It is due to bite of aedes aegypti mosquito.you have to take precaution against mosquito bite like use of mosquito net,repellent,spraying of insecticides in the surrounding,wearing full sleeve shirts,discarding empty containers for water collections and promoting mosquito breeding

According to your height your ideal weight is 62.2.you should take high fiber foods to reduce extra weigh like all fresh fruits and vegetables. And take protein foods and avoid simple carbohydrates like juices, cold drinks or direct sugar.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television. Follow the tips and consult privately if you continue to have difficult sleeping.

Hi …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals… 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 5) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. C) take 30 ml juice of Indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. D) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals …. Do all these things for 21 days…it gives you good result. THANKS.

What are the precautions have to take avoid black spots on face especially on cheeks and forehead?
what is the size of black spots? if the are age spots then they are harmless and don't need treatment. For cosmetic reasons, age spots can be lightened with skin-bleaching products or removed using laser. However, preventing age spots by avoiding the sun and using sunscreen may be the easiest way to maintain your skin's youthful appearance. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Genetic make up of hair can't be changed. Texture can be improved by using conditioner and hair repair serum. Dryness and roughness indicates that there is deficiency of certain minerals. Hair tissue mineral analysis help us to check that. Correction is possible. Eat food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist.

Dear, as per your lmp means the date when periods come your ovulation day (the day when ovum released and pregnancy occurs) is 24 may. So there is no chance or very less chance of pregnancy. But you should check your cycle regularity. For confirmation of pregnancy you can check through urine pregnancy test.

Dear Lybrate user,*Protein: When the body does not get enough protein, it rations the protein it does get. One way the body can ration protein is to shut down hair growth. About 2 to 3 months after a person does not eat enough protein, you can see the hair loss. Eating more protein will stop the hair loss. Meats, eggs, and fish are good sources of protein. Vegetarians can get more protein by adding nuts, seeds, and beans to their diet. *Iron: Not getting enough iron can lead to hair loss. Good vegetarian sources of iron are iron-fortified cereals, soybeans, pumpkin seeds, white beans, lentils, and spinach. Clams, oysters, and organ meats top the list of good animal sources of iron. *Eating disorder: When a person has an eating disorder, hair loss is common. Anorexia (not eating enough) and bulimia (vomiting after eating) can cause hair loss. *Avoid spicy, salt, more tea, coffee, maida related, junk dry foods. *Practice yoga and meditation to stress relief and detoxification. *Consume gooseberries daily. *Consume more fluids, fresh fruit juice, vegetables.

Is Non-vegetarian Food Healthy?

There is a widespread debate about the healthiness and nutritional value of non-vegetarian food. While the advocates of both the segments cheer their own cuisines, science has a completely different standpoint. Some of the common apprehensions of consuming non-vegetarian dishes include the occurrence of deadly diseases such as diabetes, cancer, obesity,, high blood pressure, renal diseases to name a few. This being said, there is no concrete evidence of any co-relation between non-vegetarian food and complicated diseases. As a matter of fact, non-vegetarian diet has numerous nutritional benefits.

  1. High source of nutrition: Non-vegetarian dishes, such as meat has high protein content and is enriched with vital amino acids. While protein is the building block of the body, amino acids ensure that the body is safeguarded from common ailments and strengthen the immune system.
  2. Rich iron content: Iron is a key component of the hemoglobin and the human body requires it in adequate quantities for normal functioning of the system. Red meat, soup and bone marrow, for instance, is a rich source of iron. It helps the body to safeguard itself against critical diseases such as anemia.
  3. The vital creatinine: Meat contains a vital component called creatinine that helps the body to build muscle. A study (Brown, 2008) revealed that most vegetarian infants portray stalled growth due to creatinine deficiency.
  4. Good source of B12: Vitamin B12 is an important constituent that the body requires for normal functioning. Lack of this vitamin causes Macrocytic Anemia. Infant of a vegetarian mother is often witnessed to be suffering from Anemia due to lack of B12.
  5. Easy phosphorus availability: Vegetarian dishes contain phytic acid which needs to be converted to phosphorus by complex chemical reactions. In sharp contrast, non-vegetarian meals have ready to absorb phosphorous content.
  6. Vitamin A and calcium availability: Fish has vitamin A that accounts for human intelligence and formation of memory. It also helps the body with calcium content for stronger teeth and bone formation. While calcium is available in vegetarian diets, the concentration of calcium is way more in fish and other non-vegetarian sources.
  7. Other mineral constituents: Non vegetarian diet contains some key minerals such as zinc, riboflavin, amino acid, lysine etc. These minerals are required by the body in adequate portions in order to avoid energy deficiencies. Some fishes contain a critical component called omega 3 acids which is required by the body for sound mental and physical health.

Non-vegetarian dishes, therefore, are definitely healthy and are consumed by millions of people across the world. While there are many advantages of non-veg food, too much consumption of red meat might lead to complicated diseases. It is, therefore, essential to maintain a balanced diet for the body to function well.

There isn’t a medication or surgery to treat fatty liver. Instead, your doctor will offer recommendations to reduce your risk factors. These recommendations include: Limiting or avoiding alcoholic beverages Managing your cholesterol Losing weight Controlling your blood sugar If you have fatty liver because of obesity or unhealthy eating habits, your doctor may also suggest that you increase physical activity and eliminate certain types of food from your diet. Reducing the number of calories you eat each day can help you lose weight and heal your liver. You can also reverse fatty liver disease by reducing or eliminating fatty foods and foods high in sugar from your diet. Choose healthier foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Replace red meats with lean animal proteins like chicken and fish.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
