Who ever undergo any examination they feel fear from inside some show snd some are successful in hiding it. If you are regular in class and studies then what ever question come it is assured you will going to solve 80% paper. Rest 20% decide the position in class. You pass with flying coloursthis is time tested formula. If your prepartion is not regular than you can solve 40%to 60% examination paper. You will pass. Decide in which category you come. Student who feel stress mostly they are good students. I think you are good student because you are stress. Anyhow you will pass with good marks. Say when you r stress all is well and have breathing excercise and see the change. You will do good in exams don't worry.

If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-NC and Alpha-CF - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Yes proper deit is important but no rocket science. Avoid caffeine, have more fresh fruits- banana, green leafy vegetable, more water, avoid alcohol and tobacco, have more fry fruits- walnuts, have fish- omega 3. Do exercise daily for 1 hour. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. Hi The following are some of the natural remedies for cold and cough: - Add a pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsf of black pepper powder to hot milk and drink it twice a day. - Mix 1 tsf of honey to 1 tsf of basil leaf juice; take it twice a day. - Prepare a decoction by boiling one glass of water containing 1 tsf of coriander powder, 1 tsf of pepper powder and 1/2 tsf of ginger powder; reduce it to quarter glass and take it three times a day. - Apply turmeric paste on the forehead. - Do steam inhalation twice a day by adding 1-2 drops of eucalyptus oil to hot water. - Keep 1 grain of crystal salt and 2-3 black pepper in a beetle leaf, roll it and chew it.
