Hi mam, My lipomas are in size 17. 5x17.4 to 11. 5x 4.4 is there any serious problem to having these in below kidney. N these lipomas causing pain to touch n please confirm how many days medicine have to take to treat this completely.

Lipomas are soft swelling bcoz of fat cells deposits. These donot cause any symptoms. No medical treatment is there. If causing pai, may need to be excised.

My dad is 58 but he is very much interested in sex drive .he is mentally disturbing every one with weird behaviour with from 10 yrs. Hi lybrate user Painful menses are termed as dysmenorrhoea which is very common . You can manage it by using hot water bottle during the pain. Also regular yoga exercises stretches nd strenthens the muscles which causes less pain during menses. decrease the amount of water intake.avoid excess intake of sugars,caffeine,alcohol. get your fasting blood sugar and serum and urine osmolality and specific gravity checked. if after restriction of water intake your 24 hr urine volume is more than 3 litres then u r having polyuria.

I was suffering from prostatic and uti 8 month ago. I took doxcef, plurofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, offloading within 5 month as a result I feel pain throughout my legs. I find difficult to walk. I lost strength in my legs. Is it because of antibiotics I took. Please reply. What should I do.

I do not think antibiotics has anything to do with your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, etc. Although the disease itself may cause such symptoms. Pls maintain a proper diet and if needed you may take multivitamins.

If the injury has heales, and skin has got together, use mederma to remove scar. It reduces scars in 8 weeks (results depend on the length, skin type, age and location of the scar). Wait for it to go, as it will take some time. If it still remains as it is, you can go for laser scar removal.

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

You are more than 10 kg over weight for your height. Reducing your three principle meals that is breakfast, lunch and dinner by 10% each will help you in weight reduction. Dividing your meals in small frequent portion sizes will get your post lunch sugars under control. Reduce your oil consumption not more than 3 teaspoon per day and introduces more fiber in the form of salad, vegetables, dal, sprouts, fruits, soups may help in weight reduction.

Kindly start taking indukantha kshayam in warm water, 20 ml, twice a day before meals. Take indukantha ghruta capsules, 2 caps, twice a day, with a cup of warm milk. Take liquid diet like khicdi, daliya, moong daal regularly in your diet. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs at night. Try to stay relax. Continue the regime for 2 months. God bless.

Sir I am 20 years old. Sir I am thin. Sir I have been suffering from constipation from two years. Sir I have little depressive mind. Sir I am drinking water for about 4 litre throughout the day. Sir I also chewed my food properly. Sir I am doing regular walking. Still I am constipated. No triphala churn or alike churn works. Sir from 10 days no motion comes out. Sir please suggest me medicine for permanent cure.

Hello. Do not worry. Do not drink extra water. Just drink if you feel thirst. Take fresh food only. Take a glass of warm water now. It will certainly help u. For routeine do not eat late night. Also daily take 2 spoon home made ghee with 1 cup of hot milk.

I am 20 years old. I am suffering from knee pain since one year. Whenever there is night fall, knee pains the next day in climbing stairs and prolonged walking. I have taken lots of calcium and d3 tablets still no relief. What to do.

Hamstring Stretch Lie on your back with your left leg flat on the floor. Loop a towel or rope around your right foot and pull your leg as far as comfortable toward your chest, while keeping a slight bend at the knee. Keep your back pressed to the floor throughout the stretch. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and then release. Repeat 3 or 4 times with each leg. Do this stretch 5 or 6 times a week. Short-Arc Knee Extensions In the same starting position as the straight-leg raises, put a ball (about the size of a basketball) under your left knee so that your leg is bent. Slowly straighten your leg. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. Exercises To Avoid A few of the following exercises can be done safely if you have chronic knee problems; they're on this list because they're more likely to be done improperly. The exercises above are safer, while still giving you similar results. •Full-arc knee extensions •Lunges •Deep squats •Hurdler's stretches.

How to control acne on my face and avoid it keep my face fresh longlqsting all over the day. Please suggest me some drugs.

Hello. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Use of Skin toner or rosewater after few hours of gap in a day and splashing water on face 2-3 times a day along with intake of healthy food (sp. Fruits, nuts, salads, vegetables), avoiding junk food, taking 6-9 hrs of sound sleep, drinking 10-12 glasses of water in a day, daily light exercises and 30 minutes of brisk walk, positive thinking and keeping a big Smile on your face - these will keep you always fresh!

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4.
