted her after that. But I went through a strange emotional storm inside. I was unable to study, I was unable to do anything. The only thing on mind was her. I cried a lot during this period. It affected my grades. First time in last 3 yrs I was unable to crack the prelims ( the first stage of exam) because I had only one thing on my mind. There was period of confusion. My focus affected. Then in last September, I bumped into her and her new boyfriend. I acted cool. I shook hands with both. Chatted a bit and left. I was confident. But after I came home, the depressed feelings relapsed. I kept crying. Same period of confusion again engulfed. Days were dark, mainly spent in sleeping. I lost around 10 kg of weight. Unable to control emotions. Worst form of Anxiety, Panic attacks. Even went through post traumatic Stress disorder. But I didnt contact her. Somehow, pick myself up around November. But still not completely. But she sent me text which was supposed to be for her new boyfriend by mistake. It again caused Anxiety. But I somehow managed to control it. Now In March 2015. I am in control of myself and my emotions. Sometimes there is still nostalgia and some remaining feelings. It doesnt affect much now. I dont cry. But now I am not the same. Its difficult to focus back on studies, which I am trying to regain. Slowly, rebuilding my confidence, but I am not that confident as I was. This years exam is coming, I want to start studying just like the way I used to. I dont want the thoughts to put me down again. I want to live healthy - emotionally and physically. Yes gym and running helped me lot last year. What should I do and what should I avoid to keep my focus on studies and forget about past? Also I am afraid of going back into those state of dark days, So how should I avoid that? I have also became a procrastinator, which I never was. I have got myself back, but still feel something is still missing in life, sometimes feels lonely! I request you to help me to get out of it. To get over her completely.

It's not easy to overcome a broken romantic relationship but it's not impossible also. You seem to have a strong fight back spirit and you can use it to your benefit every time life throws something unpalatable at you. It may not be possible to forget the past completely but how you look and remember it is in your hands. Remember the good and bad things about her and the relationship. Give yourself time to heal. Don't judge yourself because nobody is perfect. Regarding your exams, I do notice that you are a serious student with some dreams. If you are not able to achieve those dreams due to any reason for which you are the cause.Then you know who to hold responsible. If you want your dreams and aspirations to come true then you have to work towards it. Set yourself a bigger goal like 80% in exams. Split it into daily/ weekly/monthly achievable goals and start working daily. Remove or reduce any activity which will hinder your progress towards your goals. Add activities which will help you. Put up your goal ona piece of paper somewhere in your room where you can see it everyday and let it sink into your psyche. For this month let your sole aim be to crack the exams. Other problems can wait and be tackled later. Relaxing is important as studies. Do whtever helps you to relax. Eating on time, hydrating yourself, exercising, sleeping well will all help you to remain focussed and full concentration on your work. Remember that Arjun had only the fish's eye in his vision. He had cut off everything else in that moment. Regarding those dark days and feeling.The more you reject them, they will follow you around. Just accept them and don't fight them. They will vanish like magic. Inner Child Meditations will help you address this issue and soothe and calm the mind. All the best.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

A face wash containing salicylic acid 2% can be very helpful for you. Wet your face, keep facewash for a minute and wash twice a day. Good luck.
