I have a permanent tattoo on right hand. I want to remove it. please tell me any ointment.

I have a permanent tattoo on right hand. I want to remove it. please tell me any ointment.
Hello, Tattoo removal has been performed with various tools during the history of tattooing. While tattoos were once considered permanent, it is now possible to remove them with treatments, fully or partially. Today, laser tattoo removal usually refers to the non-invasive removal of tattoo pigments using Q-switched lasers. Typically, black and darker-colored inks can be removed more completely. Two alternative removal methods are in development. Tattoo removal is most commonly performed using lasers that break down the ink particles in the tattoo. The broken-down ink is then absorbed by the body, mimicking the natural fading that time or sun exposure would create. Certain tattoo pigments, such as yellows, greens and fluorescent inks are more challenging to treat than darker blacks and blues, because they have absorption spectra that fall outside or on the edge of the emission spectra available in the tattoo removal laser. There are several types of Q-switched lasers, and each is effective at removing a different range of the color spectrum. During the treatment process, the laser beam passes harmlessly through the skin, targeting only the ink resting in a liquid state within. While it is possible to see immediate results, in most cases the fading occurs gradually over the 7–8 week healing period between treatments. Complete laser tattoo removal requires numerous treatment sessions, typically spaced at least seven weeks apart. Treating more frequently than seven weeks increases the risk of adverse effects and does not necessarily increase the rate of ink absorption. Anecdotal reports of treatments sessions at four weeks leads to more scarring and dischromia and can be a source of liability for clinicians. At each session, some but not all of the tattoo pigment particles are effectively fragmented, and the body removes the smallest fragments over the course of several weeks. The result is that the tattoo is lightened over time. Remaining large particles of tattoo pigment are then targeted at subsequent treatment sessions, causing further lightening. The number of sessions and spacing between treatments depends on various parameters, including the area of the body treated and skin color. Tattoos located on the extremities, such as the ankle, generally take longest. As tattoos fade clinicians may recommend that patients wait many months between treatments to facilitate ink resolution and minimize unwanted side effects. The amount of time required for the removal of a tattoo and the success of the removal varies with each individual. Factors influencing this include: skin type, location, color, amount of ink, scarring or tissue change, and layering.

Hello Pavan, *Pimples can happen because of hormonal imbalance, stress, anxiety, increase in the intake of oily and fatty foods, increase in weight and even because of dandruff. * In case of severe pimples, you will have to take medicines but it is necessary to see the severity of the pimples in order to suggest the most suitable medicine for you. If you can send a picture of your face, I will be in better position to judge the severity of your pimples. * You will have to follow certain dietary changes - Drink atleast 3-4 liters of water everyday, eat a lot of salads and at least one fruit in a day. Avoid oily and fatty foods and non veg food as much as you can.

I have dark circles near my eyes how to remove it and make my skin healthy looking?

I have dark circles near my eyes how to remove it and make my skin healthy looking?
Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. :- Raw Potato There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. :- Tomato Tomatoes have bleaching properties that can lighten skin to a great extent. Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on the dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy twice a day for a few weeks. Simply using tomato juice will also work. You can also drink a glass of tomato juice with some mint leaves, lemon juice and salt. For maximum results, be sure to drink this juice immediately after making it. Drink it once or twice a day for about a week.

Acne is not a simple case to be dealt with overnight. The skin has actually been disfigured pretty badly if you have acne and it does not go away in a matter of a few days or a few hours. Treating acne is a long term process and one has to be really patient. This is why allopathic medicines are not the long term solution for acne. They can reduce and minimize the effects of acne for a period of time but they are far from curing or healing your skin back to normal. Acne has to be dealt with pretty carefully. The solution might lie in medicines and creams which will affect the growth of acne but you also have to put in extra effort for healing your skin back to normal. These efforts include: Keeping the right diet.Start eating fruits and vegetables if you do not already and try to keep your vitamins and minerals in check. Drink a lot of water. Try washing your face and maintain a good sense of hygiene.
