1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

I had viral fever on 18/10/16 which remained for 4 days .I had severe joint pains especially in wrist, ankle,knee and shoulders which is still happening. From last four days I get fever everyday in the evening. For the rest of the day there is no fever. But have severe joint pains. My investigation for chickengunia and dengue was negative. Cbc was fine. What should I do now. Any further investigation.

You can get protein source from foods like fish,egg,lentil,tofu,mushroom,cottage cheese,nuts,seeds.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid spicy and oily foods.Drink lots of water.And do regular exercise.

Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind.

I have to fix my front teeth I lost only one but Doctor told one teeth cannot be fixed so they grained another two teeth then they fixed a crown set of three teeth and I enquired about dental implant but they told success of implants are very rare so better to go for crown. you can go in for an implant ..kindly get an xray done to see whether the bone inside is healthy or not.. or to see the proper formation of bone...or not ... and only after that one can plan an implant and you are healthy young individual .... so you can go in for an implant ..it is a 3 month process .. for the implant to osseointegrate with the bone....and after that the crown is placed meanwhile for those three months .. you can work with a temporary..

What a person should avoid in diabetes in eating and which precautions and exercise should be done?
Mr Nitin, A person with diabetes has to take a balanced diet containing adequate carbs, proteins and fats, like every one else. However, total calories provided should match his exact need based on ideal body weight, blood sugar levels and extent of exercise. He should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Plus avoid high fat cheese, butter and ghee. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Refrain from alcohol and smoking. As regards exercise, any exercise that one is capable of doing is good enough. Brisk walking is excellent. Others like surya namaskar, yoga asanas, jogging and running are also good. One that suits is to be done.

If you are serious about a good skin, do the foll. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted beans etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. Send request for med support.

Take sanjivani vati 2 tabs twice a day. Take amrita arishta 3 tsf with equal water half an hour after meals twice daily. Take adequate rest and light diet like khichri, dalia, moong daal etc. Take mritunjay ras one tablet twice a day after meals.

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.

The black spot on your teeth is tooth decay or cavity. Once it starts it goes deeper, cant be stopped. You need to go for filling immediately. Otherwise pulp will get infection and you will have more pain and infection.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.
