Negative side effects of beer are generally due to the amount of alcohol that you consumed. However there are some ingredients that one may find they are intolerant of, such as that in beer. In these cases it is best to completely avoid the identified alcohol. Side Effects of Beer 1. Fill You with Empty Calories One 12-oz can of beer has anywhere from 100 – 200 calories but very little nutrition. This is detrimental to weight loss as your body will use the acetate creating by your liverinstead of burning excess fat for energy. 2. Low Blood Sugar Leads to Weight Gain Consuming beer interferes with your liver's ability to convert glycogen into glucose. When blood sugar drops and your liver doesn’t create glucose, your body thinks it is hungry and you will eat the easily accessible foods. Furthermore, commonly referred to as “beer belly,” drinking beer may lead to abdominal obesity that many men and some women are suffering from. 3. Loss of Fluid Causes Dehydration Beer is a diuretic, which means it increases the amount of fluids your body releases. Create False Strength Drinking large amounts of alcohol can lead a person to believe that they are stronger than they truly are. When they put their muscles to the test, they usually end up injuring themselves, which is surely one of the side effects of beer that you wouldn't want to experience. 8. Lead to Next Day Illness The next day, those who consume large amounts of beer may have a severe headache accompanied by cotton mouth and other symptoms which would surely have some very bad influence over the quality of life. Warnings It is believed that a woman having one drink a day, or a man having two drinks a day can be healthy consumption and may even provide some benefits. Even though, as a man, it is said that you can have two beers or alcoholic beverages a day, make sure that you drink them over a long period of time instead of chugging them one after the other. That being said, if you do not consume alcohol now, there is no reason that you should start it in the first place concerning all the side effects of beer. Drinking more than one alcoholic drink in an hour impedes your judgment and increases the likelihood that you will have a traffic or household accident. Eating a healthy diet and moderately exercising has a lot more benefits for living a healthy life than drinking in moderation.

Acne or pimples are very common now a days. It is usually due to stress, unhealthy life style, excessive use of cosmetics, certain drugs, poor sleeping habits, dandruff etc. And the acne scar occur as result of continuous touching, scratching, or squeezing the pimples. Touching, squeezing not only gives you a scar bt also spreads the infection leading to appearance of new pimples. What precautions to be takens- 1. Stop touching or squeezing the pimples. 2. Start using a good oil control face wash if your skin is oily. 3. Wash your face atleast 2-3 times in a day. Washing face hleps in keeping the dust m pollution at bay and will prevent you frm getting new pimples. 4. Start consuming diet rich in protein like sprouts, green leafy vegetables, soy products, milk, chicken, eggs etc. 5. Diet rich in antioxidants and omega3 also helps in preventing acne. I have a serious problem since more than an year now which I have no solution of. I have gone to neurosurgeon, psychiatrist, ent, etc. I feel drowsiness all day long and am not able to concentrate. Below are the symptoms I have followed by the tests I had done including blood test and mri. Symptoms: Day long Drowsiness - standing, sitting, walking, driving Fatigue Lack of concentration Memory loss A little speech problem (rare) Sleepy during driving Blurred vision Reading and Writing problem Headache mainly on both sides of the head nerve pain Understanding things take time Loss of appetite Focus lock Not refreshed after sleep even after 10hr End of the work shift after 8 hrs, I am totally exhausted. Ringing noise in left ear Test done: MRI of the brain and nerve - all clear Front sinuses MRI - all clear Neck xray - clear Blood test - all fine, hemoglobin 14.7, vitamin b12, b5 at good level, tsh 1.75, iron in level Psychoanalysis done - a little OCD but nothing harmful. Ear ent checkup - all clear Current medication: Anti depressant - 3months not effect My body: Height: 6ft 1in Weight: 73kg No feeling of sadness Fatigue 24x7 Strange fact: If I am feeling sleepy any point of the day or night and lay down on the bed with my eyes open, the high sleepy sensation subsides with in hour or two and feel a little comfortable.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals like sprouts.avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Exercise regularly. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Yes, it will help.     Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Premature Ejaculation is a condition when a man experiences orgasm and releases semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. In most men, the average ejaculatory latency is approximately 4 - 8 minutes. The International Classification of Diseases classifies a latency of 15 seconds in men with PE. Men with PE also report stress over emotional and romantic relationships with their partners. Due to PE related embarrassment, some men avoid pursuing sexual relationships. PE may also cause considerable distress to female partners.

Homeopathic medicine for premature ejaculation can be divided with their symptoms such as weakness, diminished libido, diminished power, impotency and sexual excesses (loss of memory, impaired coordination, numbness and tingling in limbs, irresistible desire for masturbation, constant dwelling on sexual subjects and excitable even before the sexual stimulation starts):

  1. China, Graphites, Staphysagria and Selenium are used to treat PE followed by weakness. Aversion to coition and great sexual exhaustion can be cured with Graphites. Backache and severe prostration are cured with Staphysagria. Sexual neurasthenia with weak and odourless semen is treated with Selenium. China is taken to stop lascivious thoughts and dreams, and getting excited too easily.
  2. Agnus Castus, Carboneum Sulphuratum and Baryta Carbonica are used to treat PE along with diminished libido. Agnus Castus is used to treat PE with loss of desire and no erections. Lost desire and atrophied parts are treated with Carboneum Sulphuratum. Enlarged prostate with indurated testicles are effectively treated with Baryta Carbonicum.
  3. Phosphoricum Acidum, Conium, Sulphur and Iodum are used to treat PE along with diminished power. Tender and swollen testicles are treated with Phosphoricum Acidum. Conium is used to treat sexual nervousness with weak erection. Loss of sexual power with atrophied testes and impotency is treated with Sulphur and Iodum respectively.
  4. Phosphorus, Avena Sativa, and Nuphar Luteum are used to treat PE with impotency.
  5. Kali Bromatum, Nux Vomica, Ustilago and Staphysagria are used to treat PE due to sexual excesses. Numbness and tingling in limbs is treated with Kali Bromatum; Nux Vomica deals with sexual excessiveness; Ustilago treats excessive desire for masturbation and Staphysagria treats the constant dwelling on sexual objects.

I Have Suffered From Typhoid from 10 Days And Doctor Have Gave Me Cefixime Tablets. I Take This Tablet Regularly Now I Do not Have Typhoid. But I Got Side effects Like Burning In Eyes And Headache. Should I Continue It Or Stop It.

Continue cifixime for as long as it has been prescribed. Then you can stop after consulting your physician. Headache and burning of eyes can also be due fever.
