If this problem of irregular menses occurred for the first time then there is no need to worry. If this is happening again and again, then you would benefit by getting an ultrasound done to rule out any cause for the current problem. Sometimes because of the stress or hormonal changes also women can get menses like this, which does not require any kind of treatment and will be relieved automatically in future.

During pregnancy most women are likely to pay more attention to living healthy and eating a healthy diet, but it is also important to keep a check on the key element during pregnancy - hydration.

When pregnant or breastfeeding, a woman's water requirements are higher than usual and that is why water is needed to form amniotic fluid that surrounds the baby, support the increase in blood plasma volume and produce breast milk.

Hence being well hydrated may help alleviate some pregnancy related conditions.

To help understand the importance of hydration for pregnancy health, emma derbyshire, author of" nutrition in the childbearing years, has provided essential tips for hydration in pregnancy.

1. Water is an excellent beverage choice for mums-to-be. It is natural and helps women to rehydrate without consuming calories and sugars.

2. Women should increase their total water intake by an extra 300ml/day during pregnancy and 700ml/day during breastfeeding.

3. Make water the first choice when it comes to hydration.

4. Water-rich foods such as soups, stews, yoghurts, fruits and vegetables can help top up total water intake.

5. Pregnant women should take frequent small drinks, particularly after the birth of their child when they are busy looking after their new baby.

6. Women breastfeeding should make sure that they are getting enough fluids - try to remember to keep a glass of water on hand when you sit down to feed your baby.

7. Women should reduce their intake of caffeinated and alcoholic beverages

My wife has brain stroke before 2.5 year if she wants to born a baby can she do this ?
She can have it. But remember pregnancy will be high risk for both mother and baby. And before pregnancy proper check up is mandatory, as well as monitoring throughout pregnancy. The main problem is related to the cause of the stroke.

Me and my wife r planning to hva a bady from last three month. But she is nt able to conceive. What is the reason.
Hi dear. Infertility or inability to have children is a complex problem and can be due to many reasons. We normally suggest couples to try for atleast 6 months before trying to investigate for infertility. Both the woman and man are responsible for conception and to know the cause of infertility we need to test both. Basic ultrasound and hormone tests for woman as well as semen analysis for the male is needed to know the cause as there are multiple reasons for not conceiving, ranging from hormonal problems, stress, infections etc. So its necessary you visit a infertility specialist in your area for evaluation and treatment. All the best

Give her high protein simple diet like lots of milk, eggs & nuts, non veg digestive food. After world war 2, the height of an average britisher increased by inches due to high protein diet as their parents were short, they were fed on potatoes during the war. Genetics do play a role but good diet can do modifications.

Oligohydramnios is the condition of having too little amniotic fluid. About 8% of pregnant women can have low levels of amniotic fluid, with about 4% being diagnosed with oligohydramnios. It can occur at any time during pregnancy, but it is most common during the last trimester. Method 2 Increasing Amniotic Fluid with Home Management Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Eat fruits that have water contents. Avoid herbal supplements that can dehydrate you. Stay away from alcohol. Do light exercise regularly if your doctor has not asked you to get bed rest. More items. If you are not yet in full term, your doctor will monitor you and your levels very closely. Tests such as non-stress and contraction stress tests may be done to monitor your baby’s activity. Your doctor may also suggest one of the following medical treatments listed in this method. If you are close to full term, your doctor may recommend that you deliver your baby via cesarean section as low amniotic fluid levels right before pregnancy can be dangerous for both you and your baby.
