Dear you can follow these methods for relief from backache (back pain): * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. I took emergency contraceptive" postpone 72" one hour after intercourse on 14th nov 2015.(due to condom breakage). My expected period was on 18th nov but I got bleeding on 23rd nov. I understand that you must be going through a lot of stress and anxiety about preparations and results of the exams. 1. Sometimes what helps is doing school from a state board or privately and doing coaching side by side. 2. Prioritising your studies based on your interests and strong subjects. You decide which chapters you want to be thorough with, and which you want to skim over. 3. Studying smart is important. So make points, and use all your senses like audio, visual and kinesthetic to help you absorb and retain longer. 4. Since you mention depression and stress, I suggest that you sleep for 6-7 hours to refresh mind and body. Eat only healthy and well balanced meals. Avoid junk completely as it is linked to anxiety and depression. Drink at least 2 lts of water but no smoking and alcohol as it is dehydrating and puts body under stress. 5. You need to distress and relax by having a hobby, meeting friends casually and playing some sports or walking, or gym. Exercises help release natural neurotransmitters in the brain which help you relax and feel confident.
