Dear follow these tips to lightens and remove the black marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

मेडिटेशन मन की शांति के लिए किया जाता है। मेडीटेशन के बहुत फायदे हैं। बच्चे और बड़ों सभी को मेडिटेशन करना चाहिए। सर्दियों में बच्चों की सेहत के लिए मेडिटेशन और भी जरूरी हो जाता है। मेडिटेशन से ना सिर्फ आपका ध्यान आपके काम पर अधिक लगता है बल्कि आपकी कार्यक्षमता भी बढ़ जाती है। जो बच्चे बहुत अधिक चंचल होते हैं उन्हें खासतौर पर मेडिटेशन करवाना चाहिए। लोगों में भ्रम है कि मेडिटेशन करना बहुत मुश्किल होता है और बच्चों के लिए तो मेडिटेशन करना बहुत मुश्किल हैं, लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं आप मेडिटेशन के टिप्स को अपनाकर आराम से मेडिटेशन कर सकते हैं और अपने बच्चों को भी मेडिटेशन करवा सकते हैं।
आइए जानें बच्चों के लिए मेडिटेशन के टिप्स के बारे में।
बच्चों के लिए मेडिटेशन के टिप्स- बच्चों को किसी चीज के लिए मनाना और उन्हें नियंत्रण में रखना बहुत जरूरी होता है। यदि आप चाहते हैं कि आपका बच्चा नियंत्रण सीखें और बच्चे का दिमागी विकास सही रूप में हो तो आपको इसके लिए कुछ तरकीबें अपनानी होंगी।
चौकड़ी मारकर बैठे- बच्चो को सुबह-सुबह अपने साथ पार्क में ले जाओ या फिर ऐसी जगह जहां बहुत शांति हो। वहां आप चौकड़ी मार कर बैठ जाएं और अपने बच्चे को भी ठीक वैसा ही करने को कहें।
रिलैक्स करवाएं- इसके बाद बच्चे को आंखे बंद करने का निर्देश दें, साथ ही बच्चे को बताए की वह रिलैक्स होकर कमर सीधी करके बैठे और किसी भी चीज के बारे में कुछ ना सोचें।
लंबी सांसे लेने के लिए कहें- बच्चों को मेडिटेशन के फायदे और इसे करने के तरीके के बारे में बताएं। साथ ही बच्चों को धीरे-धीरे लंबी सांसे लेने के लिए कहें।
सॉन्ग चलाएं- आप चाहे तो शुरूआत में रिलैक्सेंशन सॉन्ग भी लगा सकते हैं ताकि बच्चों का इधर उधर ध्यान ना भटकें। बच्चों को इसी सॉन्ग पर रिलैक्स होने के लिए कहें।
फोकस करना सीखाएं- बच्चों को समझाएं कि उनके दिमाग में लगातार जो विचार आ-जा रहे हैं उन्हें भूलने की कोशिश करें और अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करने की कोशिश करें ताकि वे मेडीटेशन का फायदा उठा सकें।
कल्पनाएं करने के लिए कहें- हालांकि बच्चे बहुत देर तक एक ही स्थिति में नहीं बैठ पाते लेकिन आप बच्चों को क्लाउड की दुनिया में जाने के लिए कहें और उन्हें कल्पनाएं करने के लिए कहें। जिससे बच्चा मेडिटेशन आराम से कर सकें और उसको मजा भी आए। शुरूआत में ये स्थिति थोड़ी सी मुश्किल होती है लेकिन धीरे-धीरे बच्चों को इसमें मजा आने लगेगा।
उच्चारण करवाएं- यदि आप चाहते हैं कि बच्चों को मेडिटेशन का भरपूर फायदा मिले तो आप बच्चों से ओउम का उच्चारण करवा सकते हैं, इससे बच्चों का ध्यान इधर- उधर नहीं भटकेगा।
मेडिटेशन प्रतिदिन करें- मेडिटेशन का फायदा तभी है जब आप बच्चों को प्रतिदिन मेडिटेशन करने के लिए प्रेरित करें। यदि बच्चे कभी-कभी ही इसे शौक के लिए करेंगे तो इसका उन्हें लाभ नहीं होगा।
मेडिटेशन के फायदे
मेडिटेशन यानी ध्यान क्रिया। जिसके जरिए आप अपने मन को शांत करते हैं।
क्या आप जानते हैं मेडिटेशन योग का ही एक रूप है जिसमें आपको एकाग्रता के साथ ध्यान लगाना होता है और अपने दिमाग को शांत कर सकते हैं।
डिप्रेशन और तनाव से छुटकारा पाने के लिए मेडिटेशन से बेहतर उपाय कोई नहीं। यदि आप छोटी-छोटी बातों से परेशान हो जाते हैं तो आपको मेडिटेशन करना चाहिए।
जिन लोगों को बहुत अधिक गुस्सा आता है उन्हें मेडिटेशन करना चाहिए, इससे उन्हें अपने गुस्से पर काबू पाने में मदद मिलेगी।
स्वस्थ तन-मन और सकारात्मक सोच के लिए मेडिटेशन करना बहुत जरूरी है।

Baad mera pait foolne lagta hai aur sine me jalan hone lagti hai, mujhe kabj, gas, acidity, sir me chakkar aana, ulti ka ji hona, ankhon me jalan hona, sharir har samay thaka-thaka rahna, kamjori mahsoos karna, sex me interest na rahna, aur ab to ghutno me bi dard rahta hai 3-4 sidiya chadhne me hi bahot pareshani hoti hai. 29 saal ki umar me budhapa sa lagta hai. Ak problem me har roj face karta hun subah toilet jane ke baad aur sham ke 5 se 6 baje ke beech me mere pait me gas banne lagti hai, pait foolne lagta hai, sir me chakkar aane lagte hai, sharir me bahot kamjori ho jati hai. Mene kai doctors ko dikhaya par kuchh aram nahi mila. Mene Dr. R. M. L. Hello you are suffering from indigestion, upset stomach. Don't worry you will get relief with following homoeopathic medicines:- take lycopodium 30 ch 3 drops twice daily after meals. Gastrobin, 15 drops with water twice daily half an hour before meals. Alpha - liv, 2 tsp, once daily after dinner before bed. Drink 10 - 12 glasses of water per day. Do not take water just after and in between meals you can take it 45 minutes after food. Please do not eat outside food during the treatment. Revert me after 10 days. Take care.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Dear, Shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. “PROTIEN RICH DIET” Veg: Dhal, soya beans, mushrooms, sprouts etc…. Non Veg: Egg whites, Fish, Chicken (non fried items) Dry fruits – (Almonds 5-6 (badam), Dates (3-4), Walnuts (1-2), Raisins (kishmish)) majority of dry fruits are good for health & hair especially. Fresh Fruits - Green grapes with seeds (please crush seeds along with grapes while consuming) and Skin of Green Apple. Vegetables - Green Leafy Vegetables.

I am 18 years old perfect 17 years 5 months. I have side baldness literally I do not have side hair its genetics right from my age one I do not have hair there but as my head grew it is visible now I got an angled v shape on my head And recently from two months I have been loosing hair every time I run my fingers roughly in head or wipe my head with heavy force. My hair density per a square area was really less from my childhood it was very silky but I am afraid if this was getting worse as I am loosing hair. I am not sure any way. The v shape baldness was clearly visible now which existed from my childhood so do my fathers had. I wanted to know if I am going bald?~if so I want to get hair transplantation how much it cost? Am I going bald?~ I have searched many sites and I think my hair was in tollen's age. Please conform if it is TOLLEN effluvium? And will it stop eventually and then my hair grow back dense? You are having male pattern baldness or androgentic alopecia. You will require treatment with oral tabs and lotion for a period of sometimes more than 4-6 months. Initial treatment will be to decrease the hairfall and later on for regrowth of hair. If you have lost total hair on front side then we need to check once again and hair transplantation might be required which I would not suggest at such early age.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Hi, your bmi- 29 eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list). Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

You should go for 45 minutes brick walk in the morning. Do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. I advice you include low calorie, normal protein vitamin and mineral (except sodium) resticated carbohydrates, fat. High fibre diet are given. Food rich in fat - like nuts and oil seeds avoided. Skim milk should be the choice. Fruits rich in carbohydrates like banana should be avoided.
