I an suffering from back disk pain last 1 month and I am not do proper working of this pain.

I an suffering from back disk pain last 1 month and I am not do proper working of this pain.
Homeopathy produces excellent results in backache treatment without producing any side effect and is extensively used in all over the world. Homeopathy is a nature system of healing and that is why it can heal whole symptoms of illnesses and it also cure the illness from its root. Tips for backache: heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back. Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball.

Thank You for writing in regards to your concern. It's less commonly known to have low back pain post endoscopy. Kindly get an assessment done by a Physiotherapist to assess and inform you if the low back pain is of musculoskeletal origin or not or get an opinion from either Gastro-enterology / Nephrology consultant. Hope that's of help to in seeking right channels of treatment to be able to resolve your symptoms and lead a healthier life. Best Wishes

Dear , at the age of 39 years it is a bit early to develop osteoarthritis, did you have a history of trauma or some rheumatic disorder in the past. It is important to know the history. One more reason appears to be you are slightly overweight and need to reduce around 5-6 kgs.

Mr. Lybrate user, in this age jt pains& backache became common for majority of people. But by taking pain killers will give instant but temporary releif only, & more over long time intake of those rx will effect other organs. So, better you need to choose the any other alternative system of medicine. As a homeopath I could suggest you to take homeo medicines, which will show good results without any side or adverse effects though you need to use for some time.& at the same time, you can follow physiotherapy also additionally.

Hi it may be cervical spondylosis or shoulder syndrome which requires orthopaedic evaluation. Do hot fomentation, apply Omnigel, and take combiflam twice daily after meals for 3 to 5 days. It will settle. Neck exercises should be done under a physiotherapist best wishes.

Hi lybrate-user! thanks for seeking help from us please show an orthopedics doctor who may assess the ankle joint for any minimal sprain, its best generally to use elastic support or anklet, do hot fermentation and take a short course of anti inflammatory drugs, avoid sport for 7 days or walking without ankle protection. Rest promotes healing and for partial strains of ligaments around ankle, an elastic protective support for some immobilization is very necessary to avoid a lingering pain afterwards. So see a doctor soon thanks

Sciatica - 7 Homeopathic Remedies for it

International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath,
Sciatica - 7 Homeopathic Remedies for it

The longest nerve in the body is the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve starts from the lower part of the spine, through your hip to the back of the leg. So when it is said sciatica, we refer to pain in this nerve. Since the nerve covers the spine, hip and leg, sciatic pain is felt in the areas through which it passes. The lower leg muscles and sensation in the legs, thighs and feet are controlled by this nerve.

Symptoms usually include:

  1. Pain that radiates from the lower back to the hip and to the leg
  2. Sharp, tingling, dull, constant or burning pain
  3. Loss of bladder or bowel control
  4. Sneezing or coughing increases pain
  5. Moving the leg gets difficult so usual activities like walking, sitting and standing become painful

Homeopathic remedies are easy and gentle on the body. Homeopathy aims to boost the body's immune system so it can fight all its weaknesses. The following remedies may prove to be useful:

  1. Ammonium Muriaticum: It is taken for chronic pain in the heel or for chronic backache or when straightening the knee gets difficult as hamstrings contract. It is also taken for limping.
  2. Bellis Perennis: In periosteum injuries, stiffness and deep aches in the spine Bellis Perennis is used. It is also used for tailbone injuries. It is also helpful for nerve pains during pregnancy.
  3. Calcarea Fluorica: If the vertebra degenerates after trauma to the spine, then Calcarea Fluorica can be useful.
  4. Cicuta: The worst back injuries with serious trauma and muscles spasms are treated with Cicuta.
  5. Hypericum: Hypericum is suggested for tailbone injuries, temporary paralysis, spinal concussions and for sharp pain that tingles and moves upwards.
  6. Rhus tox: If after lifting weights, overexerting muscles and exposure to anything wet, you feel tearing and burning pain, then Rhus tox is beneficial. Cramps that get better after heat application, but get worse after exposed to the cold are also treated with Rhus tox.
  7. Ruta: Stiffness and pain from back injuries, twisting the wrong way and bruises are prescribed with Ruta. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

It seems to be Compartment syndrome. Do you start suddenly? Have you tried gradual increase in workout? My advice would be to improve your stamina gradually with just 10% increase every week in workout. Do you have any coach? for example, If you can run 1km without any problem, then start with 1km for one week, then next week add 100 meters.... If you have already done this, then visit a sports injury specialist doctor.
