Hi sir. According to your height and weight your BMI is normal so don't reduce your weight just maintain your body weight. 1) Take proper healthy foods. 2) Get restful sleep. 3) Eat all 5 food groups in your meal. 4) Drink plenty of water. 5) Take all vegetables and fruits. 6) Eat healthy fats. 7) Do exercise for 30 min every day.

जिस तरह एक केमिकल फैक्ट्री में कई प्रकार के केमिकल्स की रचना की जाती है और दवाइयां बनाई जाती है और उससे निकले अनावश्यक पदार्थ को बाहर फेंक दिया जाता है। वैसे ही हमारा शरीर एक केमिकल फैक्ट्री की तरह ही काम करता है जहाँ ग्रहण किए गए सभी पदर्थों के तत्व निकालकर अनावश्यक पदार्थ निकाल दिए जाते है। जब भी मानव शरीर मे कोई तत्व बनता है तो उससे निकले अनावश्यक पदार्थ शरीर में जमा होने लगता है और उसे निकालना जरूरी हो जाता है। और यही काम करती है किडनी। जी बिलकुल किडनी खून में मौजूद आवश्यक तत्व को निकाल के बचे हुए अनावशयक तत्व को मूत्राशय यानी ब्लैडर में जमा कर देता है जिसे हम मूत्र कहते हैं। हमारे मूत्र में वो सभी केमिकल्स मौजूद होते है जिसकी जरूरत हमारे शरीर को नही होती इस लिए उसे निकाल दिया जाता है। 

अब यह तो रहा सामान्य प्रोसेस पर अगर यह प्रोसेस सही से ना हो या इसके दौरान तकलीफों का सामना करना पड़े तो हमारी कई बीमारियों से भी मुलाक़ात हो सकती है। पेशाब में दिक्कत आना या यूरीन इन्फेक्शन होना एक आम समस्या होती जा रही है। ज़्यादातर पुरुष, महिलाओं या किशोरियों में 100 में से अस्सी प्रतिशत लोग कभी न कभी मूत्र रोगों से परेशान रहे होते हैं। 

यूरिन इन्फेक्शन जिसे यूटीआई कहते हैं पेशाब से संबंधित अंगों में होने वाला इन्फेक्शन है। जब कुछ कीटाणु पेशाब से जुड़े अंगों में चले जाते हैं तो वहाँ संक्रमण हो जता है इस वजह से पेशाब में दर्द, जलन,कमर दर्द,बुखार आदि की तकलीफें पैदा होने लगती हैं और इसी को यूरिन इन्फेक्शन या युटीआई कहते हैं। 

यूरिन इन्फेक्शन गंभीर बीमारी है। अगर यूरिन में इन्फेक्शन होता है तो सबसे पहले असर किडनी पर होता है। जब किडनी ठीक से काम नहीं कर पाती है तो क्रोनिक किडनी की बीमारी हो सकती है। इसमें सूजन आ सकती है और समय पर इलाज नहीं कराने पर किडनी फेल भी हो सकती है। यह इन्फेक्शन ब्लड के जरिए बॉडी के बाकी ऑर्गन तक भी पहुंच सकता है और उन्हें भी डैमेज कर सकता है।

मूत्र मार्ग संक्रमण यानी के यूरीन इन्फेक्शन दोस्तों इसके लक्षण आम और आसानी से पहचाने योग्य होते हैं। पर अगर ध्यान ना दिया जाए तो यह तो बिमारियों से भी मिलवा सकता है।
इसलिए जरूरी है की इसके लक्षणों से अवगत रहें जिससे समय रहते इसकी पहचान करके उपचार कर सकें वरना गंभीर बीमारियाँ गले पड़ जाएंगी।

यूरिन इन्फेक्शन होने की संभावना लगभग 50 % महिलाओं को होती है। 
इसलिए इसकी जानकारी सभी महिलाओं को होनी चाहिए। ताकि थोड़ी सावधानी रखकर इस परेशानी से बचा जा सके।

  1. पेशाब करते समय जलन या दर्द होना।
  2.  बार बार तेज पेशाब आने जैसा महसूस होता है, लेकिन मुश्किल से थोड़ी सी पेशाब आती है।
  3.  नाभि से नीचे पेट में, पीछे पीठ में या पेट के साइड में दर्द होना।
  4.  गंदला सा, गहरे रंग का, गुलाबी से रंग का, या अजीब से गंध वाला पेशाब होना।
  5.  थकान और कमजोरी महसूस होना।
  6.  उलटी होना, जी घबराना।
  7.  बुखार या कंपकंपी ( जब इन्फेक्शन किडनी तक पहुँच जाता है ) होना।

I've had a very bad relationship with a guy and I feel lost and very depressed now. I know I was way too young for all this but I've been fooled and lied on. But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. You should take a lukewarm water in the morning, you should go for a 45 minutes brisk walk every morning/evening, do exercise atleast 15 to 2o minutes. Follow balance diet, drink more water, use salad before meals take sprouts. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use table salt. Avoid junkfood,

I am 24 years old. My weight is 50 Kg. By profession I am a full time Blogger/Internet marketer. Every day I wake up around 8.30 am and go for bath. After that I take my meal which is mostly an Omlete with rice (I start my day like that and I don't eat breakfast so you can call it breakfast too). I can't eat much so early morning but try to eat somehow. I feel like I am going to vomit if I eat. After that I go to office at 10 am and have my lunch at 2.00 pm. On lunch I eat noodles/fried stuffs mostly and drink some cold drinks after that. Then after lunch again I comeback to office and keep on working till 7 or 8 pm. Then I comeback home and watch TV or play games on mobile and after that around 10 pm I have my dinner. After dinner again I sit with my laptop and work or browse internet till 1.30 am or 2 am. Then I go to sleep. That means I sleep for 5 to 6 hours daily. As I said I am blogger/internet marketer that's why I have to sit on desk and work on my laptop all the day. Sometimes I feel sleepy specially after lunch. In this way my life is going. Problems: I am underweight and very skinny. I have all the responsibility of my family and that's why most of the time I remain in stress. I have stamina but I can't lift heavy things as I am skinny. I can't eat much whether it is breakfast or lunch or dinner. I want to gain muscle, I want to touch 60 Kg at least as soon as possible. I feel ashame for my body type. Because none of my friends or colleagues are like me and they are healthy and once upon a time they were like me but they have changed overtime. I know my routine life is not perfect. Can you please suggest me or schedule my day how should I spend my day? I mean which things I need to change. And which habits I should avoid? How to start gaining muscle slowly? What I should eat and when? Which exercises I should do? Please help me and schedule/ make a routine for my day (in detail).

Hello I understand your concern. Nutrition and exercise can make you strong and fit internally. Change your lifestyle as you know you eating crap (sorry for my language. But you need to Eat healthy food throughout day like 5 to 6 small meals that must contain Healthy fat, complex carbs and enough protein. If you not doing it properly tou are inviting diseases like heart problem, artory disease, stroke etc. You must feed your body to healthy food .Make sure you workout/exercise 1 hour from your busy schedule. Hello 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Researchers have found that portion sizes have grown over the past 20 years, not only at restaurants, but in our homes as well. But why have portions gotten so big?

Producing food is cheaper now than it was 20 years ago, with the advent of various technologies and more efficient farming. However, instead of lowering prices, food producers realized that if they increased the portion sizes, even a little, they could increase the cost of the item. We as consumers saw the larger sizes as a better value (which it is, purely from a monetary stand point). So for example, we were getting 50% more product for only 16% more money. Hard to resist, isn’t it?

Over time we, as consumers, have been conditioned to seek out" value sizing" oversized portions begin to look normal to us. And to make the vicious cycle complete, research has shown that whether you really want so much food or not, the more you're served, the more you eat.

So.. What to do?
The first step to control overeating is to recognize how much you are actually consuming. It’s important to understand that portion sizes are different than serving sizes.

Portion size = Amount of food you decide to put on your plate to eat
Serving size = Standards set for foods in the all the food groups

In other words, to get control over your portions, you need to make sure you know exactly how many servings you are consuming at a time. Ideally, your portion size would equal just one serving. But if it doesn’t, you need to account for the calories accordingly.

Start adjusting your portion sizes in your own kitchen: Switch to smaller plates, bowls, and cups.

The key to maintaining a healthy weight is all about portion control. It's not about giving up foods you enjoy, but rather controlling the portions.
