I am suffering from leg pain only when I sleep af night. It's nothing when I play , walk but triggers only when I sleep.
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

You should start exercising regularly because exercise is the best way to increase your appetite. You should consume plenty of peanuts (atleast 100 gms daily, bananas, consume sweets in abundance for quick weight gain.

The following thing if you adapt it will be helpful Natural home remedy using horse gram and pomegranate seeds: 1. Take 1 cup of horse gram 2. Add ½ L water 3. Heat the mixture till water level reduces to 1/5th 4. Strain and collect the soup 5. Add 2 tsp of crushed pomegranate 6. Mix well 7. Drink once a day This will help with your concern, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

You may have a serious problem of the 'Rejection Issue' and will continue to make people reject you by your actions or behavior. You may also have problems regarding Abandonment issues and Separation Anxiety. Something in your background may be causing these problems and it is best you visit a counselor along with your parents and sort these matters out. Also the imagination running wild like you describe does not augur well for your mental health. You may be setting up for more serious problems, and the suicidal ideation is your way of identifying with the rejection of yourself. There will also be a lot of anger that will keep growing as time goes by and will not help your cause. Please meet with a counselor immediately and cooperative with all the prescriptions for rewarding success. A simple way to resolve the situation is to just love yourself, accept yourself and seek relationships only with people who respect and care for you.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily such as long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams, anulom vilom pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. Dear main reason of your wt gain in long sitting, after every 30-45 min stand for 3min atleast. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk food. Keep urself well hydrated. Chose mid snacks that are healthy. Carry small snacks with you to avoid eating high calorie unhealthy food. Do exercise 3-5 times a week.

Im a sexually active girl I had itching n irritation in my vagina with no foul smell or discharge. So I used clotrimazole vaginal gel. hello, Do not keep long gaps between your meals as it reduces the metabolic rate. Do not skip breakfast, have a healthy wholesome breakfast. Here are some healthy breakfast options. Do some kind of physical activity at least for 30 minutes, 4-6 times a week. Eat 2 fruits and 3 servings of veggies to get good amount of fibre which will help you lose weight No upper salt and no over eating No heavy dinner and late night Stay hydrated by drinking good amount of water. Avoid junk foods, sweets, too many biscuits, fried and bakery products. Avoid fried foods, jams.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

For your sister - To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue to do exercise every day, don't quit. It may not help for weight loss but will help you in million other ways... My best wishes.

The following tips help one to maintain food and sleep time and overall health holistically:

A) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle.

B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time.

C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night).

D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably.

E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep.
Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep.

F) do not over engage mind in television in night.

H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle.

I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results).

J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories.

K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.

Mantra meditation is a process recommended for this age for overall wellbeing. This process automatically improves learning power and concentration. In fact, it is the key process for making the human life successful as it re-awakens the natural blissful state. Mantra meditation simply means chanting the names of god with love and devotion. Early morning time is best suited for mantra meditation.

As per the photo, are the four pillars for ensuring successful life. Please note that, it is okay to do stock market/mutual funds if you can utilize such earnings for holistic improvement of life.

u have to take proper and symptomatic treatment in homoeopathy. Some medicine as selenium 200 and lycopodium 30 has good result in such cases, avoid fatty food and tell ur proper case history as how and when it started and tell also if u have any other disease
