The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Very tensed .we're in Pune can I go for surgical removal. Will it turn into cancer. Pls advice. How much time will it take to regress.

Leukoplakia usually take a long time to regress after quitting tobacco chewing. Even though the Biopsy is reported as hyperplastic squamous epithelium without dyplasia, I would like to see the same to make sure it is not suspicious clinically. On a few occasions after seeing the lesion, we advise for removal of the lesion, if clinically suspicious despite Biopsy being negative as some times there may be cancer in areas other than where Biopsy was taken or chances of developing cancer in future.

Poor oral hygiene, gum or periodontal infections, dry mouth, smoking and tobacco use are some of the contributing factors for bad breath medically known as Halitosis. You can try following: 1.) Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, use tongue cleaner, change brush in 3 months. 2.) Use dental floss regularly. 3.) Keep the mouth moist. You can regularly drink water or keep non sugar edible items in mouth to keep the saliva flowing. 4.) Avoid smoking and tobacco. 5.) Use Listerine mouthwash twice daily. 6.) Avoid food causing bad smell.

What is root canal treatment? will it be fine lift time or I have to go through it again and again?

What is root canal treatment? will it be fine lift time or I have to go through it again and again?
During root canal treatment, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed with a rubber-like material called gutta-percha. Afterwards, the tooth is restored with a crown or filling for protection permanently. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. Root canal treatment. Advance procedure can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
